Nice welcome bonusBeen playing on this site for about a week.Pros:- A good selection of slots, a nice welcome bonus, the ability to favourite slots for your own favourites section, they pay out, respond to live chats.Cons:- The site is a bit buggy, not every slot loads on mobile, some don’t resize properly on mobile ( Android – google chrome). Less bugs on desktop version but still a few. BIG negative, slots dont resume if you crash mid game, you can be in the middle of an awesome spin, crash and when you reload the slot the spin doesnt resume.

Joke of a company.Depoits made using Apple Pay and now I’ve tried to make a withdrawal for the poxy amount of £120 they want bank statements with IBAN numbers. Slow in processing and customer service is non existent. Stick with the better known companies if you want paying without the STRESS!

Horrible place to play , u always need to have 10£ in your account to make any withdraws. Again today i was playing on bonus balance and win 60£ from the game , there was no way to take the cash out as i had 14.3£ bonus amount, and no cash balance at all. Deposited 10£ minumum u need to have at the account as a cash balance. So i thought if i will deposit 10£ will be able to get 60£ from my victory. I was wrong , once i withdraw 10£ whole rest gone 60£ including 14.3£ bonus. Pure joke they will offer u free spins but u will be always pined up to them. White day robbery.

Don’t trust this reviews. It’s not fun to play! You can win something but after you spend quite a bit. You need to change this! I’ve deposited £40 in 4 different days and no joke, I played £10 at 0.20p in less than 3 min? maybe won once or twice some pence? lol I also enjoy playing even if I dont withdraw in the end you know! hate this place.

Been using Netbet for years and I’m pretty sure I’m in lifetime loss yet they closed my account with absolutely no notice or explanation. I went to login it now says “this account has been closed from this site”. I’ve had no email on the matter. Shocking.

Avoid! Scam! I registered yesterday and made 3 deposits for all together £200. I won and I made withdraw about 8pm on 31.01.2024 for amount of £302.50. Everything seems ok till today. Today I seen on my netbed profile info that I need made verification! Now? How classic. That’s typical scamming behaviour of not legit gambling website. I said I can’t do verification coz I am on holiday and I don’t cary my bills in the bag pack! After long conversation on life chat, only what happend was that they blocked me after I said I made screenshots of our conversation and I will make it publish. Then I received cheeky email where they asked me to about verification (even knowing coz I told them that I am on holiday) but most funny part was that they ask about ADDITIONAL verification so basically me standing with one of my documents! So yes! Ask about verification AFTER deposit and then about more of verification! So if this website is so in to safety of customers why U don’t ask about verification BEFORE U took money from my bank? Why after? I will tell U why, coz is not about safety, that’s basically a way to slow down withdrawal. Well known trick. I am Asperger’s person, high intelligence and always fair and that situation hurt me so much. I have also heart problem and I shouldn’t stress. Gambling from time to time is my way to relax and have a fun and Netbet change that experience in to nightmare! U have guys time till 5pm today 1.02.2024 to process my withdrawal and send that to me. If not we will start social and legal war. I have time and I am determined to fight that ridiculous and unfair nonsense. I will easily live without £300 if U will not pay it but that will cost U NEtBEt much more. Edit: Just read more of negative reviews and can see that is not only my case when netbet don’t want pay withdrawal, thinking of creating group and also channel on YouTube to stop this procedure where gambling website use gaps in law for scam or and fraud. Signed up on Friday was told I had to upload docs but still allowed to deposit and play. Constantly bombarded with safer gambling messages and emails even though I’m spending well within my means so I thought maybe because I’m new I have to put a timeout or something until I’m verified.Checked on Saturday if there was any verification update and noticed the time out wasn’t applied and I could still play.Played a few games and again bombarded with safer gambling messages set the time out again and double checked it stated I was timed out until 3rd FebChecked on Monday for verification update and yet again the time out wasn’t applied.Messaged customer service who said I’m verified and they have absolutely no record of a time out and I stated how I applied the time out and the message stating I would be timed out till 3rd Feb so they closed my account.Very happy to take money before verification and not apply the restrictions they hound you about

Been using this for over a year started great but after the first month went down hill drastically, please don’t use this site save your money or use it on one that doesn’t scam you like NetBet. I’ve previously put money on and not even been able to use it, didn’t even come up on my balance yet the transaction was complete. Started playing here, had to upload my identification before I was allowed to play, I did that and it was all processed quickly and sufficiently and account updated! With Zero issues, that was refreshing , I gave it ago deposited played a few games and had some free spins from a offer I played them and had quite a big win from a 5p stake (£50) played and got upto around £170 played it down and decided to withdraw £100 and leave some to play! I won £1300 and 10 days later and I don’t know how many emails with different customer service agents and I keep being told my bank statements including my full name, sort code/account number are not acceptable, they need the IBAN/BIC codes, I send those and hear nothing, I have this afternoon been told by Max from NetBet that I just need to send in sort code and account number 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️really, I’ve sent so many proofs of my banking I am beyond knowing how many, but each time I’m told to send something else, when I send that, I’m then told you need to send something else as we can’t accept what you’ve sent via pdf This is the worst customer service ever, no contact number, live chat is always “not available” at this time. I’ve asked to make a formal complaint but the team ignore that. I totally get they need verification and all other verification documents have been accepted and approved, but weirdly my banking details are not suitable to NetBet. Absolutely distraught at 10 days of hell and still don’t have my money which I won in good faith. Avoid their company. My next solution is to go to Resolver. I’m glad I kept every email to prove what has been said.

I asked for my account limits to be reviewed 10 days ago. With all documentation provided immediately to support this. Namely proof of income, ID, etc. 10 days on. This remains unresolved. With regular contact chasing up progress, I get the standard no frills reply “ Thank you for contacting Netbet. Our team re-escalated your case because we haven’t received any news so far. We apologize for the delay experienced and for the inconveniences created, and want to thank you for your patience so far.”The issue has been re-escalated five times now, with no response. The service is shockingly poor and unprofessional. Complete and utter waste of time. When they do finally review my account, I’ll have long left and taken my custom elsewhere!

Deposited £10, games kept glitching and crashing, got lucky once on slots and got upto £65. Tried to withdraw and they closed my account stating I had more than one account with them, which I don’t.

I don’t understand how people gave 5 star rating to this company. No doubt they have wide range of sports and markets . The only drawback in the company is their slow process of withdrawal. Sometimes they process it in 24 hours and sometimes it is taking more than a week time. Their website it shows withdrawal process time 24H-48H which is not true . I am surprised my latest withdrawals are processed earlier than the ones i made a week before.

Won two football accas one for £145 and another for £150 and the process to withdrawal has been nothing short of a joke with zero help! It’s been nearly 5 days and not a single penny has reached my bank account. With all correct documents submitted!
