Withdrawal times are ridiculous with no ownership.I have been waiting 8 days for my withdrawal to be processed, wasTold 24-48 hours after documents verified. Quick to take the money, not so quick at returning!

I invested £50 and won £70 so a withdrawal of £120 requested. Not a great deal of money but a pleasant experience. Can I get the withdrawal? No! I sent all documents to be verified. I have sent eight images of me holding my driving licence only to be told they need images of me holding my driving licence. Frustrated and feeling it is not fair to have the pleasure of winning a few quid overturned by the inability to actually receive that money.

Have sent 17 emails, chat bot service every 2 hours for the last 6 days. No response. Still waiting for my withdrawal. Their number listed online doesn’t work. They was in contact with my on Friday and said by Saturday it will 100% be verified and processed however nothing has changed. From the lack of customer service I would not recommend. I’m waiting for a £800 withdrawal and I don’t think I’ll ever get it… Jake

Hi, I have contacted three personal chat bot service employees of yours. Sent over 10 emails and I need an answer. I have tried submitting documents and have been waiting for my withdrawal for the last 2 weeks now. My account also has been picked because I told Luke (customer service rep) that I need the £800. I have sent over 10 emails and I’m appalled by the lack of customer service. One chat service helper - Christina helped me a lot. And said that you will put it as an urgent matter and if my withdrawal and documents were not processed by Saturday morning (I contacted her on Friday PM) then to call and contact the service team. I tried to cal 5 times and no answer whatsoever. I tried connecting to the “chat with an expert” 5 times 2 hours apart Saturday and Sunday and no answer. I tried this morning and again no answer. My situation is my bank says my business name “JHC media” and not my real name “Jake Hume” I said that I do not have a personal card and then sent proof (through email) that I am the owner of the business and my address that is also linked to my currently closer account. Please can someone contact me and let me know I will get this processed as soon as possible. I am currently very unhappy and had no updates. I am fed up of sending emails and nothing being done please can someone get this processed and give me an update! Amount - £800 withdrawal Thanks

Reading a lot of reviews seems to be a common theme on withdrawals been waiting 3 days now and still no update on withdrawal it’s in my history of being processed but in my withdraw pending it’s not there sent 3 emails and no reply, not looking the best lol

My partner deposited and won on this site. He uploaded all documents to verify himself. He used my card to deposit so they then asked for my Id also. More than enough documents were uploaded to verify us both but yet still 4 days on, we are still waiting on the 2 withdrawals made. We have have found the whole experience very stressful and it’s still not resolved. Customer service are not quick in getting back in touch either.

I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal 3 days now. My account has been verified for a year or more but first time I’ve ever withdrew a win and Netbet requested a recent bank statement to prove I am the account holder to which I requested my winnings be sent to. They have emailed me 4 times requesting this informationEven though I’ve been advised on live chat with different CS operators they were in receipt. Quite concerning I’m getting mixed messages and still no response as to my withdrawal being processed! Hoping this isn’t a scam!

Withdrawn two days ago, had an email to say what to provide (it's 2024, not 2020)Old school methods.Anyways 9am on Monday I submitted all these via email had no response at all. My money is just pending still two days on, had a fresh email this morning asking to provide them again. Exactly the same as the first email which obviously i have replied again stating I've already done this two days ago. How can they be allowed to just keep letting me deposit yet when i win they keep my winnings. I want this sorted.

Please do not use this site. They will try anything to withhold your withdrawal. I’m into the second week of trying to claim my withdrawal with no success. Documents all provided. They take days to answer any queries. They don’t have a phone number. They send generic replies in every email. They won’t answer specific questions. Be very cautious if deciding to deposit using this company, it will take a long time for any (if you get it) withdrawals to be processed

I won some money but they keep my money fron 8th of february... They took may times deposit from my bank account, just one time i won some money but they didn't send my money same bank account... They ask mayny document, i tried to upload , sent a few times document to support team. And no body help me... why you didn't ask that much document when you are taking deposit ? So please dont believe them, they shoud be fraud... unfortunately they still keeping my money...

If I could give this casino 0 stars I would,they are awful. I signed up, placed my first bets and one happened to win a small amount of cash. I tried to withdraw but they won't let me, they have requested so far, utility bill, passport, driving licence, bank card and selfie with bank card, all of which I sent to them immediately. They won't accept the selfie and they are saying my water bill Pdf is no good to prove my address. They are now requesting a mortgage statement and a letter from the tax office!!! All this to withdraw a small amount of money! They are blatant thieves, using any excuse they can to keep money. I will have to give up and let them keep my money but please don't sign up to them. There are far better casinos out there, this is one of the really bad ones. Completely scammers.

So as it stands in waiting for £200 to be withdrawn back into my account. After being told by the customer service team yesterday it will be in 1-6 hours.. the next day still nothing and my withdrawals are still pending I have sent the necessary documents and received confirmation these have been uploaded. I go onto talk to customer service today and all I’m getting is agent offline. I’ve emailed and received nothing back. It’s a great app with great games but as it stands my review is 2 stars due to the lack of help I’ve had.. very quick to take your money but super slow to pay you your winnings. I’ve been waiting 4 days now. Do I need to worry about them scamming me?

My deposit was refused almost 2 days ago yet it has not been returned to my Paysafecard. Can someone please get this sorted out as I have sent numerous email requesting this to be sorted yet no one has looked into it. I have also contacted Paysafe who have stated it is NetBet who need to REFUND my funds back as the payment has gone out of my paysafecard

Do not go with netbet, I deposited £50 and never received it, they don't have contact number, only live chat but the representative Christina, closed my account, as I said I needed it, so now i have no way of contacting them. I ve sent emails to netbet support, but no reply i guess £50 is nothing to them.

Nice welcome bonusBeen playing on this site for about a week.Pros:- A good selection of slots, a nice welcome bonus, the ability to favourite slots for your own favourites section, they pay out, respond to live chats.Cons:- The site is a bit buggy, not every slot loads on mobile, some don't resize properly on mobile ( Android - google chrome). Less bugs on desktop version but still a few. Joke of a company.Depoits made using Apple Pay and now I’ve tried to make a withdrawal for the poxy amount of £120 they want bank statements with IBAN numbers. Slow in processing and customer service is non existent. Stick with the better known companies if you want paying without the STRESS!

Horrible place to play , u always need to have 10£ in your account to make any withdraws. Again today i was playing on bonus balance and win 60£ from the game , there was no way to take the cash out as i had 14.3£ bonus amount, and no cash balance at all. Deposited 10£ minumum u need to have at the account as a cash balance. So i thought if i will deposit 10£ will be able to get 60£ from my victory. I was wrong , once i withdraw 10£ whole rest gone 60£ including 14.3£ bonus. Pure joke they will offer u free spins but u will be always pined up to them. White day robbery.

Don’t trust this reviews. It’s not fun to play! You can win something but after you spend quite a bit. You need to change this! I’ve deposited £40 in 4 different days and no joke, I played £10 at 0.20p in less than 3 min? maybe won once or twice some pence? lol I also enjoy playing even if I dont withdraw in the end you know! hate this place.

Avoid! Scam! I registered yesterday and made 3 deposits for all together £200. I won and I made withdraw about 8pm on 31.01.2024 for amount of £302.50. Everything seems ok till today. Today I seen on my netbed profile info that I need made verification! Now? How classic. That's typical scamming behaviour of not legit gambling website. I said I can't do verification coz I am on holiday and I don't cary my bills in the bag pack! After long conversation on life chat, only what happend was that they blocked me after I said I made screenshots of our conversation and I will make it publish. Then I received cheeky email where they asked me to about verification (even knowing coz I told them that I am on holiday) but most funny part was that they ask about ADDITIONAL verification so basically me standing with one of my documents! So yes! Ask about verification AFTER deposit and then about more of verification! So if this website is so in to safety of customers why U don't ask about verification BEFORE U took money from my bank? Why after? I will tell U why, coz is not about safety, that's basically a way to slow down withdrawal. Well known trick. I am Asperger's person, high intelligence and always fair and that situation hurt me so much. I have also heart problem and I shouldn't stress. Gambling from time to time is my way to relax and have a fun and Netbet change that experience in to nightmare! I will go to ombudsman and I will publish reviews everywhere I can to warning people about this in fairness behaviour! U should ACT FAIR! U have guys time till 5pm today 1.02.2024 to process my withdrawal and send that to me. If not we will start social and legal war. I have time and I am determined to fight that ridiculous and unfair nonsense. I will easily live without £300 if U will not pay it but that will cost U NEtBEt much more. Edit: Just read more of negative reviews and can see that is not only my case when netbet don't want pay withdrawal, thinking of creating group and also channel on YouTube to stop this procedure where gambling website use gaps in law for scam or and fraud. Together we can do more! Will update tomorrow!

Signed up on Friday was told I had to upload docs but still allowed to deposit and play. Constantly bombarded with safer gambling messages and emails even though I’m spending well within my means so I thought maybe because I’m new I have to put a timeout or something until I’m verified.Checked on Saturday if there was any verification update and noticed the time out wasn’t applied and I could still play.Played a few games and again bombarded with safer gambling messages set the time out again and double checked it stated I was timed out until 3rd FebChecked on Monday for verification update and yet again the time out wasn’t applied.Messaged customer service who said I’m verified and they have absolutely no record of a time out and I stated how I applied the time out and the message stating I would be timed out till 3rd Feb so they closed my account.Very happy to take money before verification and not apply the restrictions they hound you about

Been using this for over a year started great but after the first month went down hill drastically, please don’t use this site save your money or use it on one that doesn’t scam you like NetBet. I’ve previously put money on and not even been able to use it, didn’t even come up on my balance yet the transaction was complete. Then was questioned about it customer support is just automated response which is beyond frustrating. NetBet = scam
