You just can’t win in any of these games. The RTP is practically 0. What fun is to be had knowing you will always lose and if you win, its pennies. Why is this allowed? its not even a fair 50/50. I love all these paid for positive reviews, not one positive review on games, all on customer service, what customer service?? If you have a query, you speak to a bot, if you have the patience and time, you’ll eventually get through to some incompetent idiot and you will NOT get the resolution you were hoping for. Paddy only gives bonuses on games that they want you to play on. Not the games you like playing on. You like black jack they give bonuses on “mansion heist” but they can advertise €100,000 bonus just to get you to play. And If you win a bonus they don’t always tell you where you can play 😤 👎👎

In my experience Paddy Power is the best online betting site. It’s very easy to navigate between different sports & betting types.& customer service is easy & all queries I’ve had have been resolved quickly & satisfactory. They even have morals as in when Lewis Hamilton was robbed/cheated out of his F1 World Championship PP still paid out to customers who’d put their money on Hamilton. I unfortunately didn’t get paid out as I’d done a double on Hamilton & Mercedes 😞

Ridiculous implementation of recent government gambling measures. They offer bonuses but if you actually play the wagering requirements they hit you for playing too much !!! You have to spend an hour answering embarrassing questions on their chat and they put restrictions on your account. Don’t whatever you do have a one night binge because they are actually sitting there watching you play. I lost £100 playing slingo last night and when i went to deposit more I got a message saying they take safer gambling seriously and they had reduced my monthly limit from £500 to £150 (The exact amount i had already used, INCLUDING the £100 I lost), so i could not deposit any more! Closed my account. Plenty more fish in the sea, although gambling will soon be banned altogether. The creeping signs are there, slowly tightening until it will be the reserve of the rich only.

I had been a loyal and regular Paddy Power customer for over 10 years. However, I just received an email informing me that the trading department had reviewed my account and I would no longer be eligible for any promotions. I checked my account and over the last 12 months I have won a small amount, so I can only assume PP don’t like anyone to actually win. I have therefore informed PP I have also reviewed my account and requested them to close it ASAP. I will also let everyone else I know who uses PP that they have no respect for customers and are only interested in you if you lose.

Once I was there and I dropped a credit ticket while I was going to the toilet. Someone else used it and took my money. While I reported the matter in the seconds untrained staff didn’t know how to block the ticket into the system. The fraudster right in the front of the staff noise did place a bet. I complaint to the manager and the area manager but nothing was refunded to me. Bear in mind I was the one to blame. I asked politely why your member of staff did not block the ticket? One female member of staff told me that if I reported the matter to the police with their reference number I should be able to get my money back. This is Paddy Power in Camberwell. Did indirectly take my money!! It’s not a good experience and not customer care at all. The worse shop and I’ve never been since. DON’T GO THERE…..

Disgusting complaint about faiyaz. Sits behind a computer requesting a selfie of me holding my photo ID and won’t provide a surname to make a complaint without it. Locked out of my account saying my father’s name is incorrect and this is the only way of opening it? Really, why would I send personal details and pictures of myself to someone sat behind a computer when there are other ways to confirm my details. Think the papers need to hear about this story.

Would leave zero stars if possible!!!Shocking ripoff company!! Placed a bet on Thursday afternoon on Buick to win two or more races at Haydock and Ryan Moore to win two or more races at Salisbury. Salisbury was abandoned without a race being held but they still settled the bet in their favour as I was told buick didn’t win two races at haydock! Bet should have been void as soon as the Salisbury race meeting was cancelled. This is the most controlled game that I saw!!! Play for 2 houres on 1-2-3-4£ bet just to give me my money back twice amd after eat it again!!!
