Deposited £5 from my card and won £10 was only alowed to withdraw £5. What is the point in betting if paddy stops you withdrawing winnings. Tried to speak on chat but screen stays blank saying unable to connect to server.WHAT A SCAMStick to skybet or other betting apps

They will con you out if your money. They will mislead you into a free game then charge you.The payout in the spins is way lower than other gambling sites.Paddy power never gives you anything free unlike other sites.Labrokes , coral, william hill all payout more and are much better sites that wont try and mislead you into taking your money. No wins week in week out! Hardly never a bonus game just takes takes takes with the odd 20p win here and there! I’d love to see the actual winners and i bet no one on this site wins big ever! Played again and didn’t get a bonus, it’s now become every time I try, I just can’t fathom why paddy power is the only site you never ever win on, it’s hard to find words to describe how bad they are, and the only reason I can see for never winning or getting bonuses is the site is rigged, it has to be, it’s so bloody tedious it’s painful to play on here, ny advice don’t please don’t. It asks for the date this happened, I can’t use that box, so I’ll tell on here, it’s every time I play, maybe 4 five times a week.

Put on a bet on Tuesday evening with good odds. Actually, the odds were so good, Paddy Power changed the wording of my bets to include 2 games instead of the one game I placed the bet on. Yip, changed the wording. Didn’t advise me. Asked them why they changed it, and they said they didn’t. Then they voided the bet. Suspicious 😒

Placed a bet in obvious error cashed out immediately for a 75% loss but just toConfirm the error. Spent almost an hour waiting for support explained the error they confirmed although they agreed it was an error there was nothing they could do. I’m sure if there was an error on their side they would renege on the bet.Any I closed the account and I urge you all to do the same.All their reviews on this platform are clearly fake as they are just positive references with zero context.

Despite being self excluded, I was allowed on the site to gamble and when I brought this to the websites attention they said they would get back to me in 3-5 working days. All now my money is still missing and no one has responded. Now going to then press, gambling commission and IBAS so legal proceedings can commence since they have since ignored me

I am not sure of the worth of this site but I felt compelled to do it amongst other actions so to warn others.My cousin attempted suicide a few days ago due to a gambling addiction and as a family we knew nothing.This company is one of many where he lost over £150,000 since 2022 after being sectioned for PTSD.He came out and proceeded to lose everything and we didn’t even know he had split from his partner,lost access to his kids and been in a clinic after jumping off his balcony after losses.We have discovered this company amongst many others in the UK appears on his bank statement even though he has joined a GameStop service.Please be warned that there is no limit to what these companies will allow you to bet and he was able to bet without issues after self excluding.His bank statements are insane with the amount of transactions over many months.If you know of anything we can do to find out who regulates these companies and how to do something ,please advise in a comment – it would mean a lot.

I’m at my wits end dealing with the agents on paddy power live chat. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half speaking to an agent when then it timed out and was put through to another agent who has still not dealt with my query. This is a really poor service and aftercare from your company. The agents were very incompetent and cannot understand anything. Please see the full transcript on my live chat.I placed a bet last night on NBA and the bet was late even though paddy powers were still laying it and not taken off after kick off. Your agents are telling me it started at 00:10:00 but in fact it started at 00:00:00 which was Cleveland Cavaliers vs Atlanta Hawks and I placed the bet at 00:02:00 which is a late bet. I didnt want to but i feel Trustpilot need to know that this is fraud because if the bet had won paddy power would of said its late. I watched it and follow NBA and was watching this match particularly on TNT2 and i even sent the flashscore screenshot of official starting times but the agent was very uninterested in what I was showing and said that is that with no explanation or reason.This is totally unacceptable as paddy powers have stolen my money for a mistake there side.
