They advertise their chat to someone option as speedy..hahaha. what a bloody joke. I have spent hours on there trying to resolve an issue only to be passed from one department to the next. who don’t even have the decency to chat with you..and just display a message saying issue resolved and cut you off.

From someone who does gamble or put bets on (don’t even know how to) I decided to create an account today for the grand national so I could put some on. I tried to create an account and was told the details have already been used for an account? I went to live chat to be told they will create me an account so I sent the details that were required, to be told there is already an account with those details and they can’t help me this is impossible I’ve never made a betting account??!! FRAUD

Do not trust this site, we had money transferred out of our bank account via pay pal, deposited into pp and then withdrawn all in a couple of minutes. £750 was taken and it took weeks of complaining until our money was returned. Look elsewhere.

Dunno how this casino is average has anyone seen there jackpot prize line ya can put €20 euro on it and get lowest or prize on the wheel or bet builders that have one leg to let you down or really high odds put in with low odds …. I’ve been playing with paddy power some time now. Never been a problem up till now! I’ve made a withdrawal of £2000 and they keep cancelling it! They are quick to take your money but won’t pay it out! Bating in mind I’ve made other withdrawals after this £2000 and I received them.When speaking with their customer service on chat I’m told a bunch of lies everytime. That’ll I’ll receive the money in 2-5 days and then it changes to 1-4 days. I was then promised this morning that I would have the money in 2-5 hours! Absolute crooks! The law requires the RTP of their slots pay out their RTP but they pay out exactly NOTHING when they are LEGALLY REQUIRED TO PAY OUT THEIR RTP. You can put literately THOUSANDS IN AND GET NOTHING BACK. Thieving crooked bastrds. Played blackjack lost 10 hands in a row, lost over £100. Yet again same thing happens time and time again with this crooked site.Played slingo lucky pants, lost over £100 ,on 2 bloody games, it’s a bloody 20p game. Opened a account no issues, deposited money and made a bet to get the new user offers no problem. My bet won problems started suddenly now after I won had to prove who I was, my address and my funding. Sent in my driver’s licence was rejected but the same photo was accepted when I renewed my passport? Sent in my bank statement attached to account but was rejected as they don’t accept Monza or Chase banks but we’re quite happy to allow my deposit from Monzo to go through. I asked why were they asking for the info after my bet won and not when the account was opened and got sent some link to help pages but no answer.
