parimatch is a scam site, please everyone, dont open an account with them, they will deliberately block your money without any reason. At first they might look good, with fast withdrawals and everything, the moment you are wining the will stop the withdrawal process and ask you to provide them additional proof of identity. when you will send them the your id and everything they wont acknowledge the receipt of said proof, instead they will keep asking for same document over and and over again. if you ask them i have already sent the document, they wont reply to you. please stay away from this site. please. i have been victiim of this site. there are other option. just not this one. trust me. i am telling you from experience

Absolutely disgusting site staff either don’t know what their talking about or are rude allowing customer who have self excluded from a sister site and stating that the self exclusion doesn’t didn’t continue when the partnered with heart so basically same brand same logo same everything when I signed up to heart you have to agree to your details been shared but apparently this doesn’t cover self exclusion so people are allowed to rejoin on a site they self excluded from !!!!! Money grabbing playing on people who have an addiction the games don’t pay out either staff belittling people and answering questions with well your account was probably deleted and then another staff I when discussing amount I had place I stated a amount she answered with well that’s not true it was less £20 less people £20 been called a liar cause I had added £20 more on by accident and my apologise to the staff if Iv placed the wrong date on that it happened I don’t want to be know as lass that lied twice !!!!

I proceeded with address, identification and occupation verifications. I made a deposit.And when I decided to withdraw money (only my deposit) they told me that I can’t do this, before additional verifications, and letter from HMRC is not enough.You can’t actually withdraw your own personal funds, which is ridiculous Avoid Parimatch, as they are going to stole your money

I had to get in touch after opening an account with Parimatch. I made a mistake when making my first deposit using PayPal instead of a debit card. This is the worst thing I’ve seen in my life!Never contact this bookmaker, after 1 bet on the game, the account was blocked, and after I provided all the documents, they said that they were fake!Naturally, I will not leave it like this and will ask the gambling commission to check and close these scammers!

They blocked my account one hour ago with almost 1000pounds ! First I can’t placed bet and chat told me I must waiting for the answer on my e-mail becouse I can’t made withdraw… They just rob me now becouse I received mail with information about closed account and withhold my all funds !! They are scammers and the worst kind of people. I just got robbed for almost 1000 pounds, the best thing is they blocked my account before and they wanted documents, my account was unblocked and now suddenly they close my account after i won some money… All positive comments seem to be bought… I am devastated how someone can rob me like that, I will file a complaint against them. I hope someone goes to jail for this, this site is usually a scam…

The live chat was available gone 4.00 am which is very good for me: some sites don’t have a live chat at all.The agent remained very patient and polite even though I was confused. Their KYC process is ridiculous. They froze my account upon registration and asked for documents. Fair enough, I understand why they do this. Sent everything they asked for and had an email to say my account was now fully verified and active. Logged into the account to find the restriction banner gone so deposited money and opened a slot to play. Pop up saying I couldn’t launch games and to contact customer services. I checked the verification section and it said my account was restricted but no other details as to what they require or what was causing the restrictions. Contacted live chat who told me my account was restricted but couldn’t tell me why and I’d have to wait for checks to be made, what checks? I sent everything they asked for. Had another email during this time to say my account was fully verified and then a few minutes later had another email saying it was restricted and a list of documents to send which were the exact things already sent and approved!! Seems to be an absolute mess. Why on earth are they letting you deposit money into an account you can neither withdraw from or play any games or bets?! I don’t understand. In the mean time my welcome offer is almost expired so probably won’t even get that. The adviser on chat said she fully understands my frustration and encouraged me to make an official complaint but I doubt that would get me very far. The whole process is just bizarre.

From last 11 days I’m not getting my deposit amount back to my account .Word with chat with your support team and even had mail mail to support team .From last 11days they are giving only a solution. They’re saying that we r doing our best but there is no solution from your side I think soI had given you UTR I’d and transaction ID even with a screenshot but is not working from you people I think so.
