I like the site but promotions are scarce, and the play is cheap, winning low-paying symbols, and too many high-value near misses, to be completely honest, there’s barely any difference between the entirety of the industry, and here, especially when you’ve got the gambling suppression being the bodyguards for the gambling businesses until they are devolved, the priorities are going to stay with them and their criminal finances.

I contacted support about not receiving my offer and even though I thought I opted into the offer it was a different offer. They understood and gifted me the free bets even though never opted into the correct offer. The support are great and will count on them to sort any issues I have in the future. Top work from them.

So after begging for 3 days for my winnings they refused to give me I eventually had to explain to them that legally they had to release my funds and that they can’t legally ask for ID after you attempt to withdraw your winnings I finally got them, I understand there is process to go through but to demand keep sending in documentation is a disgrace after it was all correct the first time. Will never be using this casino again.

Avoid at all costs. Made an account with these in Feb started using a few weeks ago. Had some decent enough wins with them and always had the money within 8 hours or so. What has been recently happening during mid session they will start rejecting your bets over a certain level. This has happened on numerous days and different occasions. I deposited £53 today was fortunate enough to get up to £185. Then back down to £100, I put an £85 bet on red live table which landed on 18 red bet rejected. Again on black which landed on 31 black again rejected then another £50 bet same area which landed again rejected. Then I tried £30 bets which were smaller and they started accepting them but because the section I played had passed it resulted in me loosing. This in the last few days has cost me a fair amount. When I go to complain I am greeted by Max who could do nothing for me but tell me this is safer gambling regulations even though my account holds no restrictions. £85 is not breaking the bank is it. If I make a deposit I understand what my limit is to loose. When A company rejects bets mid session it is bare face cheating. Complaint registered and I will be taking it further with the necessary people. A full refund should be offered as this is not standard practice. Plus slots don’t pay had 5 bonuses 50p or higher highest amount I got was £22OVERALL AVOID, one to add to the ban list.

I did transfer to them £20 to bet for some UFC/KSW fights over weekend. Couldn’t put a single bet, as some errors appeared every time I tried to buy some bets. They asked for my review and here it is. I have been waiting for a payout since about 5 days ago after I played and played here. The RTP is also low compared to other bet sites. Think very long and hard before you gamble with this company. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt with their games even making allowance for extreme probabilities both ways but I feel their games just cannot be trusted to play like other sites. My RTP is pathetic compared to other sites. Would suggest you ask them for your RTP on all games. Can’t be bothered to complain to gambling commission best solution is to not play their games trust your instinct. I have even played low Stakes just out of research to see how terrible their games without losing too much money and its crazy. Very fast response, advised will be the next 24-48 hours and the site seems to run very fast. I will update on here to let you know the withdrawal process and if this was done when promised. Wouldn’t even give them one star..put bet on bare knuckle boxing and the amount they would let you bet was pitifully.wouldnt even let me bet a £80 stake that would have returned just over £200.Takes ages to withdraw your funds and their casino is just shocking.Again for first impressions I’d never use them again.stay away that’s my only advice to others.
