This is the worst thing I’ve seen in my life!Never contact this bookmaker, after 1 bet on the game, the account was blocked, and after I provided all the documents, they said that they were fake!Naturally, I will not leave it like this and will ask the gambling commission to check and close these scammers!

They blocked my account one hour ago with almost 1000pounds ! First I can’t placed bet and chat told me I must waiting for the answer on my e-mail becouse I can’t made withdraw… They just rob me now becouse I received mail with information about closed account and withhold my all funds !! They are scammers and the worst kind of people. I just got robbed for almost 1000 pounds, the best thing is they blocked my account before and they wanted documents, my account was unblocked and now suddenly they close my account after i won some money… All positive comments seem to be bought… I am devastated how someone can rob me like that, I will file a complaint against them. I hope someone goes to jail for this, this site is usually a scam…

The live chat was available gone 4.00 am which is very good for me: some sites don’t have a live chat at all.The agent remained very patient and polite even though I was confused. My query was eventually answered satisfactory, but was a little too long winded for such a simple query, I had to keep giving prompts.Overall, I can confidently recommend this site from this chat.

Absolutely shocking, £170 deposited in last couple of days at £10 playing 20p SPINS and not once have I reached £20, definitely a rigged site, all this on the same game where any other site I’d have got over the £20 mark at least7 or 8 times, no fun in dead spin after dead spin so closing this account and wasting my money where you have a glimmer of hope at getting something back, don’t deposit on here if you are a UK customer they will just rinse you, never trust a site where the ‘good’ reviews are only about the staff that solved a problem lol little bit fishy especially when the reviews are actually naming the apparent person that supposedly resolved the situation, ” look boss, I got a good review about me, it was definitely from a real customer ” lol

Their KYC process is ridiculous. They froze my account upon registration and asked for documents. Fair enough, I understand why they do this. Sent everything they asked for and had an email to say my account was now fully verified and active. Logged into the account to find the restriction banner gone so deposited money and opened a slot to play. Pop up saying I couldn’t launch games and to contact customer services. I checked the verification section and it said my account was restricted but no other details as to what they require or what was causing the restrictions. Contacted live chat who told me my account was restricted but couldn’t tell me why and I’d have to wait for checks to be made, what checks? I sent everything they asked for. Had another email during this time to say my account was fully verified and then a few minutes later had another email saying it was restricted and a list of documents to send which were the exact things already sent and approved!! Seems to be an absolute mess. Why on earth are they letting you deposit money into an account you can neither withdraw from or play any games or bets?! I don’t understand. In the mean time my welcome offer is almost expired so probably won’t even get that. The adviser on chat said she fully understands my frustration and encouraged me to make an official complaint but I doubt that would get me very far. The whole process is just bizarre.

From last 11 days I’m not getting my deposit amount back to my account .Word with chat with your support team and even had mail mail to support team .From last 11days they are giving only a solution. They’re saying that we r doing our best but there is no solution from your side I think soI had given you UTR I’d and transaction ID even with a screenshot but is not working from you people I think so.

WARNING! DO NOT USE!Take your money and will not pay withdrawal.Over a week and money is not in my bank and they say is not with them anymore and it’s not their fault.Terrible Customer Service.Especially Jesus and Stefan.Once I highlighted there fraudulent fake payment to live chat after speaking directly with my bank they ban you.Told me to use an arn reference number and speak with charge back department as payment is no longer with them.Corruption at its finest.Told me to speak with a bank branch manager? lol When I asked why would anybody ever need that? They don’t answer questions directly and say speak to your bank.They even give me a fake arn reference number to locate the payment and to speak with charge back department? My bank laughed at me saying why would they give you that long fake number?Trust me do not use.I have since taken legal advice and am in the process of arranging criminal proceedings.I have called them directly to speak regarding my timely 5 year SELF exclusion that they chose to inflict not me because I refused to accept their lies and proved them wrong and I have plenty of supporting evidence.I cannot log in or access now as am banned.Never ever use them or trust them.
