Great customer service from QuinnBet and here is my story: requested to withdraw £155 and it turned out that my bank rejected this request (had the same issue with some other bookies as well). QuinnBet is the only one that responded quickly and offered alternative methods. Samantha W from QuinnBet support team is amazing - I got my winnings paid into another bank card within 24 hours. Takes ages for withdrawal to come back in my account. All the other betting sites I get my withdrawal the same day or next.

Won around 800 pound within 2 days withdrew 15 pound THEN instantly asked for documents, once i was verified again, i withdrew my whole balance then asked for documents AGAIN the day after and now been waiting for a whole week for them to verify me. Signed into my account to a page saying “free bet in account”. No sign of it. Apparently it was “invite only” - fair enough but doesn’t explain how I was able to see the page! Refused to honour and refused to escalate complaint. Live chat advisor simply ignored me.

My wife opened account . With my help she backed about 8 or 9 consecutive horse losers . After losing approximately 300 pounds . Then was not allowed to place 5 pound s or more on any horse any day . They added a deposit limit and a stake restriction within a day or two because i was winning. Not only that the team support lied to me when i asked if i could add another card to my account.
