I’ve been with Pinnacle long years, not a frequent player but just casually. I’ve had a rare issue pertaining my withdrawal so upon contacting them i was instructed what to do with the wager 3x rollover process since i was away for a long time.The issue was resolved and my withdrawal was instantly sent in my crypto account. I don’t see the reason for so many negative reviews on a well based platform that’s build its reputation here for so many years, maybe some people don’t understand the online casino process or what they’re doing but please ask them they’re kind enough to help also direct u to all the terms & regulations. When it comes to online casinos i don’t play with casinos that send you through many run around scam or untrustworthy dealers & machine boards, this platform & staff as well as their machines are not unfair to you. I am a refugee from Ukraine and I really need any funds. I was sure that the funds (1,700 euros) that I have in my pinnacle account (account number DP1693367) are securely protected and I will be able to withdraw them at any time. I haven’t logged into my account for almost a year, but then it turned out that it was blocked. I asked what the reason was, and they just said they were following their rules, and they blocked my account and refused to refund my funds. To all my requests to clarify what I have violated, they simply say that they follow their own rules, according to which they can block the account and withdraw funds from it. Never, do you hear – never play in this rotten bookmaker. I am now left without funds in a difficult life situation because of these cheaters!!!

Been with Pinnacle for 20+ years… deposited 8k and they asked for “source of funds” documents. Begrudgingly I shared my bank statement. That wasn’t good enough. They asked for my dad’s bank statements bc he sent me money that month (i sold him some usd for cad). I said no and they closed my account!!!! Absolutely zero customer service, at no point did I ever feel like I was talking to a human, just automatic responses…. I offered to show another bank account to clear everything up, they wouldn’t even look. Said I’m not “entitled” to a Pinnacle account.

After the expiration of the personal conclusions, they checked my account and asked for a bunch of documents from the company I work for, payslips, turnover on the account in the former bank, current bank, credit card statements, loans, turnover on the Skrill account.All this lasted for 2 months. I lost my patience and gave up.If I had taken tens of thousands of euros from them, maybe he would even understand. Today 1st of Feb. 2024 @ 20:20 CET they declare suddenly they are “under maintenance”. Who can believe that? There are games from england premier league starting @20:30 and then @21:15, no way to place a bet, modify your bets, not an option for any serious gambler. They ruin my strategy, while I am writting my report, the visitor team just scored after 4 minutes of game… In addition they make it super complicated to withdraw your money, I close my account now. Never again pinnacle…

Not sure why these guys have so many bad reviews compared to the actual scam online bookies out there (such as betify). These guys have been around for almost a decade at this point, very smooth customer support, best lines, doesn’t limit you no matter how much you win and doesn’t scam customer funds. Yes I do wish they had better promos or rewards for long time customers but just having an honest book that doesn’t scam (like betify) goes a long way. Have been a customer here for a long time and will continue to do so.

Pinnacle has changed . I’ve been using them for 8 years and did verify at beginning with address and photo id which is fine and then a couple years later . Now they want bank statements and paystubs and more stuff than a credit card company . They have either turned into a scam or something . My bank information and job title is none of their business. And they all ways review wagers and I’ve noticed they say bet is void . Better books out there that have sharp odds

I used over 20 sportsbooks and this is simply the worst. Anybody know how to get through verification and get your money out? They keep asking for different documents which have nothing to do with them. They saw a transaction from my broker account and ask for the my broker statement, then they saw a deposit from my Cash app account to my broker, then they ask for the Cash app statement. This goes on forever, IRS wouldn’t ask that many questions.

They are THIEFS that even don’t try to hide themselves. They are using the following practice to steal their customers’ money. They verified your credit card and start to accept deposits from you. Until you make only deposits and not making withdrawals the card status is VERIFIED. At the moment of your first withdrawal they changed card status to NOT VERIFIED and reject all your attempts to withdraw. Not only to the card you made all your deposits but they block all other possible withdrawal methods. When you ask their support why they keep your money they just close the chat and not connecting to you any more. And if you have nerves and don’t want to lose your money you have to start a very complicated and taking long time procedure with external observing organisations. So this is my experince and I want to protect as many people as I can by publishing my experience on internet.

Beware! They manipulate the match scores and odds. Delay these odds and still allows you to bet. Very misleading you have to wager your deposit X3 and I’m not talking a bonus. They make it difficult to use live chat and in the live chat any issue you have they will tell u speak via email. Fairly fast cashout but it is hard to win on the books when they freeze the match score whether it’s basketball or soccer soon as your bet is placed. I had to go on bet365 to see the live feed. Even after refreshing and changing browser it will stay frozen. And LASTLY NO CASHOUT OPTION. 0 on any bets they claim to be around for 25 years and is far behind don’t fall for those marketing site putting this in top ten. Run If it wasn’t for my experience I wouldn’t lost my entire wager or gave up. They also charge a fee for every withdrawal. Literally anything to take money away from us. Stay away. They are currently investigating the incorrect match data ony end. Screen record the moment u place your bet and keep documentation. Class action suit pending

Pinnacle posted an incorrect score of a tennis match and odds that match the incorrect score. Me trusting that it was correct, placed a bet on the match. It said rejected (in red), which I then expected the funds to be returned to my account, but instead it accepted the bet at the true odds from the real score without asking me if I would accept these new odds. It put my money on a wager that was hugely disadvantageous to me. I contacted them to review it and refund my bet as it was rejected, and if it wasn’t going to be rejected although it said it was then they needed to ask me to approve the true and current odds as I made sure that the option in my settings was checked to always need approval for new odds. They emailed back saying taking the bets is up to their discretion and ignored me afterward.Pinnacle can be a fraudulent company at times.

I think they are legit but they have some major problems.1) Because I live near the US border they continuously block my account even though I’m logging in from Canada.2) The rollover limits are really high. You have to bet your money 3x before you can pull it out. 3) Support can take several days to get back to you. Bank documents have to be uploaded regularly.

Another bad experience. Long telephone wait times and cannot get someone to attend my home for an urgent repair. I’m having to wait 5 days for someone to repair an issue with my boiler, no heating and I must wait 5 days and told “there’s nothing we can do”. I am relatively new as far as my tenure with this company, having said that I’ve been with many sportsbooks and Pinnacle has been great. Yes, could have chat features to speed things up, amongst other things, but, their email has been pretty responsive for me. My account is verified and haven’t had issues withdrawing. There in play isn’t bad either. Around $2500 has been my biggest withdrawal and it may have been the fastest payout I’ve had with a sportsbook. I don’t want to judge too quick but A lot of terrible reviews, everybodies different I guess. But as someone who enjoys to play and appreciates a good sportsbook I’ll give pinnacle a thumbs up. Betting was fun until I decided to withdraw. It was a painstaking three-week process with various documents asked (bank statement etc). The instructions to submit these documents were partly outdated and confusing, and my withdrawal was cancelled a couple of times without an apparent reason. It seems like they want the customer to give up the process.It should be noted that Pinnacle has pretty high odds, but this is shadowed by the three-times deposit rollover requirement. Their website is also a bit clunky to use (tiny font, sign-in problems and slow response times in some functions).

Pros: They never failed to pay and pay fast. Odds are quite good. Emails are answered fast. Nice interface.Cons: Unnecessary fee when withdrawing for the 2nd. time in calendar month. No chat service. And (this one is the worst clearly) verification in a real pain the ass, completely unnecessary, they will come over the years requiring a new one although they already had one, and there seems to be no documentation on earth that satisfies them.
