Joined expecting to receive a joining offer which never materialised then was told to deposit another £10 then I may get it. Seriously stay away from these cowboys they here for your money and nothing else .

Avoid this crooked cheating site. Can nit believe I have been so bloody stupid to stake over , £190 on 2 bloody games in slingo lucky pants. Won £40 , 2nd game won £10 and stopped playing. Absolutely crooked and fixed payouts, I should have known better. Lesson learned. Enough is enough closing account. Read reviews ,STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED EFFING BLOODY FIXED SITE. This is the most corrupt crooked online site I have ever played on.The payouts are nil, it’s got worse and worse, slots, blackjack, etc. Stay away ,YOU WILL NOT WIN.i am pretty sure that the reels are rigged, except for the hi rollers as they only want them to win so they stay with paddypower 4 everyone else we just lose every bloody time to make up for it.. No more losses for me, enough is enough, £1 loss limit.

Playing Tikki treasures megaways got feature then game froze , I tried everything I was prompted to do and then transfered to Lorraine very helpful unfortunately after 50mins problem not resolved But very helpful

Thieving crooked bastrds. Played slingo lucky pants, lost over £90, staked bloody £76 trying to get 1 effing number, didn’t gett so stopped playing. Almost £700 down and the most a bonus paid was £58 now since September 2023 I’m actually down over £9000!!! Like how do they get away with this i play the same slot on all sites im on & none play as bad as paddy power if you’re lucky enough to get to the top bonus on Slingo it pays £50 at £2 a stake so £100 win could win that on a lower bonus the whole point of betting to get the top bonus is to get a better win absolute joke.. Paddy Power is considered one of the worst casinos in the world. They have terrible, magnetic control over all roulette games. You can never win with them. No matter how much you bet, you will lose. I advise against betting with them. I have hundreds of videos showing their terrible level of fraud and deception, and how the roulette ball jumps, accelerates, and slows. It is an incredible thing. I will publish it. They have evidence that will change the gambling balance in the near future

Shameful website slow service would not recommend to friends or family if u are wanting a website for bets would recommend corals or anything other than paddy power my account has been suspended twice already this year due to their staff making horrendous mistakes

By far one of the worst on the market when it comes to slots. You won’t get a play. If you have a deposit limit they’ll just take your limit from you every week without letting you win a penny. but it’s fine they give you 25 free spins which you’ll win 60p from Avoid

Been with PP for years and previous minor issues have been resolved, however….. when my bet came in yesterday they regarded it as a loss because they state the yellow card didn’t count even though all stats confirm card issued. Withdrew money immediately and using other site now. BEWARE

Having been away from the Paddy Power bingo site for many months due to health issues I had to request being reinstated and the 2 lovely ladies that helped me were Donna & Gillian whose patience and understanding knew no bounds over the pst two evenings . I took advantage of one of their opening offers. The bonus never materialised. I spent 2 hrs on chat with their customer services, continually being passed around and put on hold. I am guessing I was talking to bots. Nothing was resolved although I was continually told my issue had been resolved. One word sums PP up, SHYSTERS!!

Ive noticed now that they tend to email their offers direct. Thats to insure their offers get to the correct people, the ones who lose and lose often.

I had a query with regards to a bet I thought I had won with Paddy Power which hadn’t paid out. Using the live chat option the agent talked me through the somewhat complicated criteria until I understood my mistake & therefore now have a better understanding of the markets I am betting on. I use several betting apps but always view Paddy Power as my ‘go to’ & this customer service experience explains why!

The slots on this website are awful it does not matter how much stake you put on from 20 pence to £5 you do not get anything back. The goonies is definitely broke it does not give any bonuses out or any money. Not £1 back after spending £50 on that game on a daily basis! It’s very unfair it needs looking into, I don’t care what you say the games on paddy power are all rigged! The website should be closed down especially the slot game side. What a horrible experience. I wagered a moneyback bet incorrectly and because of that I didn’t receive my free bet.I spoke to customer services at Paddypower (who were very helpful) and they told me that I didn’t follow the correct procedure. Having said that, they did ask me to be more careful how I place my future bets, but also, they gave me my free bet as a goodwill gesture.That to me is what makes Paddypower the best in the business.

I’ve loved loved using PP for over 25years now! The site is the easiest by far to negotiate around with it’s easy to use simple outlay! I have to say my only complaint over the past few years is missing the phone chats with my fellow Irishman! I dislike chat messages and virtual agents immensely think perhaps many of us do actually?!
