If I could give zero stars I would! My maximum per month on this site – set by PP is £750… put that in this morning!!! AllGone… same again last month! In one day!!! Won nothing!!! Very very little returns! In fact losses and profit show 27% down!! It’s a complete joke!!! Horrific! Not a chance am I entertaining this site again!! Please stay clear! I don’t expect to win every time I log on! But last 2 months losing that amount in one day! It’s robbery! Thank god I have now closed my account! Do one PP! Disappointed is an understatement!

I’m at my wits end dealing with the agents on paddy power live chat. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half speaking to an agent when then it timed out and was put through to another agent who has still not dealt with my query. This is a really poor service and aftercare from your company. The agents were very incompetent and cannot understand anything. Please see the full transcript on my live chat.I placed a bet last night on NBA and the bet was late even though paddy powers were still laying it and not taken off after kick off. Your agents are telling me it started at 00:10:00 but in fact it started at 00:00:00 which was Cleveland Cavaliers vs Atlanta Hawks and I placed the bet at 00:02:00 which is a late bet. I didnt want to but i feel Trustpilot need to know that this is fraud because if the bet had won paddy power would of said its late. I watched it and follow NBA and was watching this match particularly on TNT2 and i even sent the flashscore screenshot of official starting times but the agent was very uninterested in what I was showing and said that is that with no explanation or reason.This is totally unacceptable as paddy powers have stolen my money for a mistake there side.

Jurgen was very helpful and professional and left me with a good feeling about Paddy Power even though I have know closed my account permanently. Unfortunately, I was interviewed by Gillian of Safe Gambling who acted like a bully and treated me in such a way that I felt stressed and upset. Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got to say I’m not impressed and to confirm first I’m not a sore loser as I’m with a few gambling sites and can take the loss as that’s what gambling is about, but I thought I would experiment slightly over last few months with free bingo and spin the wheel. I deposited my cash with no questions asked! When I tried to withdraw my winnings No Chance! I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday uploading every paper statement I had. I explained to them that I did not have statements as I did everything online. They had my passport and driving licence proof of address on a hospital letter and then they wanted screenshots of my paypal account. Paypal do not allow screenshots. Everytime I spoke I had to wait 10 minutes for the advisor to get back to me. He told me to get a friend to come and take a photo of my paypal statement and they would unlock my account. I did this and sent it to them they then put me back to square one with a long list of documents they wanted, including my driving licence and passport. I said why didn’t they ask for all this before I made a deposit they promptly disconnected. They now owe me £150 pounds and have locked my account. I asked for a phone number and was told they do not have one. Only chat line! AVOID!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Paddy Power for a long time, but my recent experience has been shocking and disappointing. I accidentally placed a bet with an extra zero on my stake, which was clearly a mistake. When I approached the staff to cancel the bet, I was told that if they canceled it, I would never be able to place another bet or receive prices from them again – essentially banning me as a customer! This response was completely unreasonable. Mistakes happen, and I would have expected better understanding and flexibility from a company I’ve supported for so long. Instead, I was treated unfairly and left feeling like my loyalty meant nothing to them. If this is how Paddy Power treats its regular customers, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend others think twice before betting with them.

Paddy power have no credibility, put a football bet on through the teller in a shop in wicklow town, she said she would put it on for me as I didn’t know how to use the kiosk. I took my slip and left, when I went back to collect my winning bet, she had mad a mistake and they refused to pay me out. Customer service was no existence, just a chatbot, no joy. Never go near paddy power again. And the gambling regulator is a joke, they don’t even have a phone number just an email address, and nobody comes back too you. Paddy paddy is a gangster.

Extremely poor lack of care or compassion. I reached out to the responsible gambling team at paddypower due to my gambling addiction and also a mental health diagnosis which leads to unnecessary spending! Not only gambling though. Mr Peter Jackson the ceo of paddypower and Betfair passed my email onto a useless gentleman whom passed my case back to the responsible gambling team who were not 1 bit interested or helpful since this matter started back in December. I’d suggest anyone who wishes to gamble does this at a casino or bookmakers who actually care about people rather than profit! I’ve used paddypower.com for 10 plus years and always was responsible until 2024, Once this company has your money they simply send you paragraphs from the t&cs like a robot with no concern or your wellbeing taking into consideration. Your account suspends from time to time so they make sure your not scamming anyone or using anyone else’s account or card so they do regular checks when they do suspend your account they are very quick and helpful in resolving and just an all round good experience
