England Spain final. I opened an account to get the 70/1 offer on England and have spent hours trying to use it. I can see it on my account and followed the steps but can’t complete the last step needed. Rubbish, frustrating and a wast of time. Also received a free £2 bet builder bet but again 30 minutes and can’t get it to work. Sky bet is easy, your promotion in sat in you betting slip ready to use. I shall not be staying with paddy power

I can’t retrieve my monies,it went like this – I asked to close my account which went smoothish then I asked where did they send my monies they replied did you want the money as well done in them very words so my advice to the British public don’t use paddy powers as I’m still trying to retrieve my funds which they are very hesitant to release without a long list ID, bank statement proof of deposit passport. You might think was I offensive no l was not is this a way they are taught to keep your money in there account. Use another online bookmaker.

Worst company they cheated my bruva on a bet . He committed suicide there currently being sued. Dont them there exsperts at not resolving dispute s even when in wrong. They had rafel Leo to score in extra time all the way thought extra time even tho he had been subbed off they was still taking bets on rafel Leo this company is evil . I really like paddy power they are fair. Ive not had a win for ages but I’m hoping my day will come soon enough and I get a nice win. Great offers and promotions. Fraudsters and they can’t keep getting away with it. Let me deposit and play and then when I withdraw all of a sudden they cancel it and ask for documents. This is in clear breach of licence 17 of the gambling commission.Where a gambling business delays a request to withdraw funds due to insufficient ID, they may be in breach of Licence Condition 17 – Customer identity verification and may be subject to regulatory action. The live chat are extremely unhelpful and when I ask for a manager they say managers can’t speak to you on ongoing issues? What are they there for then? I had to laugh at them. I placed a bet on 3 numbers to come out on daily millions draw at 2pm . I wrote the numbers on a slip of paper and even asked the lady working in the shop if she could read it and if everything OK. She said it was. On my docket it says placed at 13.54 regarding the time. I went on to be successful with this ticket and went back to get my winnings only to be told there was a problem with the bet ! She said it was too late and needed to be 15 mins before 2pm! That’s ridiculous I can place a bet online 2 mins before the bet on paddy power online and even 2 mins before on the national lotteries website. Please people what can I do to get my 400 euro winnings ?!

I had my account suspended as I hadn’t used it for some time, however in a matter of minutes uploading a couple of documents my account was made live again. I have always enjoyed using Paddy Power and would rate them one of the best bookmakers around.

Atrious, only joined due to a promotion and then couldn’t navigate to the same promotion when logged in so placed a bet on a team to qualify and they refused to pay out because it went to penalties. Couldn’t see my bet again in detail. They encourage you to join then make it deliberately hard so you can’t then place the bet. Lots of other betting sites that are a lot better.

Totally crooked company. I have played slingo games quite a few times and spent a fair bit of money. Numerous times the spins have dropped from 4 spins to 2 without spinning the 3rd spin. Contacted customer service in good faith and had zero satisfaction. Won’t be using them again

Had a bet on Denmark v Germany game and showed on bet that Bah was carded and allowed me to cash out and withdraw after 15 minutes of “deliberation”. Once i had withdrawn the bet decision was changed and Paddy Power called back the payment leaving my account in a huge minus balance until it was recalled. Tried to contact customer service and chat was cancelled by the operator and no help or even explanation was given.

Honestly a joke. Always the same winners, barely ever get any wins and usually it’s a couple pounds, constantly on 1 to go. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your money. Don’t be fooled by the great wins when you first sign up, it doesn’t last.
