Paddy power have no credibility, put a football bet on through the teller in a shop in wicklow town, she said she would put it on for me as I didn’t know how to use the kiosk. I took my slip and left, when I went back to collect my winning bet, she had mad a mistake and they refused to pay me out. Customer service was no existence, just a chatbot, no joy. Never go near paddy power again. And the gambling regulator is a joke, they don’t even have a phone number just an email address, and nobody comes back too you. Paddy paddy is a gangster.

Extremely poor lack of care or compassion. I reached out to the responsible gambling team at paddypower due to my gambling addiction and also a mental health diagnosis which leads to unnecessary spending! Not only gambling though. I did a ACCA on football and one of the friendly matches they voided after minutes I have put the bet on , the odds was even and the result had won. I spoke to there helpdesk because how furious I was that the voided the result and said that’s part of the policy. I asked to speak to there manager and they made me wait 30 minutes and then told him that it wasnt possible to payout. This should be highly illegal , they knew they made a mistake , I lost alot of money and all they offered was a free £10 bet which I felt completely embarrassed. Please avoid this app, payouts are slow , when you get result it asks to cashout, very poor and should be banned.

I don’t find their match odds competitive and after losing often, I decided to bet on odds boosts with PP whilst doing most of my accas with other bookies. Go to be one of the worst for online slots. The Help line is worse than useless. There was a technical glitch today with a Money Back Token they often offer for horse races: the yellow box allowing the money back offer to be taken up did not appear on the bet slip as it usually does, despite my having opted in and chosen an eligible race.Instead of believing me, and despite my sending two screenshots proving the glitch, Salman the chat assistant sent me a link to the promotion itself and then simply disappeared.
