UPDATE: Dec 15, 2024I have recently been contacted that my withdrawal is being processed, which is a fast response- once received, if in fact it is being processed in the full amount of my withdrawal, I will update my experience with this casino.*********************************Years ago I had an active account open with this casino and requested it be closed due to issues I was having with gambling.I recently reopened an account, same name, phone number and made 2 deposits, uploaded documents for verification and made a withdrawal - I played for hours - I signed in to check on my withdrawal and was locked out.I received no email or notice of my account being locked and I expect, at minimum, my deposits be refunded to me as I don’t feel this is my error because I am in control of my online playing.I contacted online support just to tell me to dispute it with support, which I did at the email address for support but I have not received a response as of yet.This is not the correct way for PlayAmo to go about this issue and I’m looking forward to them resolving the issue by processing the withdrawal or refunding my deposits.
