Every time i play here i lose a lot of money. I am almost 2.5k down in 1 year, i only play low stakes an upon looking at my stats i have been on a bad run all year. I feel it is because they get games with lower rtps and games can take hundreds of spins to bonus then pay very little. Not a site i would reccomend to anyone unless you want to have less fun and loss a lot of money.

I downloaded the app It’s very slow and 98% of the time, the games would not load. I decided to try the website then instead of the app and my experience was the same. I searched for a favourite game and each time, when a game did actually load, it wasn’t my selected one. I’m glad that I only made the minimum deposit to play. Folks my advice is don’t waste your time and money on this. I’d rate it zero stars if that was an option.

Just found out this was fed up with Ladbrokes so I thought am I am, so I thought I would re-open my account with party casino. To my amazement they said my self exclusion was over in 2011 and that I could rejoin. I have just got off the phone and they interrogating me about my living and how I live did all then here the kicker. They said my account will be sent to a reviewing depatment but then they said do you want to reopen your account with other site which is bloody LADBROKES AND GALA. LOL. No wonder no one is getting a fair play it is connected to Ladbrokes. When they send me the decision. I have decided not to play as if they are connected you know your not going to win on their sister sites. This whole gambling is corrupt and crazy. Party Casino used to be okay. I’ve had some good wins and some losses as to be expected, however, I don’t know whether it’s new management or whatever, but the last few months I have won zero. Just loss after loss after loss. I have now closed my account because I refuse to give them any more money. Yes, we all lose money, but to have nothing but dead spins the last few months is downright criminal. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS. In the last month i am down 2k. I’ve been playing only on low stakes 0.40 or 0.5 maximum. The bonuses are almost inexistents. After years when you actually hit one bonus will pay you between 20~30X. Follow the advice of the 81% majority on this one! Unfortunately this site truly deserves its negative reviews. While I can’t say every negative review is correct I can confirm the stories of reluctance to pay winnings are. I joined and was verified on the 21st and had a win the same day, to see if the horror stories are accurate I withdrew my funds… well, sort of. A few moments later I recieve an email that my funds are on hold Pending photographic ID (something not everyone has) and a copy of bank card. Based off previous reviews this doesn’t matter, see the cases of people sending this info and still losing out. Most confusing is, I was new to the site, I could potentially have spent hundreds/thousands yet for the sake of less than £100 the “party” was over before it began… poor business model

300+ negative reviews. The good reviews have clearly been paid for. Whoever is monitoring this site needs to lose their job. I had some money spare this week so I tested the negative reviews for myself on lobster pots. I spent over 150 pound and with that I hit two scatters on 48 occasions without landing the third. I still never hit a bonus after that now ask yourself is that luck or is that a fix? It’s a fix. When ever the 2 landed on reels 1 and 3 it wasn’t there on reel 5. When ever it landed on reels 3 and 5 it wasn’t there on reel 1. Someone really needs to do something about this site and take notice of the hundreds of people saying the same thing. Played 20 pound on a game I like which pays out well every so often. Not on this site though 40p spins and the highest amount I won was 68 pence. This compared to other sites what pay out a lot more on the game and I mean tried and tested many sites on this game and they all pay out frequently and sometimes big amounts just shows how fixed this site is. Just utter garbage in recent years I’m guessing its down to more and more players turning to crypto sites where you can buy bonuses which will negatively affect the uk casino’s profit margins . A few years ago party casino was a decent site but in the past couple years it’s just a money eater and bonuses are like hens teeth. I joined party casino on 21/08/2023 and deposited £500. I requested a withdrawal of £2700 but my account was temporarily disabled. Party casino requested documents from myself which I sent. These were a official government tax credits letter, a selfie of me holding my drivers licence and ma bank card used for depositing. After over a week my account was unlocked and I spoke to an advisor online and was told my withdrawal would now be processed as i was verified. I made two more small deposits from which I won £65. After these deposits were processed I was blocked again. I was told I would need to speak to somebody on the phone as a final step to get my account unlocked once again. I did this and the gentleman on the phone asked me questions all of which i answered. In an email i had mentioned i suffer from depression and anxiety. This is due to the passing of a close friend recently. The gentleman started asking if i am on medication etc. I told him i was not as it was due to a recent death. He was being very patronizing over the phone. I was told by this gentleman that Asim Iqbal who lives at the same address also used to have an account. I told him this is my husband and he had many accounts with online casinos so he most likely would have had one within the party casino label. I was told he did have an account within the brand label and he self excluded a month ago. I am aware of this as i urged him to do it as he was out of control. I was told it was a strange ‘coincidence’ that I opened an account around a month after he closed his. I was also told that my husband used to play one game that I also played, which is a very popular’ slot. I was told this was a strange ‘coincidance’ too. All my friends play that slot game. I was talked to in a patronizing way as though I was a lier. I provided my ID and all documents requested and even sent a selfie of me holding my ID. I do not understand how a casino can make assumptions without facts. After the conversation I was told I would get an email when the issue was resolved. After contacting them repeatedly for around 3 weeks I received an email showing my withdrawal receipt. This was for the total amount of my deposits which were £565. I contacted party casino again and got an email telling me that my winnings totalling £2265 had been seized due to me having another account within the same label and this goes against their terms and conditions. The only other online gambling account I have is with Mr Q and this is not within the same label. If party casino can give any proof of me having another account within their label I will happily allow them to seize my winnings because i do not have one. I am 100% sure of this. My husband may have had an account within the label in the past but I have not. I am willing to do whatever asked to prove I dove i do not have another account within their labels. There is nothing in their terms and conditions that states if my husband has had ab account in the past i am not allowed one.Its just an excuse to not pay out. Pure greed

This is one of the worst casinos amd companies out there. I deposited £500 pounds amd won £2700. I tried to withdraw but was blocked Any asked to provide ID etc. I sent all the documentd requested and my account was unblocked after 2 weeks and was told I was fully verified. A phone conversation took place and an employee at party casino said my husband self excluded a month ago and it was a coincidence that I now have an account. Also mentioned one game I played that my husband used to play and said this was a ‘coincidence’. I said it was a popular game my friend played. I was then asked for medical information in regards to my mental health that is personal information I did not want to provide. It has been over 3 weeks and my deposits totalling £565 have been given back to Me but my winnings have been seized amounting to £2200. I was told I had an account with another label within the group. I told them my husband may have but u have never so it does not go against terms and conditions. Don’t trust this casino.
