Opened a new account based on what looked to be a good bonus, they waited until I placed the first bet before blocking my account from all bonuses which would make sense if I had a duplicate account or something but I never heard of them until yesterday.

Constant disconnection issues with this site and my internet has no problem with anything else. They charge a fee to deposit. top 10 casino sites in UK have this with high rating reviews which have to be fake after seeing so many bad reviews.

At the moment you ask a withdrawal they come with stupid requirements and makes it very difficult for you to get your money back. That was a very BAD experience and I will NEVER play at Mr.Green again!

Firstly they charge you 0.25% to make a deposit. Secondly the website/app/mobile site doesn’t work, constantly buffering and you are unable to place a bet. And lastly the customer service is shocking. Please do not make a deposit with this bookmaker Worst I have used my a long way.

Seems this site is really going down hill, used to get a £20 cash bonus every 2/3 months. Mansion Bet don’t deserve your business. After waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawal to be made, I was asked for bank statement, passport, driver’s license, gas bill – i.e. ALL of these – and was later told that despite thereafter having a verified account that I was not entitled to any bonuses or promotions, with no recourse to reverse that discriminatory decision. One withdrawal and Mansion Bet goes into meltdown and denies you what they advertise to new customers. Awful company, terrible flaky website with an unreliable and irritating Live Chat function & unhelpful Customer Service jobsworths. They deserve to go bust. Loads of other decent sites, so don’t waste your time with Mansion Bet,who only honour their promotions when you’re constantly losing money. One withdrawal, and you’re in their bad books.Put them in yours first before wasting your time with them.

In the first week of getting my account I did alright everything was looking good unit last week which was roughly my third week I got an email saying I had to have a lower deposit limit with no explanation. I said no I would like to keep it how it is and they then they restricted my account pending ‘vericication’ even though I sent my documents when it was opened and was able to play and withdraw initially. They have now just decided to close my account then told me the decision can’t be reversed and they will not be giving me any form of explanation. They are a strange bunch of characters. liquidity on is very poor, large gaps in prices even up to the off. only look to facilitate their market makers. if you put in an arb from betfair it wont get taken which is quite bizarre to be honest. place markets dont even bother.

Signed up due to the great offer for the Fury fight, did all the right things to qualify for the bet and it won. Under 'offers' i checked and all the green ticks were there so it was complete. I waited for my bonus and nothing came. Useless over whatsapp, only read my messages and not reply. Livechat and email said my account details were not recognised as apparently I signed up thru a different website…but yet the account is there when they took my money. Absolute shambles. Well thanks for nothing parimatch. I sent all required documents and now you tell me that I can't use my account as I can't afford to lose £1 a week. What a joke, you really should be ashamed of yourselves discriminating against the disabled.
I joined Parimatch 7 months a go so that I could have the odd flutter, and I really mean that as I maybe have a couple of bets a month.
I had no problems until about a week ago when I got a notification asking for copies of my last 3 months bank statements. No problem, I sent them these and then they get back asking what I do for a living. As I am disabled I get back saying I'm on benefits, they then get back to me saying do I have any other income such as a pension, income from shares etc that can support my gambling.
What on earth do they need to know that for? I've never had no problems with gambling (to be fair they're not to know that) but in the 7 months I've been with Parimatch I have lost just £30 with them. That works out about £1 a week. How the hell do they think I have any sort of problem? Are they asking all this because I'm not losing enough? Whatever reason I think it is disgusting behaviour, thinking I can't afford to lose £1 a week because I'm on disability benefit.
My custom, no matter how small, will be appreciated elsewhere were I won't be discriminated against.
Shame on you Parimatch.

Initially I gave this website a good review. I have only used a few times now and wow if I could take back my previous review and give it a zero I would! I actually think it is family and friends who have rated this site and beware you will lose money hand over fist with no payouts whatsoever. I played slots and although there is a good variety of them, the payouts themselves never seem to come. I have self excluded myself from this site and will NEVER give them another penny. Please DO NOT waste your heard earned cash go on to a well known site that everyone has heard of, read reviews and always take heed of a bad review it only tells the truth.

Beware the worst betting site and please avoid at all costs. They will try and cheat you out of money by closing accounts and giving false excuses. After they closed my account i sent valid ID documents. A week later i get a email stating my account has been closed for good with there first excuse being suspicious behavior on the site. I only made one bet, i explained this then they come back with another excuse saying my documents are incorrect. Another excuse since recently the sane documents have been validated with no problems on other sites. The reason they close accounts is to stop paying people who win on promotions or first bets before you can withdraw winnings.

I was able to play a bery good selection of games
Easy to deposit and easy to withdraw (very quick withdrawal time)
And very good responsible gambling care. I have a limit on my account and its not much but I reached it and they sent me a survey out to see how I was doing and because I answered on the servey that I reached my limit and within 1 hour they phoned my to do a check to see if I was ok as a reached my limit. Bare in mind my limit is £20 and they was still checking up
So in my eyes they take care of the players and so friendly on the phone.
I would love to know which other company does a call to make sure there players are ok.

I have funds in my account totalling just under £1500 since I tried to withdraw them Parimatch have made my life hell on earth. Do not use this company. They have demanded I send in identification despite me sending it in April/May via post to their head office. They have closed my account without my permission and they do not respond to email correspondence I'm at my wits end I don't know what to do. They also refuse to help me with things like a subject access data request I have requested one 5 times over the last few months and they refuse to give me it. These guys are absolute crooks. Avoid using them because if you win, they simply don't give you your winnings.

I signed up for an account to do the casino welcome offer that was advertised to me on facebook.

When I initially tried to deposit I couldn't. I had to provide documents, fair enough. After that was resolved I was offered the welcome bonus by the live chat technician I'd been chatting with.

I proceeded to deposit and wager the £10 necessary to claim the bonus, after I had done so my promotion page said I had been credited with the bonus but I hadn't.

Back to Live chat. This time a lovely person named Solly spoke to me. I was informed I couldn't have more than 1 welcome offer. I told her that I had only created the account today and I couldnt possibly have done the welcome offer already.

She then told me that I had done a welcome offer on bet victor several months ago meaning I was not eligible for this one as they are the same company.

I can understand them having another website sure but what is abhorrent to me is that they will allow you to go through the entire process of gambling before warning you that you're not eligible. This is just them trying to bleed that little bit extra out of existing punters. They need to warn you BEFORE wagering that you're not eligible for the promo.

Luckily I was £2.50 up after wagering £10 so they didn't manage to get that little extra from me but I can imagine many have fallen for this scam.
