Scammers, cheats, robbers, unfair terms, ignorant staff. The list could go on. I signed up with novibet, verified my account. Made deposits, placed bets, was lucky to win money. Then after winning they decided to deactivate my account and keep my funds. Stay well away and use a reputable bookmaker. Ive used a few and this is 100% the worst and most untrustworthy bookie online.

These people accepted a deposit with terms that there was a 100% bonus. they did not apply the bonus and the cash was spun on slots at an rtp of 39% I asked why no bonus they said Im not verified, therefore THEY BROKE THE UKGC LAWS by letting an unverified player, who could have been a child, gamble. That was 4 years ago, this week they used targeted marketing and emailed ME. They said to come back the bonus was now on the account so I went to look and it was there £125 bonus money HOWEVER, when I went to use it I CANT as Im not verified SO, I had already sent them everything they needed five times, photo i.d. birth certificate, bank details and utility bill. The excuse they use for no verification was my citizen card i.d. which is p.a.s.s. verified and recognised by the UK police and P.S.N.I etc, it is a perfectly legit method of I.D. BUT they said it was unacceptable. only a passport would do. If ANYONE looks on their sign up page and looks at all three i.d. options it is PASSPORT, DRIVERS LICENCE AND I.D. CARD…..they are scamming cheats, their own website says i.d. card but they intentionally block valid i.d. cards!!! stay away from these crooks, they have known thieves as affiliates and marketers on twitch.tv. and they do illegal customer targeting from databases for people they know will deposit and they target problem gamblers with their marketing!!!! it is revolting and disgusting and their licence must be revoked. 11% of all suicide is gambling related and these “people” are targeting vulnerable people, it is criminal and they should be jailed for this scum like behaviour. They are like drug dealers targeting recovering addicts, it is the lowest filth possible.

Bit oddset me a monthly limit and were fine about it, then the next day they suddenly demanded tons of ID, i asked them why and they ignored my email , i sent it twice and nothing back from themI know they read feedback as they reply to ppl who have given it 5 stars so any chance you can reply to me?I wont lose sleep if they dont bother as the odds are poor and the customer service team totally inflexible, I was a few minutes late for a promotion and rather than give me the bet they stated terms and conditions and refused. I can see there have been plenty of negative reviews here about Novibet, and people can only talk about their personal experience.So far, I have found them to be excellent. I have encountered no problems with them whatsoever. The customer service has been brilliant, emails and live chats have been answered quickly and some minor issues dealt with promptly.They offer excellent sporting and casino promotions, and all of the free bets and free spins I have qualified for have been paid on time. A recent withdrawal I made went through without delay too.10/10 so far.

Another one of those “you win once, you lose for the rest of your time there” types. Customer service is poor like all the others say. Had to verify myself multiple times for no reason. Website buggy, bonuses they try to tempt you with don’t even hit immediately like pretty much any other site. Games reliable on other sites seem absolutely destined to fail only on here? Spending £70 in tiny bets and not getting any bonus rounds on slots. It’s just miserable. Query it:“Ah you used the enhanced odds, so you’re not eligible”Despite the enhanced odds being less than other bookies. Basically, they wriggle out of paying any offers. Avoid!I joined Novibet to receive a free welcome bet, they allow you to make deposits, however, when you go to withdraw it they make you verify your card payment method (even though I deposited and withdrawn to PayPal!). The reason they give is for security reasons, however, surely depositing the money is more of a threat than giving it back?I lost my Bank Card over christmas and was told I could provide a Bank Statement to show the proof of transactions however, I am receiving daily emails to send pictures of my card. Passing the initial KYC check isn’t sufficient enough apparently.It is very interesting how you can upload documents for the KYC check but are asked to email the Card details, almost like they want to delay it as much as possible.For some people this could be a very draining process having the threat of not receiving their money looming, I hope the complaint I will be making will go towards them improving their processes.UPDATEI have now received my money after daily chasing through live chat and emails. Withdrawal was completed 10 minutes after account verified. Good to see they don’t keep your money as seen on other reviews but I won’t be using them again.

Unless you plan on losing every bet, go somewhere else. won 4/5 of my last bets and as i go to place my 6th I’m told I’m not allowed to place bets in excess of £20. Ey? Why call yourselves a bookies then. I’m struggling to see how they can call this a sustainable business model when you only allow losers to play. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more I’m loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I don’t win anything, they’re saying I didn’t win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. Couldn’t give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they can’t even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?.
