Good experience with Amy on support and issue was resolved very quickly. Multiple withdrawals up to now all without a hitch. Site is a little laggy on iPhone but a lot of casinos sites are so it’s not exclusive to this one.

This company is not legit. Constantly trying to do customers out of there winnings. I had opened account on Friday evening and I went on a hot streak which is very unlike me!! Anyway between Friday Eve and sat eve quinnbet settled 3 of my bets wrong. After the first time I actually thought to myself God their customer service is excellent and dealt with in a positive manner. They had paid me €220 less and said it was rule 4 but it wasn’t and it was rectified. Second wrong pay out was very silly but still frustrating. I backed Armagh -3 @10/11. I put on €110 to win €100 but was paid back €209.99… the cent is only a cent but like I said frustrating. Finally my last bet was a horse racing bet. I had €75 ew on a horse at 16/1. The horse drifted out to 50/1 and was second. When it came to the pay out I was told that best price guaranteed was only up to €150. Short changed €360. They are a very small bookmakers and I wouldnt like to fluke a lucky 15 or something cause you would never be paid. Dodge this site at all costs, trust me. I have closed account and joined boylesports.

Seems to be another company not honouring signup promotions and giving invalid excuses when you raise this with their support team. I did expect more from Quinnbet but even after reaching out and asking for more information all responses were vague and what I think is an attempt not to pay out for promotions.

Signed up and deposited won £5000 roughly. Now account is suspended and they sent to contacting me to sort it even though I received and email saying they would. Was told to verify my documents and chat just say it’s with the verifications team so they can do anything! This should be instant. I would avoid as they are clearly just hard work.
