To be honest there’s always ups and downs with gambling but I will say pp is always very good with promotions and bet offers and reward club. They are as fair as any bookmaker can be. Even boost evens to 2/1 which is nice. Customer support is always there and they do there best too. For me I think pp is one of the best out there. The instant withdrawal method is excellent too. All respect to pp. Super sub is excellent as it keeps your bet running and live and maximises your chances of winning.

PP makes it increasingly different to qualify for promotions. If you don’t jump through all of the hoops you don’t qualify. When you contact them they are not interested. Surely it would be better to offer a £5 free bet as a goodwill gesture than to lose a regular customer.

Got qualified ie gave them all the stuff they wanted to prove its me. Went back months later and was ‘blocked’ they wanted everything again. I got onto the ‘chat line’ and was asked a serious of, frankly, stupid questions. ‘give me your mothers first name and date of birth’ I asked ‘do you want my mothers date of birth?’ No, your date of birth’ , I asked ‘do you want my mothers forename or maiden name? ‘ No answer. Then extended waits between any communication, then more demands for more information, which they already had, because I had placed bets previously. Whole thing was laughable, never again.

They offer promotions but make you jump through lots of hoops. If you don’t do it exactly right you lose the promotion. I don’t believe that they want you to qualify.

I don’t actually expect to win! but I only deposit now and then for a few spins on the slots i like to play 10p slots. i spent not long on this site again and its was terrible where other sites allow small up wins and loses to make the game fair and fun this site just feels like a wishing well ! throw your cash in and then sucked away. this company is clearly just out to cash out on people.

Random question ! I am a gambling addict i no that ! So quick question basically I have been using my own bank card on my mates paddy power account and nothing has happened I’ve been playing for months obviously lost loads (the joys) my issue is no I’ve stopped gambling ! Joined with a privacy policy stating site belonged to paddy power Betfair plc on 24/8/24 and got emails from paddy power plc. Neither companies exist. Check your updated terms and conditions they didn’t tell you about, there’s now a whole section admitting Flutter entertainment are farming your data since I started a court case and reported to ICO and gambling commission . Check the footer of the website which has changed. You’ve no idea which company your gambling with as paddy power no longer exist since they merged with Betfair then became Flutter. They Ignored social responsibility code of practice . Read your terms and conditions. They even try to tell you they aren’t liable when they fail to abide by their licence requirement ! Try and guess which gambling licence your using too as all the licence numbers now on the footer of the website cover casino and two cover bingo as well!. They will change the company you need to claim from mid court proceedings. They will ignore all correspondence even the data protection officer will withhold data from your SAR and not respond. Anyone with emails from paddy power plc and who hasn’t been notified of the changed privacy policy contact a solicitor. Anyone let down by social responsibility failings which are gambling law please contact the gambling commission. Paddy power is not a company or even a group of companies as they were all part of the merger. New companies have been set up Flutter entertainment Uk and Flutter services in August 24 following my complaint. This is not a brand or a company it’s a website with no accountability . It might as well not be registered with the gambling commission as you have ZERO protection. My experience of The ‘flutter edge’ is them using the data of problem gamblers to their advantage and denying liability for letting them down. £3415 in 31 transactions in a matter of hours and not a single intervention despite being excluded on Betfair and Gamstop expiring hours before.

I had an online 3-fold on during the English games today. All teams were winning at 90 odd mins and I had a cash out option of £453 (winning bet would be be £505 and would of came in) I clicked cash out and the next message I got said congratulations you have won £47. I spoke to 4 different agents all all stoped the conversation, they refused to help and told me their technical team said this was correct. I asked for evidence on their end in which they claimed they could no show me, which against consumers rights. No help what so ever and didn’t pay me my true winnings

Very poor service from camilla in support this morning. Verified all of my details as per my betfair account under the same umbrella but would not amend my details to log into my paddypower account. Despite my better judgement I played Blackjack Vegas, and yet again I was cleared out. I was only playing 10p a game and I was cleared out AGAIN. The state of play is….dealer constantly gets Blackjack, 20’s on the first 2 cards or pushes…you get no blackjacks and go bust with a low score of 12. Go figure. I had a very frustrating experience with several people on the online chat as I was struggling to gain access to my account . Most advisors would recommend to reset my password which gave me access temporarily only for my to go back to square one the next time I wanted to use the app. However Ashley spent time speaking to me and have me try different methods to which I finally got access. Back to using paddy power and happy

PP got rid of their excellent customer care phone line and replaced it with AI. You’ve to go through a rigmarole with AI before getting to a human. That human still cannot speak, only messaging service. Typical big corporation cost cutting measures for shareholder dividend

They closed my account for some unknown reason. I spent half an hour on the chat box yesterday and ended up getting nowhere. I asked to have my balance refunded to me but was told that I need to talk to Customer Service. I spent one hour today going through a lot of the same again, giving my full name, passport, drivers license and other information. After one hour they are Now just passing me onto a different agent. This is the third agent today. They tell me they will ping me when you’re available as they are very busy. Unlikely that they we will come back to me but Paddy Power still has my money.

Have lost approx £35,000 with them in the last 2 years.I am a member of GAMSTOP but foolishly I asked friends who did not gamble to open accounts which were totally and exclusively funded myself and from the same bank account and I can say without a miniscule of doubt that they knew it was me funding the accounts as it would be impossible not to (as the same bank details were used each time via apply pay) and I also know a senior paddy power employee who advised me so. They and most bookmakers make 95-99% of their money from problem gamblers and the £1 yankee crew. I e-mailed their safer gambling protection team and said I was extremely low and needed help and they have as of yet ignored me. I have written e-mails to them as have my friends outlining and asking why they continue to allow vast deposits from me and they have flat ignored everything.I have spoken at length with the gambling commission who have insisted on me asking the bookmakers that served me and only after I see their responses and rationale to report to them. The whole thing is just one big scam to keep the turnovers increasing.
