I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it’s makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

They did an offer. Bet £100 or more on virtual sports and get £20 free bet. I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.
I got told I didn't qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports.

Customer service made no attempt to help and refused to answer questions just telling me to read t & c next time. They couldn't care less. Appalling attitude

Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they haven’t followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but that’s just me.

DO NOT bet with this company. Opened an account, won the grand sum of £45. They then suspended my account and asked for more identification. This was sent. Now 2 months later they are saying that my account is under investigation and are refusing to pay back my winnings. There customer services are constantly using delaying tactics. I honestly don't know what to make of NoviBet, it has one of the biggest game selections and one of the best site layouts I've seen in recent years.

For a site that looks very entertaining, it's been the complete opposite for me, since the get go.

I didn't expect to have such a run of bad luck at a site like NoviBet, to the point where every game, by every provider, is doing the exact same thing… Nothing.

I've been gambling online for 12 years, so I understand it's all random, tested and down to luck ect… But from my experiences, it all been profit making to them and the least entertainment for me.

Been using them for a few months. Today I found myself unable to place any bets, even a free one.

My account has been restricted without telling me and the chat was very unhelpful in regards to resolving why. They blamed 'company' for setting limits that they don't have access to.

They are very strict on their terms of the weekly bet £10×10 for a free £10 bet, after having placed at least 10 bets but got rejected one week because one of the bets settled a few hours late and another rejected because one of the ten bets wasn't quite high enough odds. Other bookies, who value their customers, will give you a free bet out of goodwill, not NoviBet.

They also have boosted odds bets that don't count towards your qualifying bets that loads of people will come a cropper of before realising, allowing them to refuse thousands of free bets each week, which is at best sneaky and worst deliberately misleading.

To be refused £10 bets when I haven't deposited money for weeks and am pretty much betting with my winnings is frankly ridiculous.

Poor bookies, poor customer service, site is difficult to navigate. Get your free new customer bet and run.

Best firm I have used over the last 2 years.
Not just the usual antepost markets on Football, very many specials markets as well. Also saw the same with the Tennis betting on Wimbledon.
Lots of available markets on live in running events also.
Looking forward to using Novibet during the upcoming football season.

The only downfall with Novibet is something someone spoke about earlier about their Horse Racing offerings. They really need to improve their prices on Horse Racing (Win and Place markets)

When I signed up to a new account I provided lots of documentation to verify my identity. This subsequently went through easily within a matter of hours and was verified.
After winning £76 a couple weeks after being verified, I went to withdrawn my funds. Each day I logged in to see if there was an issue but it just seemed to be taking a long take to withdraw for some reason.
After 4 days, Novibet decided to suspend my account. I contacted them and they said they returned my withdrawal back to Novibet and to provide more identification. So if the ID requested was the same as the first. This was annoying as only 2 weeks had passed since the last one but I did it anyway. It's been almost a week since I uploaded more documents and still nothing!!

I contacted the advisors and they are so rude. They really are horrible and simply say to be patient.

I don't know why Novibet is taking on new customers if it clearly can't keep up with repeat verifications. In addition, they suspended my account and witheld my funds 4 days after I requested a withdrawal. Why did they return the money back to my Novibet account when there was no issue for 4 days!?
Something is fishy and I do not trust this company for one second.

As soon as I get access, I will withdraw my money and close the account forever. Not worth the risk nor the stress.

Opened a new account. Deposited £25 won £798. Withdrew my winnings and back into my account in under 48 hours. Horse racing prices are terrible as they are fixed odds and usually a point lower than other bookmakers. But if you bet on football their prices are better than anywhere else. Give 5 stars due to all the other bad reviews and I have only been with them a few days. Like any bookie now you have to verify your account so make sure you have the documents. Online chat feature the staff was always helpful.

A friend of mine referred them to me as one of the best newcomers. Creating an account was dead easy and in line with what other brands follow.

Been doing their bet club for a couple of months and picking up some but not all promos they have and went to place a bet a couple of days to find I was stake restriced, spoke to customer service who couldn't find anything wrong with my account. Had to try live chat 4 times before being told my account was stake restricted.

There is alot of things that i very much dislike about this casino. I've sent half a dozen emails to this brand asking them why a 9.80 on screen win paid as £2 and odd pence?

In pointing this out the response was that its correct payout. Now when I checked my play hist this suddenly became sinister because all bets previous to and placed after had their assigned value to them… all except the 5 in dispute. This was done to me on same game, in 21st so during game play and unbeknownst to them, I had taken screen shots to prove whay the bet was, and what they paid out on screen, and If a good job I did Sn Shot it for proof, because the value or bet per spin convenienty had, well… run away from play hist due to finding all a bit monotonous yet, sinister.

interestingly the specific spins the win win came in, in real live play i got message of server failure and then a reconnect message

Anyway I've sent them irrefutable evidence of what I bet, asked them why these bets are not recorded in play hist and asked them to 7 or 8 times to please correct this and in the face of that which cannot be denied…. they continue to stand by and deny what's put (Thanks to screen shots as their casino play history must have suffered a glitch in the matrix) right in front of them.
