Been on this site for over 7 years and enjoy the games they have , recently had a little win and tried to cash out a few hundred dollars ,they kept coming back with so many excuses after supplying them with all the documents they needed ,the last one they said was my bank was not accepting the money which was total rubbish as i checked with my bank. I get the house always wins but to deny you that little win after putting in thousands is criminal, shame on you for treating your long standing customers like this .i ended up playing out all my credits and will shut my account down …great games but very shady when it comes to cashing out any wins .

Its a scam site beware like other reviews i myself have deposited alot of money without deposit bonuses because thats a scam in its self and won nothing it just gives u a fraction of the bet if your lucky and takes all your money no matter what game u play free spins and bonus games are near impossible to get and when u do u might get a few cents back if your lucky and the withdraw rules are b_llshit cant withdraw less than $300 and theres a max daily limit like your quite happily take our money but dont want to give us our wins what b_llshit plus if u some how perform a miracle and win which u have more chance of seeing jesus rise again u have to wait days to get your win because they hold it incase u want to keep playing then they process it then deposit it to u

Scam Online Casino Alert. I had the pure misfortune finding these scam artists. I could deposit ok,but when it comes to withdrawal,it’s a different story,they couldn’t send the few pound I had in my account back through my card which I deposited. So they said try bank transfer, done that. But still the same. It’s hard enough to try win something on the games. But these scammers has brought it to another level. This is thanks to Dana who is really great! Game selection is really good. The latest games don’t take long to be listed here. Payouts are typical for any online casino you win some you lose some. VIP club is great! Love the bonuses and I like that the levelling up bonus has only a 1x wagering requirement. Plenty of bonuses offered, though they come with the standard T&C like a wagering requirement, $5/bet limit and not all games are available if you have an active bonus. Only complaint is the limited number of live dealer games. Less than a handful of BJ tables and they’re often all full. Hopefully this improves at some point.

I have been playing here for close to 6ish years and the absolute pleasure of having DANA as my VIP manager since 2021. No complaints really I’ve been playing here for years. Recently won some money after not playing for about a year and had to reverify/update some documents. Surprisingly it was done and in my account within an hour or 2 which is great considering some other casinos make you wait a few days/weeks to do the same thing. Scam casino. Nothing but dead spins constantly. Played the same Lara Croft game for awhile with at least $1000 in deposits over a few months. Can count on 2 hands how many time free spins are triggered (with low payout) and bonus jackpot hasn’t triggered AT ALL. Jackpot totals have been maxed out for months. At a $1 bet highest jackpot is $3500 ( starts around $2000) and lowest is $75 (starts at $20). Jackpots build up to a max amount when wilds appear. They go up a $1 or so depending on wilds on screen. It took a long time to max them out and they have NEVER paid out. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Take your money elsewhereAlso don’t take any non-deposit bonuses. They have a max $75 withdrawal. So if you win $1000 and even play through the required amount, they still only give you $75 and tough luck on the rest
