All round pretty bad experience and I won. Taken a long time to build up a balance, completed KYC months ago. They don’t run the games but if you win big they make it a long drawn out process. £2409 won on a horse. I withdraw and wait 2-3 days to be told May take a week, wait a week and told its being checked, wait a month and customer service just give me the run around and to be honest their attitude stinks. So 4 months on I get my money and first thing I’ve done is shut my account. They gave no explanation or details just agitated me throughout the process saying they need to check things. If I didn’t know better the company isn’t potentially liquid financially on a daily basis or has a very small customer base. That’s speculation but don’t got there unless your thinking of £1-2 bets in which case just throw it away as it’s dead spin central.

It’s a good site. Thr only complaint I have is that when a bonus is giving you have to x30 before you can with and there’s a limit on how much can be won. It seems a bit unfair to give a bonus with rules attached

The wager is larger on the same game on other sites. For example I play “who wants to be a millionaire “ and on the bet365 “who wants be millionaire “ game you can wager up to 10 euro per spin,. However on Quinn the maximum is 3. Also winnings show up before spin is completed which spoils the anticipation in some of Quinn’s games. Thank you

STAY AWAY worst site I have ever used customer service is terrible waiting a week to receive my €100 withdrawal despite me sending all information they requested and being told withdrawls take 24hrs and I my request to talk to a manager was denied by the person on the live chat who told me that she would not respond to me anymore. I made my first £20 deposit but there was no sign of the deposit bonus. It may be that I hadn’t yet activated it through play but truth is I never got chance because none of the games I tried worked on my phone….I just kept getting a blank screen. So I joined this site today and it was a very smooth process. As soon as I joined I contacted live help and chatted to Amy, who was really helpful. The reason I contacted them is I wanted to know how to verify my account as I couldn’t see an option to upload my documents. Amy was great and instructed me to send them over either via our chat session or to send them by email. i joined and i asked about my i.d, checks they told me it was done by the electro but i had a look at the rules and it says i need to provide photo i.d. which i told them before making a deposit i did not have any photo i.d. they told me it was okay i did not need that. but reading through the reviews i seen a response from quin bet and it said We feel this review in itself is a little unfair. We would have requested documents on several occasions before taking the step to suspend your account, and this did not affect your withdrawal – just your ability to place any more bets. We are required by the Gambling Commission to have certain documents on file for our customers as they reach different tier levels. This is part of our licensing agreements.QuinnBet so i contacted the gamblers commission and they told me that quin bet had to refund my deposits knowing i did not have any photo i.d. and that are there rules but quin bet has refused to do that

I was goin to leave a food review as I thought it was OK. But after recommending this site to about 6 friends. Who all play 1000s on gambling. And all of them could not get a feature over 10x. Seems very sketchy. And I would avoid. I actually broke even on here. And thought it was OK. But I also noticed the features were realy bad. Expecially on big bass. I had 4 features and all of them were 11 pound this is on 2 pound stake. Seems dodgy to me. The odds on getting that little. On a 2 pound stake 4 times. So wouldn’t recommend.
