Great games and great app. That’s about all the good I have to say. Poor customer service, poor response to reviews. Copy/paste nonsense about how they are regulated.Lies on the website about games being ‘exclusive’ to their site when they are on many sites.We use these site to gamble. Whilst wins can never be guaranteed which is fair, you would expect to win something now and again. After playing on this site for over 3 years I can genuinely say I’ve won next to nothing. A few £50 withdrawals but compared to what I’ve put in that is very poor. After playing many slot sites this one is genuinely one of the ones that pays least for me at least. Ignore their responses about being regulated… all gambling sites are regulated yet I get wins on competitor websites. I very rarely play party casino anymore because of this and I haven’t touched their poker site for years as that’s the most fixed online poker there is.

Hi, i won on the partycasino, waged correctly & now i cant withdraw my winnings, ive been told there was an issue on the site 07/09 – but live chat doesnt have any details. They are withholding my winnings and no contact from the team who is dealing with it, i just need some understanding to whats going on – has anyone had this issue?

Terrible site. Finally hit a slot bonus (after ages), and the page promptly disappeared. Now they expect me to go through games logs to prove it. AVOID. SCAMMERS

Another bad casino like Ladbrokes…both don’t have any payout you play lots of money never pay nothing… unbelievable not recommended at all..they should close this casino very bad…they just take money.. I had to stop playing and block and cancel the account…shame

This casino is gives you the most tournaments to win prizes but if you check the top 3 winners every day they are the same players. No way would 3 people win tournaments every day. This casino is like coral and only bots win top prizes. Just started the 5pm one and by 17.04 the top player had 2100 points. I know its free but if they can manipulate slots in tournaments then they can manipulate slots when playing with real cash… stay away

Self Exclusion should mean self exclusion, but on this casino you can still place a deposit!! You can’t play the games though but you need an explanation as to why you want your funds back!!I’ve self excluded myself from a few online casino’s because mainly I had too many accounts, this being one of them. I’ve excluded the casinos i believe are not worth playing based on other reviews and my own experiences. Unfortunately a few nights ago I logged into this site forgetting this was one of the casino’s I’d self excluded myself on. I managed to place a deposit of £250 but all the games were locked when I loaded them up. So realising my mistake I initially withdrew my deposit straight away. I then had an email to question this withdrawal and had to clarify why I withdrew so quickly. I replied and also enquired why I could still deposit! No reply, so again I sent another email 24 hours later asking for an explanation, still no reply! The least you could have done was reply!I’d like to add that I have recieved my funds back but it seems customer services, (or lack of), cannot and won’t explain why you can still deposit after banning yourself from doing so and secondly upon logging into the site it doesn’t state that you are self excluded like other sites. This is a fatal flaw in the online design.I have no alternative to take this to the gambling commision as I would like an explanation of your incompetency. Let’s see what they have to say about a very sensitive subject and something the UK is tightening down on!

My honest reviewI’m always a bit nervy when it comes to online casinos. I am up over £15000 on partycasino In two years of playing. Every withdrawal under £2000 arrives in my bank within 1-2 hours of withdrawing. Brilliant customer service and rarely even need to use it. This is the only online betting company I would feel comfortable putting money in to knowing if I win it will be paid out 100% of the time

I joined this casino yesterday and deposited £700. I can hand on heart say this is the worse casino I have ever had the misfortune to play at. I managed about 12 bonuses. 10 of the bonuses paid between 5x and 10x no joke. The other two paid 23x and 47.5x. It takes ages to bonus the games too. Absolutely disgusting site. Would not recommend.

I got screwed on my game when it should of payed me out with free spins , then I went to chat with customer care and they told me to take a screen shot, which I did then a supervisor emailed me and asked me for a session time so I went on my laptop and all of a sudden that session was removed.i wish I could show you all my screen shots of the game that they screwed me on and the emails sent to me by them. Unreal. This site should go into a class action suit.

just had message and email about me not bieng allowed to recieve bonuses and offers anymore. Thats fine, wont be depositing ever again then. Reading the reviews below it looks like a challenge if i ever did win and get a withdrawl. Not sure what the payouts are on slots because only deposited twice with not much luck.

They decided to lock my account while I had $550 in my account Demanded I send bank card, I.d. Bank statements – which I’ve done and still3 weeks later and multiple emails with robotic replies and my account is stillLocked and no one will even respond now. I will be contacting Aglc and filing a complaint for Freud against these scammers ~ I should have read these reviews before ever going on it, save yourselves the headache!!

my app been working for years. I been playing this game.The one time I hit big the app crashes. My account is blocked now. It shows up error I haven’t been able to get on for 3 months they asked me to send verification I did 6 times so I asked to speak to a supervisor he said no i can not.So I asked him to give me my withdrawl and close my account. Jervic was very rude and told me he couldn’t do that because they never recieved my verification. I really don’t know where all these bad reviews come from. I’ve been playing on this site/app for a good 2 years now. Here is my opinion: + new games almost daily+ play exclusive games before their official release + helpful, fast and friendly CS + fast withdrawals + a mobile app makes playing easier + daily free spins + regular 50% reload bonuses + big selection on slots, arcade games and online casino (BJ, Poker, Lotto) -could use a better filtering system to find slots (possibility to filter out providers, game styles, lines, ect.) -some games do not open in the app I have a verified account and no problems at all. Every withdrawal I made reached my account within 12 hours (apple pay). I’ve managed to take their 50% reload bonus quite often. One time I made a larger deposit I saved up for (270£) with the bonus, managed to wager the amount and had a payout of 1300£. No problems at all. Big shoutout to their customer service! Missed more than 100 free spins. I received an email after my complain, then nothing. After few days I wrote them again to say thanks for their “no” customer service and I received an email back justifying themselves about something that did not concern the topic of my complain. I personally wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone. I have my go-to game, which I have played on different casino sites but this one has got to be the worst. Many deposits and small wins, I spun this game approximately 600 times to receive only 3 bonus rounds which paid poorly. On my regular casinos, this bonus would have come in multiple times over and over with what I consider decent payouts. Now this is only my experience on this casino, but it’s safe to say this site has been blocked and I won’t be returning. I wish anyone who signs up the best of luck, because you’re going to need it.

Deposited 500$ came off with 1600$, decided to withdraw 800$ they approved withdrawal but in 15 minutes put my account on hold cancelled withdrawal and requested documents for verification. I immediately uploaded a documents my account was verified. Some time later I decided to withdraw another 800$ and this time they put my account on hold again! and request screenshot of my transaction which was provided immediately. Two weeks have passed but my account is still on hold. Support agents are ignoring me. They are a big scam. Unbelievable they still running

Ill be honest I wasn’t a huge fan at first, at the time there wasn’t many promotions or bonuses. It looked a little amateur & not as trustworthy I’d say compared to others. I still played once or twice a month & regularly compete in their free daily & weekly tournaments just for fun. It’s the only time I’ve played for free & actually won a good amount & was able to withdraw it right away. Very fast, (bank etransfer) most casinos say 1-3 business days & here each time my winnings have been in my bank account in a couple hours. I have a new found appreciation for them & the way they operate. It makes it more enjoyable to play even when I don’t win 😅
