I have been using Playamo again recently and NEVER thought I would encounter the VERY same ISSUE that made me walk away from them again in the first place, but here we are today. I made several deposits, finally on the recent deposit of $400 I won $4500.00. I sent ALL REQUIRED documents to have my account verified and my WITHDRAWALS were REJECTED several times by Playamo (total of 11 times). Each time they were rejecting the WITHDRAWAL they had a DIFFERENT STORY as to why it was being REJECTED.If you WIN they want you to basically play all of your winnings down until you’re cashing out with nothing, or barely any of your winnings. They play these games just to see how far they can push a player waiting. This happened to me the last time I was with Playamo 4 years ago when I won over $7500 and it was 7 weeks of dealing with issue, after issue, after issue even though I cashed out from them several times before and was a devoted player for over 3 years. Now, they tell me they have a special team reviewing my $3500.00 withdrawal. I’m never going to see my withdrawal because this happened the last time, they want an explanation WHY I play Playamo using my cellphone and my old phone that I use with wifi only, this is there reason for withholding my withdrawal. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE DEPOSITING, you work hard for your money and want to play responsibly with reputable online casinos. Stay far away from this one! UPDATE 2 days LATERPlayamo emailed me to advise they would be processing the withdrawal and that was a complete LIE! I was never getting my winnings.Please DO NOT deposit or play at this casino because it’s a complete scam. They will literally keep telling you they have withdrawal processing issues, yet other players are able to withdrawal. I’ve been on a lot of different casino sites but this one just clicks. I never have to waste time looking for what I need. Slots load quickly and I’ve tried a few table games. I’ve won a few small amounts here and there (biggest win was about $200) and I gotta admit I’m pretty happy with how fast the withdrawals happen. I also reached out to their support for a quick question and they were fast to respond to my message. My only gripe is the bonus system. I wish there was a bit more to it. Support chat is awesome they help you with whatever inquire and easy to understand. But than I got an account manager it was even better, not onced my communicate was left un dealt with. I gave all my info that had never changed and they would've used my documents for the first 2 withdrawals so I'm very confused. I was accused of using someone else's card. But... I am hoping future withdrawal requests go smoothly because overall.. This is the best casino and I have never felt so special and looked after by my VIP manager DANA. Just two points of feedback- I wish RG settings were accessible to players where you can place your own limits, cool-off requests, etc. Some casinos have this option but here you have to contact support via chat or your VIP manager via email. Doesn’t seem ideal. - For high limit players the daily withdrawal limits seem too low…I wish these were increased based on your play and bet amount somehowKeep up the great experience!

Only thing I would like is for my favourite games to stop disappearing without notice. Been on this site for over 7 years and enjoy the games they have , recently had a little win and tried to cash out a few hundred dollars ,they kept coming back with so many excuses after supplying them with all the documents they needed ,the last one they said was my bank was not accepting the money which was total rubbish as i checked with my bank. I get the house always wins but to deny you that little win after putting in thousands is criminal, shame on you for treating your long standing customers like this .i ended up playing out all my credits and will shut my account down ...great games but very shady when it comes to cashing out any wins .

This is thanks to Dana who is really great! Game selection is really good. The latest games don’t take long to be listed here. Payouts are typical for any online casino you win some you lose some. VIP club is great! Love the bonuses and I like that the levelling up bonus has only a 1x wagering requirement. Plenty of bonuses offered, though they come with the standard T&C like a wagering requirement, $5/bet limit and not all games are available if you have an active bonus. Only complaint is the limited number of live dealer games. Less than a handful of BJ tables and they’re often all full. Hopefully this improves at some point.
