I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Absolutely disgusting company, refusing to let me withdraw MY MONEY that is not even related to winning a bet, unless I explain to them the reason why I want to withdraw?? This is after 3 separate conversations with customer service asking why my simple withdrawal request has been ‘pending’ for FIVE days.AVOID AVOID AVOID will try and keep your money.

Dont use PAYPAL , they will block the use of said app . This has nothing to do with netbet.Anyway , netbet has stopped me from withdrawing from there site , even though they have my account details . i can deposit without any problems but cant withdraw , this is incredbly frustrating . there excuse is that there a glitch in there system. they are asking for bank details via an email ( very dodgy ) . i am not keen in post a email with my bank details , i have already told them this , yet they keep asking for the details to be emailed to them .is ther any other way to reset my account and withdraw my winnings?apart from that netbet is possibly one of the best sites on the net.

I do enjoy the site & games they have, but ive not played as much last few months, i don’t play high stakes and only deposit £10 here and there but i just seem to always lose, they have loads of promotions, But literally the last 4-5 times i used a deposit bonus for so many spins they have literally paid out a few penny’s, every time I’ve played “The millions of Starburst spins” were you deposit & wager a minimum of £10 you get to spin a wheel were you can win upto 500 spins, i know exactly what im gonna win.. 10 every time its 10 spins and you win 30-45p.. i had a offer deposit 10 get 35 spins (forget what game it was on) and i did and played and won like 78p of 35 spins! it’s been the same now for a while any promotions i deposit and wager & get whatever spins pays absolutely nothing! It just seems a continuous thing, deposit always end up losing it and then you win the Smallest amount of spins and win pence! And also the Vault i honestly don’t get it, ive literally bought 15 vault tokens which cost 1000 net points for 1 token, and guaranteed play 15 round’s and you will unlock it once and give you 500 netpoints (not even enough to buy 1 vault token).Plus the players club you have to maintain each level monthly or it drops back down to bronze! Unless you spend 100’s weekly then its hard to maintain levels.Shame they don’t have any Free daily promotions like every other site, most sites offer a daily wheel or a boosted wheel, but Netbet are one of the very few who don’t.I don’t expect to win massive or anything like that but my issue is its become a bit predictable now literally 5-6 separate occasions the game play has been more or less the same, and then when you play your promotion its 10 spins guaranteed nobody’s winning 500 spins even 50 seems out of reach and you will nearly 90% of the time win the same Predictable 38p-78p that’s gonna give you 30 secs game play on 5p spins lol so the promotions seems absolutely pointless because it doesn’t even give you enough to have a little more game play.Customer service is fine no issues, withdrawals takes a day (although its not a huge wait it should be instant, i don’t think any other site i play on takes this long its almost instantly or back with you within the hour) that’s the only thing that makes netbet feel slightly dated in 2024 its just a bit old school to wait for your winnings when everyone has instant withdrawals.They do carry literally every game available (that I’ve seen) so they have a massive selection of choice and they do have loads of promotions daily so no issues there, infact i do like Netbet everything is great and no relevant issues, Id recommend playing here to anyone, but my issues are just the last several promotions ive deposited and played have been kinda pitiful and not really worth playing, Just because you know the outcome .. win the Smallest amount of spins to win a few penny’s so your not even winning enough to really play longer than 30 secsThat aside I would recommend them just for the abundance of promotions & games They have.

I received a free bet offer, failed to fully read the terms and placed a bet below the minimum odds, thinking I had met the qualifying conditions I contacted live chat to query why no free bet had been credited, quickly spoke with someone who explained why no free bet but as a gesture of goodwill credited the free bet anyhow, excellent service and appreciated as error was mine!

Awful customer services ! I’ve had my account blocked for almost a week in which was supposed to be an hour timeout according to customer service for over activity in which I deposited £40 in total over the past 2 weeks .£10 of which lead me to win nearly £600 on small stake horse, football and casino spins . I have been playing with Netbet (just small amounts) approx 6 months. Last week I had a lucky spin and requested a withdrawal of £1800. I was given 2 options for withdrawal: wire transfer or trustly.I assumed having read the reviews documentation would be requested so I immediately uploaded on the app and also sent via email.The following day my email was answered. One piece of documentation wasn’t sufficient for the checks. In this email I was told exactly what they needed so I sent it. The following email told me all checks ok and the following email stated funds had been cleared to my account.I received the 1800 just a couple of hours later.Having read some of these reviews I was a little scared I would not get paid but I did and all emails were answered promptly and politely answered.
