There should be a way to give no stars or a minus figure.AVOID Paddy Power!!! They are happy to take your money but when you win they will not pay out. I recently won a few thousand pounds but they will not allow me to withdraw the money.

It’s a pity you don’t get to give them minus stars as they are absolutely useless I have had several issues with their website but do they fix it NO!!! today I tried to put an e/w bet on a 66/1 horse at a race meeting in Ireland the bet was £3.50 e/w £7 in total but would not allow it a message came up maximum bet for this horse is £2.06p e/w which is absolutely ridiculous definitely a sign of a a rotten corrupt bookie I honestly cannot understand how they can actually call themselves a bookie ( Big Joke ) and I do not know how anyone else has been able to contact them as I find it impossible but firstly the should get their website working properly I would change but really they are all the same all the want is your money and as one person reviewed do not play their slot machines they are definitely all rigged I played £1 a play up to £50 and only won two small wins I don’t usually play machines as they are all rigged against the players and only one person wins and that is the person who is running them.But really paddy power get your finger out and start being a proper bookie.

Absolute joke of a company. I was on the last question on beat the drop with 2k in the pot. So I was guaranteed at least £1000 and they closed my account on “business grounds” and says my account cannot be considered for re activation. Absolutely ridiculous

Hey, everybody. £124.60 has been debited from my account without my knowledge. As my account was suspended I decided to postpone the process and forgot about my account and verification. after a while £124.60 was debited from my account in an unknown direction. In chat to my questions I was only given a reference number 01810567 and the answer will be by email. 3 weeks have passed and no answer. Do not make deposits to this scam company. They do not pay out winnings for several reasons: 1. You will upload documents, you will be closed your account by the business decision of the company. all winnings will be cancelled, the deposit may not be returned2. In chat you will never get help, only tickets on appeal, then complete ignoring. 3. there is no communication in the company with competent people, only operators in chat, which will not solve your problems. On february 2nd 2024 I created my account, played once and I won 10 euro. my account is suspended since then. Now is may 22nd and in the past months I have sent multiple times the documents needed but they did not resume my account yet. Their help centre is a total scam, they have the virtual bot assistance that is very and their real assistance staff is even worse, they schedule a callback to solve the problem but nobody has called me back. This loop happened 5 times and I’m so sick of this. It’s not for the money because is a small amount but dont’t trust them, they just want to stole your money. Worst experience ever.

I’m not much of a gambler but I wanted to put a bet on for Eurovision. I signed up to Paddy Power, then when I tried to deposit money I was told my account was frozen. No idea why it was brand new and I’d gone through all verification fine. I managed to finally get this sorted. Then was daftly taken in by there free spins promotion. I deposited £5 and used it to get free spins. Thinking on it now I have no idea why. My £5 got me nothing and the free spins are for one specific thing that is glitched. This includes:*5+ACCA insurance- This has been changed to a maximum of €2 free bet return. So even if you put €10 ACCA on and 1 team let’s you down you will only receive a €2 bet not the full €10. *2up you win- This promo has been completely removed. Despite paddy power being ‘experts’ in marketing they failed to inform customers effectively about these changes. *Cash card plus- paddy power decided to remove the cash card system. Allowing customers instant access to their winnings without using a bank account. Paddy power closed this method of withdrawing despite customers having active cards which do not expire until 2025*PP rewards club – Paddy power have limited their rewards club. This has been limited to a maximum of €5 per week. Reduced from €10. *PP wheel of fortune – I won everyday when it first came out. Then it changed to be near impossible to win. I don’t bother playing it anymore (stopped about 9 months ago) because it’s just a little joke to them. Paddy power already had the worst odds of online bookmakers. They drew customers in with their bells and whistles. Using exciting and unusual promotions and advertising. Unfortunately they aren’t even able to these things well anymore. Please use I different bookies to place your bets. Paddy power change the rules as and when they please. You will only face frustration when betting with these gangsters.

Allowed me to deposit £500 GBP whilst self excluded. I had a serious gambling problem, I managed to sign up to paddy power with a couple of details I changed which was wrong of me. However the problem I have is that I would have never passed verification, so even if I did win I would have never gotten anything. Luckily I have recovered a bit now and when I look back I couldn’t believe the pit I was in, I could not control myself. It was ridiculous that I just handed over this evil company £500 for no reason. If by a miracle I had even won something back when I did this..they would have asked me to verify myself properly. They also take weeks to respond to you. If you are going to be dumb enough to gamble online, use a company that does seem to care about their customers more.

I have held a betting account with Paddy Power for many years. On 6th May I tried to log in to my account but was repeatedly denied access which seemed strange as this did not normally happen – I tried the phone number on their website but was redirected to online. It subsequently transpired that they no longer deal with queries by phone and this has apparently been the case for about one year. Instead online you are initially dealt with by a ‘robot’ who asks personal security questions before passing you onto an agent. After answering security questions I was allowed to put in my original password and gain entry to my account. Straight away I could see that my balance of £84.75 was now showing as £0 which was very strange. On further inspection I could see that someone (not me) had placed a bet of £84.75 to win on a horse that ran three days earlier and lost. Making further inquiries I found out that my e-Mail password had been changed by someone else and I subsequently found out from Paddy Power the changed e-mail address but I am not allowed to repeat it on here. I understand from others that this can be traced but I am not that computer knowledgeable. I am at a loss to know how anyone else has accessed my account number as I live alone and no-one has access to my details – It also does not say much for the security of Paddy Power accounts that someone can just snatch my details and change the account password. I think at this point I should tell you that my normal bets are £5, £2.50, and £1 all each way and I have never ever placed a bet of the magnitude of the one placed by the ‘cuckoo’. Sadly it is now one week later and despite all the information available my account is still suspended and no repayment made. I have been in contact with Action Fraud who have taken the details and issued a crime reference number. Paddy Power have made no effort to contact me since my initial contact with them one week ago. I do feel that the standard for this company has sadly gone downhill and they are not acting in the proper manner. Any prospective customers may wish to read this post before taking further action.
