One of the worst companies to play casino. As soon as I deposited the money they froze my account since 1 month back and have never refunded me the money , I am a vulnerable person who needed those funds still they dont return it back to me even when I have provided all the required documents as requested multiple times.Unacceptable fraud and scam website.

Never play PokerStars Casino people!!! This is the biggest scam ever!!! You will never win anything there. PokerStars Casino is created only to suck money from naive customers!!! I highly recommend not having anything to do with this establishment. Stay as far as you can!!!

Appalling. Signed up, deposited......wrong award made, site unplayable.Wouldn't allow withdrawal of deposit without wagering.....couldn't wager as account 'restricted'. No reason given.Suddenly able to withdraw ( after complaint).....no reason given. Useless bunch of sharks.Avoid.

Evil Company, just beware they are disingenuous and a horrible Company. They will take your money over and over again, find a fair poker Company, not these people. You will never win with these people because their algorithms are designed to take your money relentlessly. I’m a very successful poker player and they still rip you off.

Well I was hoping to put something positive here after the time I spend with pokerstars unfortunately casino is one of a many not letting you for any satisfying winnings. Very disappointed. This was my last deposit. Never play again! Don't let them WIN!!!!

Some things could be improved about this casino, or to be exact many... First of all, the design could be looking a bit more modern and bonuses a bit more generous. The CS is unreachable. How can I contact you according to my withdrawal?

Do not play. Played the Might of Ra for 4$ a spin and got 30$ for finally hitting the bonus.Played for 6$ a spin and got 46$ after hitting the top of the bonus with all the wilds. It's actually insane. Pokerstar doesn't publish the returns on that game it is obviously rigged. Impossible the return can be that low for bonus games after losing hundreds.I'm glad I recorded my games because it's actually unbelievable

Terrible casino, most decent casinos nowadays will not let you deposit until you have been verified but not these clowns, they let you deposit and then just as you start playing freeze your account so your funds are stuck with them as they take as long as they want to verify you...STAY CLEAR PEOPLE!!!!!!

You know a casino is a sketchy scam is when instead of doing their geo-location soon as you sign in, they choose to check it on your verrry first spin (ya know the spin that will calculate and determine your RTP, so it will hit when you've lost a certain amount...)! They're a complete scam and know what they're doing. Thats why they banned me and deleted my account when i confronted them about it!
