Two mega spin wins still haven’t paid out after a week! Have now closed my account to avoid this. The offers are terrible never based on the players game play. Try talking to them on live chat they say contact the manager who still doesn’t reply after days and days. Avoid at all costs terrible service, glitches in the roulette and terrible offers for roulette and sports much much better sites out there.

Dreadful customer service they didnt bother to reply to my email requests. Did a live chat, they claim that my account has to include my middle name as it’s on my passport and claimed I put in the incorrect names on my account when I originally signed up, they changed it, how dare they! No it does not need to be included. I have never included my middle name on ANY application in my life. I’ve all but forgotten my middle name. I have another account with another a major high street bookmaker, guess what, my account with them does not include my middle name. My bank account and I have many, does not include my middle name, they are heavily regulated and have my passport and my National Insurance Number, my employer does not have my middle name, my doctors does not have my middle name, yet they all have my passport!! Their system incorrectly addresses me as my First and Middle names, it omits my surname. How they set up the account and what fields they have is the issue, not what I have correctly entered!

As to your reply to my other review. I knew you come back with the excuse Random Generated Number. As to what I said in my review 35 dead spins in a row in a game on your site is totally scandalous. Wow I have been doing online casinos along time,but these Netbet casino games are totally rigged. You have no chance. You be better off burning your money. I have been waiting for my withdrawals…I have been waiting for my withdrawals since Friday every weekend they are making excuses saying that they need bank statements and that when they tried to sort my withdrawal out it got declined by my bank which ain’t true because if a transfer has been rejected it shows on my statement,when I message them they keep repeating the same thing over and over again if I don’t get my withdrawal by the end of the day I will be taking legal action against net bet don’t use this company you will get throb off. Don’t like this casino at least I won a grand but even then they took a £15 withdrawal fee ! Absolutely disgusting to charge to withdraw your winnings, and to top it off I received an email to complete a survey and once completed you are supposed to get a mystery box which will contain free spins, cash or a bonus, I completed the survey on the 6th of July and the terms said you will receive the mystery box within 72 hours of completion, after 72 hours I asked why I have not received the mystery box to be told to wait until the promotion ends which apparently was on the 9th of July (even though the terms clearly stated 72 hours after you complete the survey, since then been on live chat ever day asking for the mystery box just to be told to wait for an email 😭 today is the 17th of July so 11 days and counting to get a small amount of spins or bonus that looks like i will never receive, shocking site that I strongly advise to avoid at all costs far better out there that won’t lie and rob you !!!!!!

So apparently I can’t deposit any funds to my account to play they have asked me to provide my employment wichi I ahve sent them payslips so far I haven’t heard back yet I contacted the live chat and told me that I need to still wait until the company would review it however I’m disappointed whit this it has never happened before I have different accounts whit casino games and never stopped for so long that I can’t deposit I given 2 stars because of poor service.

Apparently I had an account from 2013 and in order for me to re-open I have to wait for a phone call which is convenient for Netbet but not for me. I work and cannot just take a call as and when it suits NetBet I’m afraid peoples lives don’t evolve around you. Then getting told I have to wait a further 24 hours before the account actually re-opens. Stick ya account.

Aviod this site at all cost. They do not provide any valuable bonuses and just take your money. I raised it with customer services, they were useless and gave the typical provided script. There are plenty of other online casinos that will provide a much higher return to player. This is a dying company.

The site reminds of an uncompleted something take your pick, trying to place forecast combination or tricast it takes several attempts the page returns to the win page, no live action, will not use in future unless I really have to.

Being new to the site, I didn’t realise the 2 location being different for casino and sport – I sorted that out. AVOID!!! STILL WAITING 9 DAYS FOR A £40 WITHDRAWAL!!! IT WAS MY SECOND DEPOSIT ON THE SITE, £20 and won £40 on big bass. Will not withdraw my money, it’s been 6 days and telling me they need documents witch they have had. Saying I need to prove my bank etc and I have. Day 14 and guess what…. still no sign of winnings! Shock! I’m currently looking at the Gambling Commissions website to look into how I escalate this. They have continued to refer me to my bank and will not track the supposed transaction for me. For all the years I’ve played and won on all different sites, I can honestly say this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Day 10, still not sign of winnings! Ill post 1 star every day until I receive what I am owed. They gave me an arn reference to check with my bank but as predicted the bank say there is no pending payment from them – which I already knew would be the case.
