Paddy power allowed me to set up and account deposit money and withdraw winning funds. I had another win for a nice big amount and they have had a fraud block on my account for 3 weeks now, withholding my winnings!!! They have asked for so many documents I have provided them 3 times and they have now not responded to me for over a week!! They are withholding my funds with no intentions of giving me them back so be warned and beware of the fraud they are committing!!

Had my account frozen months ago, I’ve attempted to find why three times, I get automated questions, then when a human eventually comes on line they say they can’t help, I’ve requested my funds to be refunded, and they can’t help…The worst customer service, this company needs to be investigated.

So I was in the Sunderland venue a few days back . Started off with a 200 pound deposit into the fobt using the woman behind the till. Kept playing and playing for ages . The machines there have alot less rtp than other places , The more I lost the more aggressive I was getting , swearing shouting hitting the machines, the staff ignored all of this. The tell taken signs of a problem gambler.I ended up losing 3500 plus. Little did I know the max you are allowed to lose now die to ukgc legislation is 500.So I confronted the staff and asked why no one intervened as they have a social responsibility especially for vulnerable people , but either was they have to enforce this .’so o confronted the staff and asked why they didn’t . All I got from the woman was , take your own responsibility , even let me carry on playing the machine , then I confronted the man behind the desk which is most worrying. I asked why they don’t follow the law set by the ukgc.His response – paddy power don’t teach us none of that, they don’t care,’all they want is your moeny. So basically they either don’t comply as a company the staff or liars or both . All outcomes very scarey. Gambling is a major issue today and people like myself have had these rules put in place to be safeguarded yet you get ridiculed from the staff for not taking responsibility .I honestly couldn’t believe it .total forehead for the rules and the law set by the gambling commission . I amJust awaiting a final response from them before taking legal action and contacting the gambling commission myself .Disgusting behaviour . Played immortal romance 2 for months and opened all the progressive bonuses. The gems bonus was max out with hundreds of pounds in them. I log on the other day and everything had been reset all my progress gone. I contacted PP and they said it was an update on the game and that was that. I explained my issue with this and they offered me £5. £5 what a insult, it took thousands of pounds to achieve this and that’s not good enough, I don’t want £5 just rest my progress, told No And basically that was end off.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM.

This is the most crooked online site I have ever played on.It’s just take, take, take. I only played today because won nearly £200 on sports elsewhere. Played slingo lucky pants yet again. Should have known better.This us a bloody 20p game, In 3 games I have staked nearly £190,won £30.00.It’s always the same, wanted 1 effing number ,staked £8.19 x9, still didnt get number so gave up.Next game wantedx1 number, staked £8.18 x8, gave up trying to get tge number, Game 3, same bloody thing ,1 number required, staked £8.19 x7, number didn’t come in so stopped playing. Today I placed a £5 ew bet at Cheltenham on a 10/1 horse in the 3.35. Having watched the race I went to my paddy power account to see my winnings. It stated that my bet was pending then just disappeared from the screen. I wasn’t too alarmed at this point as I thought it may still be pending. 10 minutes or so later I logged in and there was nothing on my account that the bet was placed which now started the alarm bells ringing. I spoke to live chat explaining the situation and they said there is nothing on my account that suggests a bet was placed. After explaining to them I saw the bet was pending they said prove it by showing a debit from your bank account to us. I done as asked and sent it to them only to be told there was no bet placed. Why ask for my bank statement then. I said that the company desperately need to look at their software as clearly something is wrong here. They have made an official complaint for me to their head office. Very rarely complain but this is principal. It looks as though I’ve lost an 11/1 winner which was only £5ew, imagine I had £100ew on this horse that won only to be told there was no bet placed. Just saying be careful guys because this is totally wrong from these cowboys, be careful!!!

Used Paddy power for years, mate recently put a few bets on with long odds as part of the #whatoddspaddy feature. A few hours later they decided to change the odds, one from 500/1 to 14/1, one from 175/1 to 14/1 and one from 22/1 to 13/8. Absolutely pathetic company, liars and cheats. Won’t even give him the money back or offer a cash out despite the event not having started.

Jackpots and bonus rounds on slots are fake. Wish I could put on pictures! First bonus round I got 8p the second I got 67p then a £1 and that’s with £25. They are misleading and lying to their customers. They are offering instant withdrawals but after my request it’s been almost 24hrs and my money are still not in my account. When I spoke to them about it they saying that they have limit of 1000 per customer for every 24hrs and they not disclosing it on their web because it would be against their protocol. If you can’t offer whatever you advertise then don’t offer this at all. Really shocking how they can do that!

Trying to contact customer service due to some account issues that they had agreed to resolve already. After 40 minutes waiting a note came up ending the conversation and saying “resolved by agent”. Nothing has been resolved. Opened a new chat and the virtual assistant said I needed to wait 10 minutes before it would transfer to an agent. Why???After the 10 minutes, the virtual assistant said I would need to wait 59 minutes before it would transfer me. Their AI alleviates all of my worries about AI taking over the world, because it’s just so so stupid. On top of this, their app CONSTANTLY drops the chat and the only way to get it back is to completely close the app and navigate back through all of the help sections to get the chat. It’s very tedious being their customer and I feel like they owe me for my time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Opened an account. Deposited £50, placed a bet and won. My account has been suspended and have spent hours over the past 4 days on their chat leaving me frustrated. I simply want my money and have sent id and proof of address. They now want bank statements which is none of their business so I can’t withdraw my money. They should ask for any info they want prior to opening the account, accepting a deposit and placing a bet and not after the event and refusing to pay out. I’m now going to visit a shop and demand my money but I suspect the police will attend and side with them telling me it’s a civil matter. Outrageous so my advice is avoid them

I was enjoying playing some Blackjack on the Paddypower app today. As ever, up, down, up again etc etc… When i came to playing my final hand with some of the profits I increased my stake to £65. As the timer counted down for the bet to close the Paddypower app crashed on me and the screen went blank. My first thought was that i would reconnect and my bet would be waiting for me to ‘go again’. This was not the case, and it had resulted in a loss. How can one play a card game where the aim is to get to 21 and beat the dealer in the process without having visability on what cards i have or what cards the dealer has. Without the ability to hit, stand, split, double etc etc. Once the App started working agiain, i noticed my balance was £65 light and got straight onto live chat where you have to tell a robot 104 times that you want to speak to a human. I eventually got through to a robot like human called Pardeep. Who was about as useful as a wet paper bag. After explaining the issue, i thought it would have been a straightforwar ‘sorry our app is SH*TE, here is a refund or worst case scenario, a free bet as a goodwill gesuture’. Nope… nothing of the sort. They went into T&C’s and how the RNG (Random number generator) will take control and play for you until resulted and connection is regained. I dont know about you, but i dont tend to enjoy staking bets for someone / something else to play on my behalf. I would genuinely have more fun wiping my arse with £20s and flushing them down the loo. After all this was discussed, Pardeep couldn’t offer any form of human nature or goodwill gesture and must have left the chat to reattach his lips around MR PADDY POWERS you know what. Since this happening i have withdrawn my balance and taken a screenshot of my open bets to ensure if any of them result in a win I will be back onto them to PAY ME MY MONEYYYYYY. Moving forwards, Paddy Power can well and truley ‘Get in the bin’. Bunch of Idiots.
