Seems this company makes it difficult to make a withdrawal. Deposits via PayPal are instant, but when you ask to withdraw funds, they not only want your bank details but ask for your private bank statements. Avoid

They stole £314 from me.My name is Nicholas (bennet*******mail.com)At first, Netbet accepted and paid out quickly enough, but at some point they began to request a huge number of photos, which I provided to them. Having refused to pay my winnings, Netbet, on August 31, 2023, informed me: “This account has been closed from this website.”.Then they constantly asked for something, then time, then photos, and as a result, today (09.28.2023), almost a month later, after the message about closing the account, they tell me: “our team has already decided to close your account and cancel your withdrawal request” – these scammers simply took my money as soon as I began to win a little more than I lost.Don’t use their service, NetBet.co.uk is a scam

Buggy game resulting in no winnings.Games system seems fine at first use, no obvious errors apart from one game and good choice of games to play from.My main issues which has made me 1 star this is because:On 1 hand customer service were absolutely useless when interacting with the regarding my account.And on the other hand, was alerted to a bonus on one of their games, bonus ran through and gave me my winnings then the game crashed on a “server error” opened the game, it resumed the winning spin same cash amount same spins etc then crashed again at the same point.Logged a job who couldn’t see anything and asked for references, I show them my account slip which shows no bets had been made and my balance was still reducing, even though there records state I wasn’t win/loss ing anything.Got in touch heard nothing back, said they’ve log a job. Still waiting to hear back.

After reading their responses about 2022 rtp at 94% I must be in the unlucky 6%Thought I’d give them a go today but I didn’t hit a single bonus game with my deposit. I played the same game I play on another provider to keep it fair. If on the other provider I would have hit a bonus within that deposit. Disappointing.On a positive note, they do have large collection of games from different providers and also allow mobile billing.

Processing times are way longer than any other website! 2 days to process then 1-8 days to receive money so a total of potentially nearly 10 days to get winnings! Yet they take the money from your account instant! I like this website for high amount of great games it offers.. it’s just a shame it’s the longest to get winnings!

If I could I would give no star that is how I feel right now. So casino offered me 50£ of bonus what had to be wagered 40x before any withdrawal could be made. I was glad that even I didn’t win previously that I have at least same sort of bonus. Magically I managed to wager 2000£ what literally never happens.Problem what I had was that while I was playing game never give me notification that I played for real money so I lost 178£.So I contacted support about this and they admitted that I should receive the notification. A very bad casino. They limited my account from £540 to £50 without notifying me after I passed all their checks. The withdrawal process takes 4 days each. Identity verification can take up to 5 days. The support staff are useless!!

Disastrous experience on withdrawal. They take your money immediately then tried to withdraw £1450 and they removed the option to transfer to card. Had to do bank transfer and it has been pending for 5 days. Mercer have responded to 3 emails. Avoid at all costs. Will share another bad experience last week separately

Don’t waste your money or give them your time !! I made a withdrawal of £250. said it would be with me within 24-48 hours. They only offerd me a “wire transfer” Got email saying I need to upload various bank documents etc with absolutely ridiculous information. If I knew all this I would never have bothered.
