I played poker on party poker for years so decided to play their slots. I play same 8-10 slots always. First time decent win deposited 50$ cashed out 500$. And then I never won money again. So I decided to write this review now because yesterday I played 6 slots they all hit bonus/scatter . But they win brings u back to your deposit amount or maybe +5%. Scatter on 1$ first win15$, second 9$, then last 2$. Lost my deposit went to a different casino. Played exact same slots. Cashed out 800$ on a 50$ deposit. Don’t play slots here. Mega blaze roulette is alright I guess other than that very rigged.

I won 60 pounds and sent a withdraw request I timed out my account as I felt I was spending to much I lost my bank card so the request was denied as I cancelled my card 3 weeks later I’m still asking for my money 12 emails sent my passport god knows how many bank statements called set new card details numerous times and they still have not sorted it All I want is my money and then to close my account they are quick enough taking money not so quick to give it uou back !!!!!!still waiting you have viewed my passport more times than all the airports I’ve been too still nothing

Appalling site100’s after 100’s of empty spins taking £100, £150 at a time before and payout above stake and when they pay anything it is 50% of stake or less. Party Casino used to be okay. I’ve had some good wins and some losses as to be expected, however, I don’t know whether it’s new management or whatever, but the last few months I have won zero. Just loss after loss after loss. I have now closed my account because I refuse to give them any more money. Yes, we all lose money, but to have nothing but dead spins the last few months is downright criminal. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS. There are a few other sites that are fair in that you do win and you do lose, but to constantly have dead spins, and I play a few times a week, that is shameful on them. In the last month i am down 2k. I’ve been playing only on low stakes 0.40 or 0.5 maximum. The bonuses are almost inexistents. After years when you actually hit one bonus will pay you between 20~30X. The pragmatic games are at lowest rtp posible. It s actually very frustrating to take some spins because you will know from the start that you will get ripped! Nobody actually looks at this games? Follow the advice of the 81% majority on this one! Unfortunately this site truly deserves its negative reviews. While I can’t say every negative review is correct I can confirm the stories of reluctance to pay winnings are. I joined and was verified on the 21st and had a win the same day, to see if the horror stories are accurate I withdrew my funds… well, sort of. A few moments later I recieve an email that my funds are on hold Pending photographic ID (something not everyone has) and a copy of bank card. Based off previous reviews this doesn’t matter, see the cases of people sending this info and still losing out. Most confusing is, I was new to the site, I could potentially have spent hundreds/thousands yet for the sake of less than £100 the “party” was over before it began… poor business model

300+ negative reviews. The good reviews have clearly been paid for. Whoever is monitoring this site needs to lose their job. I had some money spare this week so I tested the negative reviews for myself on lobster pots. I spent over 150 pound and with that I hit two scatters on 48 occasions without landing the third. I still never hit a bonus after that now ask yourself is that luck or is that a fix? It’s a fix. When ever the 2 landed on reels 1 and 3 it wasn’t there on reel 5. When ever it landed on reels 3 and 5 it wasn’t there on reel 1. Someone really needs to do something about this site and take notice of the hundreds of people saying the same thing. Played 20 pound on a game I like which pays out well every so often. Not on this site though 40p spins and the highest amount I won was 68 pence. This compared to other sites what pay out a lot more on the game and I mean tried and tested many sites on this game and they all pay out frequently and sometimes big amounts just shows how fixed this site is. But hey keep scrolling and you’ll see another 200 reviews saying the same thing. How they get away with it is beyond me.

I won 30$ cash which is the second place prize in the daily free to play tournament and never received my prize. Just utter garbage in recent years I’m guessing its down to more and more players turning to crypto sites where you can buy bonuses which will negatively affect the uk casino’s profit margins . A few years ago party casino was a decent site but in the past couple years it’s just a money eater and bonuses are like hens teeth. The ukgc have utterly wrecked slots for the uk and ironically it’s costing uk players more money we’ll from my own experience it definitely is because I just aren’t winning as much especially with all the best games being built around the bonus buy feature which makes it near on impossible to land a natural bonus. I joined party casino on 21/08/2023 and deposited £500. I requested a withdrawal of £2700 but my account was temporarily disabled. Party casino requested documents from myself which I sent. These were a official government tax credits letter, a selfie of me holding my drivers licence and ma bank card used for depositing. After over a week my account was unlocked and I spoke to an advisor online and was told my withdrawal would now be processed as i was verified. I made two more small deposits from which I won £65. After these deposits were processed I was blocked again. I was told I would need to speak to somebody on the phone as a final step to get my account unlocked once again. I did this and the gentleman on the phone asked me questions all of which i answered. In an email i had mentioned i suffer from depression and anxiety. This is due to the passing of a close friend recently. The gentleman started asking if i am on medication etc. I told him i was not as it was due to a recent death. He was being very patronizing over the phone. I was told by this gentleman that Asim Iqbal who lives at the same address also used to have an account. I told him this is my husband and he had many accounts with online casinos so he most likely would have had one within the party casino label. I was told he did have an account within the brand label and he self excluded a month ago. I am aware of this as i urged him to do it as he was out of control. I was told it was a strange ‘coincidence’ that I opened an account around a month after he closed his. I was also told that my husband used to play one game that I also played, which is a very popular’ slot. I was told this was a strange ‘coincidance’ too. All my friends play that slot game. I was talked to in a patronizing way as though I was a lier. I provided my ID and all documents requested and even sent a selfie of me holding my ID. I do not understand how a casino can make assumptions without facts. After the conversation I was told I would get an email when the issue was resolved. After contacting them repeatedly for around 3 weeks I received an email showing my withdrawal receipt. This was for the total amount of my deposits which were £565. I contacted party casino again and got an email telling me that my winnings totalling £2265 had been seized due to me having another account within the same label and this goes against their terms and conditions. The only other online gambling account I have is with Mr Q and this is not within the same label. If party casino can give any proof of me having another account within their label I will happily allow them to seize my winnings because i do not have one. I am 100% sure of this. My husband may have had an account within the label in the past but I have not. I am willing to do whatever asked to prove I dove i do not have another account within their labels. There is nothing in their terms and conditions that states if my husband has had ab account in the past i am not allowed one.Its just an excuse to not pay out. Pure greed

Deposited £100 to get match bonus of another £100 only to find out the match bonus isn’t really a match bonus. Every other online casino want you to gamble your bonus around 35 times before being able to release the funds. This is one of the worst casinos amd companies out there. I deposited £500 pounds amd won £2700. I tried to withdraw but was blocked Any asked to provide ID etc. I sent all the documentd requested and my account was unblocked after 2 weeks and was told I was fully verified. I deposited a small amount after and won £65 which I sent for withdrawal and was blocked again. A phone conversation took place and an employee at party casino said my husband self excluded a month ago and it was a coincidence that I now have an account. Also mentioned one game I played that my husband used to play and said this was a ‘coincidence’. I said it was a popular game my friend played. I was then asked for medical information in regards to my mental health that is personal information I did not want to provide. It has been over 3 weeks and my deposits totalling £565 have been given back to Me but my winnings have been seized amounting to £2200. I was told I had an account with another label within the group. I told them my husband may have but u have never so it does not go against terms and conditions. Don’t trust this casino. They will take your money and treat you like dirt and gin excuses not to pay you. I will be contacting the gambling commission to see what they can do.

Great games and great app. That’s about all the good I have to say. Poor customer service, poor response to reviews. Copy/paste nonsense about how they are regulated.Lies on the website about games being ‘exclusive’ to their site when they are on many sites.We use these site to gamble. Whilst wins can never be guaranteed which is fair, you would expect to win something now and again. After playing on this site for over 3 years I can genuinely say I’ve won next to nothing. A few £50 withdrawals but compared to what I’ve put in that is very poor. After playing many slot sites this one is genuinely one of the ones that pays least for me at least. Ignore their responses about being regulated… all gambling sites are regulated yet I get wins on competitor websites. This casino is gives you the most tournaments to win prizes but if you check the top 3 winners every day they are the same players. No way would 3 people win tournaments every day. Self Exclusion should mean self exclusion, but on this casino you can still place a deposit!! You can’t play the games though but you need an explanation as to why you want your funds back!!I’ve self excluded myself from a few online casino’s because mainly I had too many accounts, this being one of them. I’ve excluded the casinos i believe are not worth playing based on other reviews and my own experiences. Unfortunately a few nights ago I logged into this site forgetting this was one of the casino’s I’d self excluded myself on. I managed to place a deposit of £250 but all the games were locked when I loaded them up. So realising my mistake I initially withdrew my deposit straight away. I then had an email to question this withdrawal and had to clarify why I withdrew so quickly. I replied and also enquired why I could still deposit! No reply, so again I sent another email 24 hours later asking for an explanation, still no reply! The least you could have done was reply!I’d like to add that I have recieved my funds back but it seems customer services, (or lack of), cannot and won’t explain why you can still deposit after banning yourself from doing so and secondly upon logging into the site it doesn’t state that you are self excluded like other sites. This is a fatal flaw in the online design.I have no alternative to take this to the gambling commision as I would like an explanation of your incompetency. My honest reviewI’m always a bit nervy when it comes to online casinos. I am up over £15000 on partycasino In two years of playing. I joined this casino yesterday and deposited £700. I can hand on heart say this is the worse casino I have ever had the misfortune to play at. I managed about 12 bonuses. 10 of the bonuses paid between 5x and 10x no joke. The other two paid 23x and 47.5x. It takes ages to bonus the games too. Absolutely disgusting site. I got screwed on my game when it should of payed me out with free spins , then I went to chat with customer care and they told me to take a screen shot, which I did then a supervisor emailed me and asked me for a session time so I went on my laptop and all of a sudden that session was removed.i wish I could show you all my screen shots of the game that they screwed me on and the emails sent to me by them. my app been working for years. I been playing this game.The one time I hit big the app crashes. My account is blocked now. It shows up error I haven’t been able to get on for 3 months they asked me to send verification I did 6 times so I asked to speak to a supervisor he said no i can not.So I asked him to give me my withdrawl and close my account. I really don’t know where all these bad reviews come from. I’ve been playing on this site/app for a good 2 years now.
