Netbet is a terrible company and a complete scam. My experience with them was horrible. I created an account and deposited £10 to get the advertised 200 free spins and 50 spins. However, after making the deposit, I only received 25 free spins for a specific game. I couldn’t use the other 25 spins they assigned to another game.I spent 30 minutes talking to customer service, who informed me that I could only use the remaining 25 spins after spending all my money. Furthermore, the 200 free spins would be assigned randomly on another day, as per their terms and conditions. While this might be technically accurate, understanding their terms requires a legal expert, and their advertising is highly misleading.To make matters worse, they might charge fees if you try to withdraw your money. Don’t trust them.Also, do not trust in the good reviews. I am quiet sure they are people from the company trying to raise the score.

Unable to self exclude at my convenience. Agent offline always shown. Encourages you to gamble more. Every other decent site allows self exclusion from within the site without the need to speak to someone. This is totally unacceptable.

The main thing with this company is, withdrawal times 24/48 hours is a long time to say other gambling sites do it within a day. I’m still waiting on my withdrawal, I’ve read the comments and I’m hoping it’s not a fighting battle for the money I’ve won! So for now 2 stars. I was really enjoying this site, it has some really good promotions that are easy to complete and the rewards are quickly made available, however, I took advantage of a promotion that offered a free bet, I placed the bet, the bet qualified for the free bet. After the bet had settled I received an email saying I have been stopped from using the free bets because, and this is the kicker, I used the free bets that I was awarded, I only used the promotions that were on offer. If you are not going to honour the promotion when I place the bet, you shouldn’t be allowed to take the bet, the bet should be honoured with all the promotions that were available at the time the bet was made. Very disappointed. I understand that its in the terms and conditions, still makes no sense to remove promotions because I was using them?

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, the games are great , it’s a gamble if you win or not, some days I lose some I win, my first deposit of £10 i got free spins I played threw them and withdraw £350 in my bank within a few days , then played a few £10s and lost, just deposited £10 and withdraw £100, which I’m sure will also get paid within a few days. I went on and registered for an account after I have seen multiple promotions during the last months. This site it’s the absolute worst. I have waited more than 2 weeks for the withdrawal and they did not request any document. Why the long wait?????? Almost 3 weeks for a 100 withdrawal? RUBBISH!!!!! ❌absolutely rubbish❌ stay clear of this site ❌ wins are very rare and when the scatters come in you get nothing for the first few spins then penny’s for the last few even on £1, 60p and 30p spins and if you manage to make it to 2x which again is very rare you get fishermen coming up but no money. They just keep saying that’s it is all down to luck but to keep losing day after day something ain’t right unless I am one unlucky person. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Ok this is my experience with NetBet. It was good to start with and then they started to limit me and because off my winnings. They limited me to £50 a mont 😂 I spend more in a shop a day. I did proof my income no limit changed. Next think they limited my monthly bet stake wagering to £500 So u can’t win over £500 if u wanna. I got £500 in my account but I can’t play Now they limited me time I spend on web ton120 min. And it’s kick me out. And most importan I can’t change any off this limits myself. And they not responding really really bad support, bank wid was instant. But It’s taking ages .And they referring it to safe gambling really 😂 to them yes Ido believe😂. A week on none of my withdrawals processed, have contacted customer service loads over the past week regarding my withdrawal. To be told they will ask for an update. Contradiction and lies Staff member Hazel is the rudest most unhelpful lier on the company, after being told they can not refund to applepay but under regulations they can only refund to original payment methods! Went to live chat to see if they received my verification documents as they never replied. It said open 9am to 11pm daily. Went on Saturday at 10am and closed. No one there but a BOT. After emailing my documents to support who never replied I decided to re submit them on the site but it asked for different documents than the email bur submitted these anyways. Haven’t heard back from this either and no live chat facility. So thought maybe if I withdraw my money at least theyl reply about the documents but still nothing. Eventually I thought about it and said I’ll press withdraw anyways and see what happens. Then it said that I will lose the free bet that they advertise to make you join if I do that so didn’t do that yet even though I’ll likely lose the free bet.Now see that this company is based in Malta so that’s also a bit dodgy isn’t it. I’ve used quite a lot of gambling sites and would say this is one of the poorer ones that I’ve used. The portal and website looks like something a child on a Fisher price computer would design. When you go into your cash withdrawl and deposit part it is very awkward to go back to the sportsbook. Poor withdrawal times, On google comes up as “instant withdrawal” I can assure it it is not instant after days of chasing still no winnings over £1000. Shock horror, it’s been a week now and no funds and withdrawal stuck in a Pending state. Documents provided for ID and accepted. Yet no movement on funds. I was worried! I had put money on this casino and won £500 at the time I was happy until I saw the 3.4 star trust pilot and the reviews were bad! Saying people didn’t get their withdrawals and that people didn’t get paid! I emailed my information which was wrong and they helped me instantly to correct it and within 24 hours £500 in my bank. Found netbet through searching “online casino” on Google. Advertised as instant withdrawals. Withdrawn money as a test , a low and behold they need sensitive information , bank statements, driver licence, debit card and utility bill. Takes one day for finance team to look at the documents then a other 48 hours for them to process withdrawal. As usual these companies are quick to take your money and try everything to not give it back.
