Another SCAM site.
Opened my account. Was verified. Deposited £1250 in total. They then decided to close my account without offering me an explanation and returned my balance. I was down over £310 and was told I will not be getting my money back. Ridiculous. Terrible service, bunch of crooks. Should be shutdown. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was very skeptical when first signing up at Novibet.co.uk as there see to be a lot of dissatisfied customers leaving feedback on here. Still, given their great sign up offer, i decided to go ahead…
The product is great (I used their iOS app) with a lot of football betting options, which is what attracted me in the first place. Competitive odds when compared to other fully regulated UK gaming companies. On registration I had to deal with their KYC process before my account was fully activated and I could place a bet, took about an hour form the moment of KYC request to the point where I could place a bet. This is industry standard though, all other companies have asked for exactly the same. I assume it is a UKGC requirement and it makes complete sense.
I have been a client for a few months now and they are my go-to for a cheeky punt. Good loyalty offers (They are regular, every week or so depending on the available events I guess).
I had to use customer support a few times, via chat – not phone I must admit, and each time I had very little waiting time…which is something that used to frustrate me with other companies. Quick and effective
Anyway, this is my experience with them. I am still betting through their site so I suppose I am what you would class as "a happy customer".

just went to place a horse bet and the odds are nowhere near what they are in real life. they are shorter on every horse , they seem to make their own odds. a horse was 9/2 and they were going 3/1! and this wasnt an early price this was 30 seconds before the off. Not even an option to take SP, you have to take their bad odds or no bet

Already reviewed but this is months later, such a great casino site, i play £10s as i dont have alot of money and i play with what i got but if you have alot of money to play with this site is for sure a good site to play with your money, won very nicely over the months, of course i have lost but i feel like the site gives as well as takes ofc, also they give nice bonus suprises on your account such as free spins which led to winning a small amount, very nice. Possibly the worst betting company I have dealt with. Customer service asked for multiple copies of cards, bank statements etc and even when all of this is provided they still failed to pay out. Complaint currently with the Gambling Commission.

Withdrawals not bad timewise and can't dispute that but the odds are pathetic

Yesterday horse race the first two in the betting with every firm was 2.50 and 3.25 but novibet went 2.04 and 2.64 this was 5 minutes before the off as well

Today first race was 2.0 2.40 and 8.0 with all bookies yet novibet went 1.82 2.20 and 6.90
How can they do that? They seem to make their own odds. Totally unacceptable and won't bother again. It's hard enough to win when you get the real odds nevermind when they shave the prices. Surely this shouldnt be allowed

Won £350 through their sign up, placed a few more bets. Asked for ID before sign up, provided. Asked for more ID after I'd won my sign up bet. Provided that too, then asked for a phonecall to verify im the account holder. Passed all their KYC checks, they then closed my account and refused to pay out. Avoid at all costs, It's not worth playing with a small company like this who will rip you off the first opportunity they get. Stick to the major bookies.

Discusting. After i deposit 180 i finally win 60 . After i wichdraw the games spin very dlow som times waitung 5-10sec for finish the spin. The fast 1, normal always give som wins like 0.1 or 0.3 £ !!! Bonus picture not arrive after 700 auto spins i setup . Best last 100 spin i setup and finish in exaclly 0!!! Redicilus . DO NOT DEPSOIT. uploaded funds for an offer, placed the offer and had confirmation. went in later that day after the bet had settled expeting to see the win and profit…just my funds! no bet. spoke to customer services and they denied the bet being placed then cut me off. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. closing the account as soon as i get my deposit back

Do not use or deposit – this firm are absolute rip off merchants. Charge 2% to withdraw your money and their customer service is non existent….. take ages to review documentation as well. Jokers. BEWARE

This joke of an organisation confiscated my funds. I challenged them to provide evidence on the terms they accused me of breaching however no avail.
I've had freinds in similar situations and freinds who were restricted to £0.09 per bet.

Would like to visit there office and speak with somebody in person who wouldn't be able to wiggle out of tough questions however it seems they're based in Greece, may pay them a visit when I'm next over there.

Stay clear from these cowboys, suprised they still have there licence.

Costumer service is poor and if you play the offers that are advertised you will get stake restricted quickly. Think the minimum asked from a bookie is to be fair and not punish costumers for winning. This is somewhat balanced by good offers and some of the best odds you get for a bookie. But like I said, if you start winning you will be stopped without explanation.

I have probably verified my account more than three times with them, on the app, in the browser and by email. last thing was the account is now absolutely fine to be used and completely verified.
and when I did a withdrawal they again asked me proof of my paypal (in order to verify my account it said lol) unbelievable! and somehow funny lol
once I receive my withdrawal I will close my account and go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

After 2 weeks of using this company I can safely say they are the worst platform I have ever used.

They advertise ( even email ) that certain events are available for cash out , encourage you to take part in promotions for cash out free bets on in play betting.

Then the second the event starts the black out the cash out option.

When I spoke to live chat about this happening frequently …. the response I got was this …. “ cash out is not available “

I messaged live chat on 6 occasions and sent long messages asking for explanations and reasons as to why they were advertising something that didn’t exist and every single time I just got a one line answer of “ cash out is not available “

They offered no explanation , when I requested their licence number in order to make a complaint they refused to give me it.

Avoid like the plaque.

Also their virtual blackjack experience offers you the recommended strategy…. whilst using this strategy I played 611 hand of blackjack and won only 81 of them.
Yea that is right I lost 530 out of 611 blackjack hands in 2 weeks.

When I asked live chat about this they simply said “ it is luck “

Recently signed up to this site, site is OK easy to navigate, but it's the loyalty program that is a scam, it states for every bet of £100 you get points for whatever slot you play (in my case Thai flower) which is 150 so every £100 wagered you get 150 points towards casino points to unlock cash rewards. I wagered £3795.40 to be exact so my casino points should be in the high 2500s, wrong every time I placed a bet 0.50p I got half towards the wagering of the £100. It does not state in the terms and conditions that whatever you bet you half of it goes towards wagering, it's a complete scam it doesn't matter how much you bet whether it be 10p or £2 every penny should count as wagering. Customer services are a joke aswel always talking over you, rude, and they never resolve anything, they always say we will send the information to the relevant department, are they actually customer service because they ain't doing no customer service job, asked to speak to a manager to be told no option is available, think I will refer this to IBAS to get my deposits back because its false advertising and bad customer service, Iam paying for a service that Iam not actually recieving

Watch out if you get Manos D on customer service – unhelpful, passive aggressive, refused to escalate to a manager and ended up terminating the chat. Couldn't access a free bet that was due. Avoid!

The site could be so much more if it cared about there customers. Selection of games and providers are excellent and never had a problem with withdrawals.
The problem lies with the customer service and lack of care, rude is an understatment and if you ask about bonuses or rewards you just get told you would get an email if anything available. No VIP account managers to speak to. I lost £5000 in Janurary and recieved 10 free spins at the value of 10p each. (£1) .
My other casinos treat you with respect, check that you are ok and offer cashback and decent rewards.
Avoid this casino at all costs until they sort out customer sevice and VIP rewards then it would be worth playing.

I just don't understand all these bad vibes about Novibet.

It's mental how they can payout withdrawals within 24hrs. I won £1000 during the day, withdrew it, and the next morning the winnings were in my account and that's not the first time that they've cleared my funds fast.

If they can clear, process, and payout within 24 hours why can't the other sites do it.

I can't think of any bad issues with this site, maybe having to wait a while for the instant chat, but that's it.

I would thoroughly recommend Novibet to anyone, especially with regards to withdrawals.

Very poor customer service and very robotic.

They definitely don't like winners only want all losers in their accounts.
I first joined with £50 and lost 4 times on football & horses. last £10 i won a bet on football back and then the next day i punted a really good horse at 10 to 1 overall i turned into £300plus i requested a withdrawal and it took ages then they needed me to send in card proof etc which i did. the money took about a week to finally arrive into my account.
All was good so i thought.
This week i decided to punt on football and when i tried to bet it says i have been restricted to 12pence a bet…???
i contacted them via online chat and ended up speaking to a very robotic agent, i felt he/shes only prepose was to copy and paste replies and they exited the chat once i asked for someone who can assist me better.

Shocking “Customer service”

My bank card was compromised so I cancelled it and got a new one. I asked the online chat at Novibet how I could update it, received a very abrupt response that the only way to do it is to make a deposit. I thought this was ridiculous but I made a £10 deposit and withdrew it immediately.

They are now asking for proof my previous bank card was cancelled and won’t pay me the money! I sent photographic evidence of my new card as they asked, this wasn’t enough. I made the deposit on their say so in order to update my bank details as that is apparently the only way, and now they won’t pay it back onto the same card I used? Quite happy to take my money! At no point did the person on the chat tell me this may happen or I would not have bothered with them.

Absolute thieves, I will not be using you again and will be advising everyone to avoid.

I opened the account on after seeing an advert on tv , I deposited only 30 pounds and ended up with nearly 2000. After a couple of days after withdrawing I hadn’t heard anything so connected to there live chat which replied saying I needed to verify my card I thought oh no not one of these , so I did as they asked and within 20 mins my withdrawals had been processed 👍 less than 24 hrs later the money is in my account. I know a lot of people are saying scam but they’ve been top class with me 👍

Clicked through from an ad for quantum roulette, deposited, then there was no quantum roulette. First red flag. Submitted kyc docs, was told it would take 20 minutes, an hour later still not able to play anything (but happy to take my deposit). 2nd red flag. On live chat was told first to send a full page of my bank statement via email (I cropped out the financial information) to which I said no, I'm not giving you my detailed bank account info. Then they said they needed me to send a bank statement rather than a letter from the bank (the document I uploaded literally says that it's a bank statement at the top). 3rd red flag, they couldn't even keep their story straight on why they were refusing my documents, documents that have been accepted at every other casino I've played at. Very sarcastic, totally useless and obviously a scam. They refused to delete my personal data which is obviously illegal so will be reporting them. Let's see if they actually process my withdrawal. The most dishonest bookmaker I have ever used.

They said they were reviewing my account and kept me in suspense for over 2months. When I decided to escalate my queries to a complaint they blocked my account and refused to give me back any of my winnings, which equated to over £400. I am currently trying to get this resolved but it seems it has been done knee jerk reaction to me raising a complaint.

I am prepared to go to IBAS over this but you shouldn't have to.

So as everyone says here. I got stake restricted and could only bet 9p. I didn’t know this until I tried to place a bet. By the sound of the reviews here they do everything without letting the customer know. I am sure I will also have my account deactivated tomorrow when they read this review.

They just some poor people who have created a betting company just to get money. If you win a £100 you will be stake restricted and there will be no reason given as to why anything has happened!

I have asked them to send me any of my personal data they hold under their privacy policy and the data protection act since I don’t trust them. If they don’t send it a complaint to the right authority will be put forward.

Been with this casino for playing slots far longer than any other in the last ten years. Apart from some days of dead spins which is normal, the majority is acceptable. Best part is the instant withdrawal to an e-wallet in my case Paypal. On average two days to answer an email.

I see that some reviewers complain about withdrawals. Novibet like all online casinos have T&Cs and here in particular they state, please send identity documents and wait for them to be verified, BEFORE depositing. I always read these T&Cs before depositing to be sure I am not contravening the rules. In Novibet's case it is labelled KYC (know your customer) before playing. Because I adhered to their rules, it has been plain sailing.

They have a vast selection of slots and work very well on mobile. Promotions some of which are daily, plus an ongoing points accumulator that pays a cash dividend.

How come the overall is 4/5 when almost every review is 1 star when people would give it zero if they could. The problem for me has been simple registration. Unfortunately I managed to “register” and pay a deposit through Visa Debit, but having already obtained a picture of driving license and utility bill … they now want a legible photo of the debit card itself. It sounds like a massive identity fraud scam, and when I pointed this out, they simply pointed to the terms and conditions saying that they could ask for these things, and claimed to be complying fully with data protection. Sounds like a scandal in the making, and meanwhile a deposit lost.

Was happily doing bets of £20. Then site said limited to placing pennies (eg 10p bets). Obviously a technical issue I thought (overall was down on my money).

After many emails back and forth NoviBet admitted to limiting my bets, but gave no reason why they did this.

If effect, they banned me for no reason.

As a result will bet elsewhere, but would recommend avoiding this company. Terrible & slow support, limiting bets with no justification and, in effect, banning without reason.

Fortunately got my balance off the site as other reviews suggest NoviBet try and keep your money too.

As per so many poor reviews mine relates to having to provide extra documents to complete a withdraw, I supplied the documents and finally after 5 days the processed the withdraw, but then it's another 3-5 days until it hits my account, most other websites are between 10 minutes and 2-3 days until it is in your account. I logged a complaint against their dealing of it and why they ask for further verification to make a withdrawl, at first they didn't log it, then when they did they clearly didn't like the fact i had complained and closed my account (I wanted to close it anyway) and quoted POCA proceeds of crime laws as to why they need more verification, this would suggest that their company is operating illegaly because gambling is not a "proceed of crime" all they need to do to comply with anti money laundering law which comes under POCA is to deposit the money back to the same payment method it came from, just like….ohhhhhhhh, any other gambling website does! They clearly make it difficult to withdraw your funds so you end up re-using it and loosing it instead, oh well, jokes on them because I won more that I lost, then they threw their toys out the pram when I complained and closed my account.

Simply scam. I'm in the process of going through resolver, IBAS, the glambing comission and then court if necessary

After trying to withdraw my deposit plus 150 GBP in winnings, Novibet has basically taken my account hostage, blocking it and withholding my funds, so far they have provided no explanation whatsoever and no timeframe for a resolution. Their useless support team keep saying they can't comment on security issues and that my case is with the security department (where it has been for over 2 weeks now even though I have already provided loads of documentation of all sorts and that my account was fully verified ahead of any deposit)

So the only thing left is to go to arbitrage and court. I advise everyone else to not let go if you are in a similar situation, and for the rest simply avoid novibet at all costs.

After enrolling with Novibet and playing on their slots, I won £1000 and after withdrawing the money I proceeded to see what the reviews on Trustpilot were saying about this site.

My elation at winning the money turned to anguish after reading some of these reviews about having to jump through hoops to receive these funds and in some cases not even receiving the money.

Nope that wasn't the case –
I was first informed that the £1000 had been processed and then within 48 hours it was in my account, it was as simple and as easy as that.

With regards to withdrawals at Novibet they're first class and I have absolutely no issues.

Worst online bookmaker I've ever experienced. They refuse to pay you any winnings. Free bets are impossible and every bet you make is restricted. I find it stunning that the gambling commission is still allowing them to operate
