I have been a user of this site for a long time and have thousands in deposits, I recently had a few fairly big wins and now suddenly they are saying my account is self excluded, despite me telling them this is not the case, and despite the fact I use many other gambling sites with no issues they are sticking to their guns and saying I’ve used gamstop to self exclude (I have not.) It seems when you win, they block you.

I use to love party casino. once I got Married and changed my last name they asked me to upload my documents and it would take 48 hours it is now 2 months later. Everytime I call I get a diffrent reason why I can’t deposit $ then you ask to speak to a Manager or Supervisor no ones never around which I missed out on 4 of my bonus pays

Absolute shambles they dont pay out your money. Service is terrible saying my funds have been sent I contact the bank and they haven’t. Contact overseas payments the transaction doesn’t exist I’ll be filing a law suit that’s for sure. They take your money quick enough but dont pay winnings. I’m going to sue these people there vile.

Definitely a legit good casino. I’ve been playing on here for about 2-3 years now. And never ever did I have a problem. Withdrawal takes less than an hour when I withdraw with Apple Pay. Well I’ve read a lot of reviews that were very poor mostly on not winning, honestly that was my complaint since I opened my account well over a year ago, however I won 13,000$ this morning so you just gotta remember it’s gambling and when you go out to a live casino you don’t win all the time. This Casino is NOT transparent and should checked by UK Gambling commission inspectors!! Because i believe they cheat on user accounts!I signed up yesterday night at 23.40, deposited 2 x £10 and played several slot games to find correct one and luckly found “Gates of Olympus” (today early morning) and this game paid me good money it came from about £40 to £460 ish, could say “only luck”! PartyCasino saw it and put my account “barred” under “you’ve been playing unusual therefore we set 15 minutes break for your account” lie!! without my permission. After 15 minutes, they unbarred me and i came back to same game (Gates of Olympus) and lost about £70 in very short time (less than 5 minutes) because everything after “barred” period has changed by 180 degrees. I saw this big cheat made by PartyCasino, therefore, stopped playing and requested withdrawal for remaining balance which is £386.84. This unhonesty and cheating made by this dodgy PartyCasino. Remaining balance of £386.84 they sent to me today. At least they can’t cheat on withdrawals for verified accounts like mine, otherwise they will be fined by UK gambling authorities as they have valid gambling licences! I gave this company bloody one star for withdrawal process only! So everybody listen up! you must stay away from this company! They clearly cheat on users accounts such as “barring accounts and lowering user’s RTP’s!!! Etc…

Only managed to claim free spins when I first opened account. Meant to get a bonus but it didn’t happen because you have to play through all the wagering before you get it. 5 times I have tried to claim different free spin promotions & none have worked. I didnt check the reviews before i played . However , i ended up signing up and got a welcome bonus , 50 spins on starburst .. 35-40 spins in and nothing really, then in the 40th odd spin , it somehow racked up to £170 ish, i played down to £150 and withdrew. Anyway, later on, i thought.. actually, im going to put £50 back in and see where it goes , played various games fluctuating between £50-100 in my account , then opened one called rich wilde book of dead or something along those lines , £2 a spin, hit bonus and won £1700 . Never won anything like that on any other site , im not a huge gambler , just a flutter now and again and was just killing time on a quiet day. Side note: it said expect withdrawal to take 3-5 days, it took little more than a couple of hour and it was in my bank. I see alot of negative reviews here but people need to understand its gambling, sometimes you win, sometimes you dont. This casino is not allowed to accept Dutch players because they don’t have a license to do so. Therefore I want a full refund of deposits made.I have attempted to resolve this matter with your customer support team on multiple occasions, and I appreciate the assistance provided so far. However, despite the assurances and promises made, I am yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or any indication of a refund for the aforementioned losses.

Deposited and played won next to nothing back! I am £141.94 down now. Horrendous experience. Deposited £220 and lost £181 on supposedly high RTP slots after only £523 wagering (for a £100 bonus where I’d have to wager £3500 – nooo way after those losses!!) Was given 30 spins as a goodwill gesture on another slot and after the 3 x wagering requirement on the £2 something won, I came out with zero. Every time i play here i lose a lot of money. I am almost 2.5k down in 1 year, i only play low stakes an upon looking at my stats i have been on a bad run all year. I feel it is because they get games with lower rtps and games can take hundreds of spins to bonus then pay very little. Not a site i would reccomend to anyone unless you want to have less fun and loss a lot of money.

I downloaded the app It’s very slow and 98% of the time, the games would not load. I decided to try the website then instead of the app and my experience was the same. I searched for a favourite game and each time, when a game did actually load, it wasn’t my selected one. I’m glad that I only made the minimum deposit to play. Folks my advice is don’t waste your time and money on this. I’d rate it zero stars if that was an option.

Just found out this was fed up with Ladbrokes so I thought am I am, so I thought I would re-open my account with party casino. To my amazement they said my self exclusion was over in 2011 and that I could rejoin. I have just got off the phone and they interrogating me about my living and how I live did all then here the kicker. They said my account will be sent to a reviewing depatment but then they said do you want to reopen your account with other site which is bloody LADBROKES AND GALA. LOL. No wonder no one is getting a fair play it is connected to Ladbrokes. When they send me the decision.
