Having looked at the previous reviews I felt I had to write one based on my experience of the site. I opened an account and prior to being able to place bets or use the casino was required to provided a bank statement or utility bill and a picture of some photographic ID which seems standard for all betting sites. I used the live casino for a few hours with no issues, deposits were quick through PayPal. I won some money so wanted to withdraw it and having read some of the reviews here was expecting to encounter some issues. I was initially requested to provide proof of my IBAN and SWIFT numbers for my account. My initial withdrawal was then rejected as I tried to withdraw it via a different method than the deposit, which again is fair enough and my own fault. I was advised the withdrawal would be processed within 24 hours however it was done within a couple of hours and in my paypal account instantly after processing. The site UI is a little clunky and not the best in some menus but overall it was a decent site and only fair to give a good review to counter some of the poor reviews noted.

Tried to open an account, uploaded the documents they asked for, but they were keep saying that there weren't enough. It was strange that all the customer service lads were Greeks, so after an investigation I realised that this company is actually based in corrupted and bankruptcy Greece! Stay away from such dodgy sites, if by any luck you win, no guarantee to get your money back. How the hell they an English licence thatssomething for the xfiles

Hi All, So firstly as a website/betting it has not been too bad and actually quite liked the idea of the site. My only concern now are my withdrawals. Having deposited a fair amount £2,000 I won a total in excess of £6,000. I have provided all my documentation including a photo of the front & back of my card. My account is showing as fully verified on my KYC however they keep insisting that I will receive an email regarding my withdrawal. As it stands ive had no email. My first withdrawal was on 22nd October and im still waiting. Right up until this point I didnt really have any complaints but now Im concerned that not just the £6,000 but my initial deposit of £2,000. Cant add screenshots here otherwise would happily do this so show everyone. I have raised a complaint with Novibet but yet to recieve a reply from their customer service team Once/If I recieve the withdrawal I would be happy to review again

Issue with Verification sorted. Like a few others I had an issue with verification after a win. I suggest you get verified BEFORE you place a bet to stop any hassle. Sorted my out and the site has best odds.

Customers experiencing problems with Novibet should act swiftly. Don't wait around for them as their classic behaviour is to stall and frustrate their account holders who want to withdraw funds. The Resolver website can be used to raise an official complaint and subsequently it also allows you to go through IBAS. It's also advisable to put a complaint in with the UK Gambling Commission as they are capable of revoking licences. It's also absolutely worth contacting any consumer protection related media on radio, TV, online or in print, etc to highlight injustices. Sometimes this sort of action can trigger payment and it will put Novigroup on the back foot. The final step is to take legal action and depending on the sum involved, it can be extremely cheap to do. Those who have been cheated out of more significant and higher sums may able to find a representative with a detailed knowledge of the gambling sector. Just remember, all cases should be legitimate grievances. Most of these will likely involve Novibet using unreasonable verification methods/requests or manipulating their terms and conditions to withhold winnings and keep player deposits which creates a lose-lose scenario for the player. Good luck, but remember the most important thing is to take action - don't just do nothing.

This is the most shocking betting company I have ever used. Their promotions have too much small print which makes the promotion no where near all the hassle I have had to go through to set up an account! On top of that, they will not allow me to withdraw the initial £10 I deposited until my account is verified (even though every document with my address I upload, they don’t accept). Also the members of staff who work on their live chat are useless, the last person I spoke to even ended the chat because he said I took too long to reply but that was a clear lie! His name was Nikos K. A real waste of my Sunday afternoon!

Passed KYC once opened the account, they asked again couple weeks later, and again later after that! Played there for about 3 months, about £100 a week, never won more than £40 from a bonus (stakes 80p-£2). Don't waste your time, they only want your money, to win there is hard, and if you do they will make something up to not pay you:)

Another bookie that after you win make things difficult. They’re happy to take money from my card but when you win they won’t just send money back to the same card, they want to verify your card. Stay well clear of thus firm. They’re not uk based and the staff are very rude and unhelpful

Don't get all the negativity. I opened an account with Novibet and prior to making a withdrawal I uploaded all the relevant documents. I was verified the same day and winnings were in my bank within 2 days. Communications was clear and I had no problems whatsoever.

Was told via Live Chat something regarding my bonus bet incorrectly to what was found out to be true so I was not merited with the free bet. Also attempted to withdraw winnings and was advised to send a photo of my card unsecured via email. Really difficult company to work with who have breached GDPR for not treating my data securely.

I joined this casino hoping to finally find one that ticked all the boxes after having so many problems with a multitude of others over 10 years and closing them. So I followed their guideline requesting KYC (know your customer) documents BEFORE depositing. These were accepted on the same day as sending them, which pleased me. I deposit with Paypal and updating my balance is done immediately. This casino's "lobby" page is very well laid out and their search facility is ace. In fact locating everything is just so easy, unlike others. I play on a tablet and the sheer choice of slots are amazing. In fact playing on a mobile here is not a hurdle at all. The only gripe being that they still have slots with flash so not playable on a mobile. Withdrawals and I have done a few are either done within 2 hours or instantly. This really impresses me because this is a first. I did have to contact by email customer support and the reply came back next day. But sadly my comment was totally ignored and answered with unrelated text. Additionally they are not just a casino because they have a betting department, but this is not why I joined.

Terrible experience. Having had an account open for several weeks they choose to request some unusual information one day after my first withdrawal request. I have made virtually zero profit on my account and they are holding £4000. Some clear guidance here from the gambling commission. "If you have asked to withdraw funds from your account, the company must not demand that you provide additional information as a condition of releasing those funds, if they could have reasonably asked for that information earlier." So why have they waited for me to withdraw before doing this. Deeply upsetting and stressful company to deal with.

I had to complain about these crooks to the Gambling commission and IBAS. I made a withdrawal of over £800 but the money wasn't paid into my account for nearly 3 months. Kept fobbing me off and only replied to a few of my emails. Kept asking for verification when my account was already verified. Anyway, I did resend the verification to them and they still had my account deactivated. This will likely happen to if you withdraw any money. Do yourself a massive favour and don't bet with them. Scammers AVOID!! I got my money back eventually after I complained to IBAS.

Avoid these guys at all costs. I've no idea how they are still operating. They will try every trick in the book to get out of paying you your winnings. If you point out to them why one reason doesn't make sense, they will come back with an even more ridiculous one. I'll be submitting a complaint against them to the UKGC. There are lots of options for online casinos & betting sites, just make sure you don't use these guys. Update: Did a bit of research on these guys, including checking their accounts on Companies House - they're basically skint, especially for a casino! They also have a long string of dissolved companies. As dodgy as they come, explains their reluctance / refusal to pay winnings to their customers. How they've still got a GC licence god only knows! It's also completely obvious that the people giving them 5 star reviews on here are connected with the company. I'd put good money on them having their licence stripped very soon. Complete cowboys!

Love this site not been a customer very long but so far so good everything seems great, Support are extremely friendly and helpful I had to verify my account which I was told that they had electronically verfied me so all I needed to send was a simple proof of address which I sent and that was verfied within a hour. I can only urge people to avoid this company at all costs. Similar experience as others. They were more than content to accept deposits of around £2.5 k from me but as soon as I requested my first withdrawal they asked for all manner of documents selfies etc.which I provided. They then froze the account pending an "investigation" which lasted a number of months, with no information despite countless e-mails, live chat discussions etc. Eventually they closed my account and confiscated a balance of several thousand, including my deposits.

I had some major disputes with Novibet over my account verification - they started making a fuss cause I asked them to call me on a number that I have here with me (currently stuck abroad because of the corona situation), instead of the number I registered while making an account. I mean, who could predict this situation?! Now they confiscated my winnings (cca 750 gbp). I see that they've done this before, please do something, don't let them take advantage of their players, especially in the current situation. I signed up with Novibet a few months ago, having being tempted by their generous sign up offer. I had a lot of fun with them, especially as they frequently run equally generous promotions. I had to pass a rigorous KYC process to enjoy both the site and the offers, and rightly so. However, a month ago, I tried to withdraw some money from my Novibet account. I was asked to provide yet further verification documents, which I managed to do so within half an hour of being asked. My withdrawal was cancelled whilst this process took place. 3 days later, after repeated requests for updates on when I might be able to re-submit the withdrawal request, I received an email stating that my account had been deactivated, and is being investigated by the security team. I have asked the Customer ‘Support’ team on almost a daily basis (both over the phone and via email) since then to provide a reason why my account is being investigated, and a timescale on how long the investigation is going to take. They are unable to provide me with answers to either question, so I asked them to contact the relevant department in order to gain a better understanding, but they claim they are unable to do this either. I am told, repeatedly, to ‘please be patient!’ (direct quote, exclamation mark and all). I have done a lot of research, and know that any background screening company will aim to turn around a UK check in a maximum of 10 working days. Interestingly, my original KYC took a little over an hour to process. I urge the reader to spend some time reading through reviews of both Novibet and Novibet UK on TrustPilot – sift through the 5 star reviews, which almost always come from someone who has only ever left 1 review, and then take a look on Ask Gamblers, at both the reviews and complaints there. Yes, there are the usual comments from people who have simply lost a bet (these sort of complaints are ever present in betting review forums), but there are a lot of people who are in exactly the same boat as me, whom are left not only left frustrated by their experiences, but both anxious and worried about their money. I cannot blame the Customer ‘Support’ Team directly, as they are simply delivering the blanket answers they have been told to provide. I do, however, recommend to Novibet that they need to empower their frontline team to actually be able to support their paying customers. There needs to be some clarity as to why these processes are taking place, and why they take so long. No other sportsbook or casino appear to have quite so many complaints revolving around this completely unethical approach to Customer Service. At present, I hold little hope to ever seeing my money again, which was just a little over £1000. That’s a lot, for me. The only hope I really have in writing this review, is that I am able to prevent others from having to go through the stressful experience I have been put through in recent weeks. I registered on the site, verified ID and POA, played some casino games and lost. Later on, I deposited more, made a 15-20 sports bets (up to 4000 GBP total), bet only on soccer corners which were available on their site. Before the games were played trough, Novibet deactivated my account. They asked for various documents (selfie with my ID, an official document that proves that my register mobile number belongs to me, Neteller screenshot and a picture of my credit card), I sent them everything they asked for, they accepted them but still did not verify my account, reason being: "We would like to inform you that your account has been deactivated and is currently under review by Novibet security department. You will be informed by the company on any update regarding this case, when the investigation is completed". So basically, after they verified all of my documents, accepted it, they deactivated my account again. I don't believe that this is a coincidence since when I was losing money my account was working fine.

So i sent pics in an email. The reply was that i now needed some form of bank statement verifying that the cards were mine. I mean come on, thats too much hassle. And that didnt happen when i deposited. I have a few quid left in account but wont bother withdrawing cause i wont get it as well as the initial bet winnings. Beware of this site.

I think I can back up what most people are saying on here I opened an account and had to verify it with some documentation then played a few quid (couple of hundred to be precise) and lost most of it, went back on a month later and had a bit of luck won a few hundred back and withdrew it only to be told I had to verify the card that I had registered on the account isn't it funny they didn't want verification when they were taking my money so I did as they asked and received my money fast forward to several wins later my account has now being restricted to placing bets in pence instead of pounds looks like they really don't like losing money(well hey who does) but they offer me no explanation as to why so I've emptied my account and will be closing it down so to sum it up if you want the chance to win money find another bookie with better morals and customer service and don't waste your time jumping through hoops to get your winnings back!!

Practically ALL one star reviews left here and the .com page are sour grapes from people who have happened to lose some money. But guess what.......That's gambling for you! That's the risk. If you won each and every time you played, there would be no casino to play at. If I had had a problem of ANY kind with this company, believe me you would hear about it, because I've had some shady things happen to me in the past from now known rogue casinos. I just wish people weren't too quick to jump on to a review site after hitting a bad run......and sometimes bad runs can go for a long time. If you're not prepared to lose, don't gamble. Simple! Novibet are an accredited casino......check out Casinomiester. I find it very hard to believe these guys would act irresponsibly. BTW, I am in no way associated with them. More than 400 spins on book of dead without bonus says all about this casino. 50 of them were free spins they tried to avoid giving me as advertised, they ended up giving the spins but the game was a money eater, I gave up after a while as I suspect the game has the free spins feature removed :D Poor experience with the other ones, except Great Rhino that gave me a bonus because I double-clicked the spin button and had the luck to catch 9 nice rhinos. The toro on wild toro wasn't seen in the first 100 spins, never happened on other casinos and I played it many times, and here when finally appeared gave pennies. Continued to play it, pennies again.
