I’m now into day 6. Provided numourous forms of identification but still security are withholding my £683.Even after writing to my local Mp plus the gambling commission and Ibas security still don’t reply to emails. Company run by muppets. Quite happily take ££££s off of people. I won an 18/1 shot with a £10.00 free bet amongst some other small winners. Due to me actually winning a bet, they’ve restricted all my accounts and removed my free bets. I had also signed up and deposited with Betano who owe me £30.00 in free bets which I won’t be receiving because, much to their disgust, I didn’t lose all my money. No actual explanation. They’re like the kid who left early and took his ball home when you’re kids because he lost.

Without hesitation, I strongly advise against registering with this bookmaking company due to a complete lack of professionalism. After depositing £300 and winning on 2 bets, my account was automatically blocked. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that my account needed verification. While understandable, requesting a photo holding my ID is a bit excessive. Even after providing such a photo, it was not accepted, and there are no clearly defined acceptance criteria on the website.After about 4 days, verification was finally complete, but I still cannot withdraw funds from my account. This company seems to do everything to make withdrawing money difficult, and contacting customer service is a complete waste of time. They are unable to explain why I cannot withdraw funds from my account. I am now waiting 48 hours for the withdrawal of my funds, otherwise, I will have to report the matter to IBAs. I sincerely discourage registration with this company unless you enjoy encountering problems when withdrawing your own money.

So i clicked on an offer sent to my email, it said 400 free spins, to get this you have to register, deposit £10 and play it in the casino.I did all this from the link i clicked on, but no free spins!!!I spoke to a rude guy called Chris who told me I had not signed up for this offer !!How could i not sign up for this when I clicked the link THEY sent me.He refused to do anything about this and would not refund my £10 so be warned they are scammers who will rob your money. Avoid like the plague. Parimatch rob you more than your standard bookies. Be careful to not place a bet prior to the teamsheet coming out because if you place a bet on a player, and they don’t start, it will not be voided if they come on at any point, even the last minute of the game!! They will accept your money at odds given as if a player was playing 90 minutes and unlike the top bookies, they won’t void single selections that do not start a game. They will rob you blind. Customer service is no better, they are “sorry to hear it” and end the chat. Aidan I’m referring to you..

Rubbish! Let’s say that you place a bet on the football. For example, Man U vs Liverpool (not my actual bet, but an example).£10 Man U win (90min)£10 Draw (90min)£10 Liverpool win (90min)At the 90th minute, Man U are winning 3 – 2. +8min added time gets added. During added time, Liverpool equalise. The game ends 3 – 3. Has your £10 Draw bet won? No. The caveat was that the score should be drawn at the 90th minute. At the 90th minute, Man U were winning 3 – 2, so by that logic, the Man U to Win bet should have won right? Apparently not. This bet also lost. Talk about moving the goalposts!Of course the £10 Liverpool bet loses.
