Seems a good site. I’ve not played properly yet due to a mistake where I thought I was on my free spins and it took all my money. Spoke to Christina on live chat and thankfully she reimbursed my deposit, no questions asked so I’m very pleased with customer service.

The sports odds don’t really seem too great the ACCA boosts and odds seem poorer than others if I’m honest and casino much like most it just feels manufactured, when you play with bonus money this is when you wager alot but it feels like when it’s your money it’s a hell of alot of dead spins. The word random is misleading I think all games are weighted so random is a very very loose term.

Have been playing on the site for some time. Not had many wins. Won £450. Waiting to be withdrawn. They have asked me for all sorts of identification and documents to verify my account and get my money. I have sent over bank statements utility bills driving license and myself holding my driving licence. Still nothing. Takes them 24 hours to get back to you each time. Live chat can’t help. Emailed complaints. No response. Clearly being fobbed off. If I do not get a response from complaints or my money in the next 2 days I will be taking legal action.

Signed up, deposited £10 last Saturday evening. Looked at what I wanted to place a bet on (American horse racing) could only find one meeting so decided the site wasn’t for me. Withdraw my £10, still waiting for my withdrawal. Spoken to Max on live chat who just referred my query to the relevant department and they will be in touch! Well they haven’t been in touch and im still waiting for my money back!! Ive been using online betting websites for a long time and ive never had to wait a week for a withdrawal. Another site will take your deposit before asking for ID then once you win they want the ins n outs of a ducks backside, I’ve gave them bank statements,pic of my debit card but because my passport is a few months out of date it’s not good enough…just another rip off site….AVOID!!!!!!

Let you deposit but as soon as you want to withdraw they dont like paying out start asking for all kind of documents and you can guarantee whatever you send wont be good enough…. Never been messed about so much…wont be using site again they can keep my winnings Scammers!

I would give zero if I could. Placed a bet, got my welcome bets, all fine. One of my free bets won, due a £30 payout, withdrew it. Account was instantly locked, ID was asked for which was supplied.Logged back into the account 24 hours later, all free bets, including the win where deleted from my history. Obviously a very dodgy company.

I joined this site years ago and never used it until recently, I must have deposited around 10 transactions in my time, no issues depositing and no issues with the site, I actually love the site. The only issue is withdrawing, I requested 3 withdrawals 2 days ago, I have heard nothing, I have emailed 3 times with no reply, I have been on live chat today and I am being asked for a bank statement, I feel it’s strange considering I have only deposited a few times, no problem I have no sent 2 lates bank statements, my ID and the bank card I use, I can’t do anymore so just hope they now process my withdraws, next time Bet uk, give me a heads up if you require this information and I can send you it, there was no indication you wanted any of this until I wanted to withdraw any money. Please don’t become one of them greedy sites, where you take the money but won’t pay it out, I have you 4 stars as I love the site I just wish the withdraws was a easy as depositing was that’s all. I will update on here when my withdraws are done.

I’ve requested 2 withdrawals tonight 1 for £32 and one for £40, the first one was about 8pm and the second one was about 8.45pm, anyway came on here just to check the reviews and I’m not feeling great now about getting my withdrawal as they state from 2 hours to 48 hours, anyway I’ve seen that they request bank statements on your first withdrawal so I’ve emailed them straight over so it will speed up my withdrawal anyway I’ll finish my review once my withdrawal has landed in my bank account, ii was worried and spoke to Luke on live chat and he wasn’t really bothered to help me just said will be from 24 hours to 48 hours but it states on the website between 2 hours to 48 hours, so if the advisor is telling me one thing and the website is saying another, I’m already losing confidence in getting my money in the time frame they state but I will come and change my review accordingly once I’ve received the winnings.

I have been trying to get identification documents verified for the last 5 days. Customer service responds after 24 to 48 hours to tell me my identification documents cannot be verified. Even after providing all necessary documents and selfies. I have cash sitting in my closed account which only heaven knows when I can access. Customer service can’t differentiate what a bank statement and transaction history are. After providing selfie with username and email address, they say selfie with passport and all characters on the passport must be large enough to read!!! WTH!!! The documents i am providing are the same documents I use for travel, open bank accounts and create accounts elsewhere. Please let me access my account and withdraw my money and close the account again for good. Arguing with these fools makes us all fools.

Took ages to get them to credit wagering from free spins (I’d lost the whole £10 wagering). They finally credited the winnings £7.58, a pound lower than it should have been, then banned me from promotions 🤣 nice!
