What a terrible experience! Again, spent a lot of money, max win I got in 3 months was £15. Deposited everyday!!!! It’s so fixed, I enjoyed before but now I just lose and lose! I don’t even have access to offers. It’s just a joke. I’ll have to exclude myself. Be aware this good reviews don’t seem right at all!

Real Madrid Vs RB Leipzig, I made a bet accumulator and put Vinicius Jr 1+ shots, which means Vinicius Jr will get 1 shot or more. His only shot in the game was the goal he scored and they put my bet as lost. I tried chatting them and no reply. This is robbery.

Don’t understand the good reviews. Parimatch is ruining gambling now. Almost all casinos I play is run by them and after that change I don’t win anything anymore, just lose and lose. In fact, I’ve spent over £700 over all casinos in the last 2 weeks depositing everyday! I win max £20 from a bonus feature if I win something, I also haven’t had bonus features in weeks. Be aware! This is just getting out of hand and I’ll be recording my activity to raise a complaint if this carries on! I feel robbed.

Was playing some roulette and lost £400 at 5am, not a big amount compared to how much money I’ve won from them (with my methods), and that’s when they decided to jumped in and restricted my accounts, after a long night of work I was too tired to speak to anyone but I did it anyway just to get my accounts back, but the agent on the phone was super rude, mocking me for “losing my money back” and tries tricking me into saying “I spent all my salary on betting every month” she knew I don’t but she’s evil and enjoys bugging customers, at the end she asked me to give her an amount of how much loss limit she should place on my accounts, I told her an amount of my max monthly disposable amount and she was being a bastad about it, and then she hang up on me and next day I got an email saying THEY EXCLUDED MY ACCOUNT FOR 50 years

My experience was made great by my two advisors Harvey and then Jamie my began with Harvey Who led me in basically made me understand what I had to do and gave me took over my care later on and completed it fantastically both were extremely competent very friendly and did everything in their power to make things easier and smooth from me after some of the experiences I’ve had in my short six to eight weeks of online gambling it made all the horrible experiences water away so thank you for making things easier for me especially after the rough ride I have had recently very happy customer and of course a nice win on top really did help with the good mood lol

I requested a withdrawal on 6th Oct, roughly around 2AM. They accepted it the next morning, but then cancelled it. Then initiated another request on my behalf and have it pending for over 40 hours. They claim it’s “security measures”, but no other website like betway, bet365, unibet takes this LONG. Horrible service.

Scam artists. Signed up for Parimatch to take advantage of one of their sign up offers of free bets by staking £5. Then had to complete a 4 step verification process where they continually declined by verification proof stating it didn’t satisfy the requirements… which it absolutely did. They have now closed my account without giving a reason, only saying that “they’re allowed to do this if they wish”. This has obviously meant I lost my initial stake and my £50 in free bets. Absolutely pathetic behaviour, I wouldn’t go anywhere near this thieving company.

Hi I have found a site that you get big wins fast pay outs and 10/10 on customer service. I’m very pleased with them. If you look me up you can see my review is genuine as you will see if I have bad experiences i say. But they have even given me my welcome bonus even though I played the wrong game to receive it.
