They look for reasons not to pay out on bets, citing obscure T’s and C’s that weren’t part of that bet at all. They also make contacting customer service a completely tedious process, clearly in the hopes that you give up and don’t bother. They makes you quote a long bet ID that the app won’t let you copy/paste and they can obviously see on your account, it’s very difficult to even find the chat in the app, and the app keeps dropping the chat when you go to look for the bet ID.None (except Betfair – also owned by them) of the other betting shops pull this nonsense.

Yet again thieving crooked bastrds. Instead of closing account I gave them another effing chance. Just played effing blackjack again, lost £110, played 10 hands didn’t win a bloody hand. Placed a bet on a UFC event. 3 fighters to win at 9/1 odds. 10 Euro bet. All fighters won but bet was voided. When I challenged this I was told bet was worded wrong and should have read “won by decision” which was not the bet I placed money on. When a betting company can change the terms of a bet after the fact it makes a complete mockery of an all ready one sided business. I maybe a fool to have the odd flutter or gamble on MMA but this fool will never use this sham of an organisation again.

I took advantage of an online offer with Paddy power and won £48 on spins. It was my first time playing on this site and presumed that because I had genuinely won the money in spins…..they would pay out.How wrong could I be….firstly they suspended my account, then they asked for copy of passport, a utility bill and my bank details which I provided well over a week ago. Today I received yet another email stating they need more info but not specifying what they need.I feel this is a ploy to delay paying out. I’m a 71 yr old pensioner ( not that this makes any difference) but I’m hardly likely to be anyone other than who I say I am.I have now threatened them with the Ombudsman and logged an official complaint. You can’t speak to anyone, they don’t respond to emails and the virtual assistant is virtually useless.This is a warning to anyone who deposits and wins with PaddyPower …..take your money elsewhere because if you win….they won’t pay out!!! 😡

Well. Seemed fine at 1st. A usual gambling app. Until you win big. My sister in law deposited €5 and managed to win over €700. When she tried to withdraw it, it was held back. She provided ID and proof of address as asked. And a few hours later the account was closed and the reason she got was it’s a “Business Decision” and “we decided to stop doing business with you”, and offered to refund the original €5. Anyway if you’re hoping to profit don’t even install.

Went to setup an account and it did not allow me to. Says duplicate account creates. Turns out someone has used my name, my previous address and my date of birth to setup an account. An email address i have never setup got used by someone and a bank account i never banked with got setup by someone but that is ok to this company and it would appear that identity theft means nothing to them. I have advised an advisor via chat that someone had used these details to setup an account and all I get is ‘it needs to be reviewed’ Apparently they cannot inform me if the account gets suspended or anything whilst this gets investigated. Even though I had to send a bloody selfie picture of me with ID. I’d rather not have to go down the solicitor route but I may well have to. To top it off the agent I spoke to doesn’t appear to know alot.
