Two transactions haven’t gone into my account even though it says on my account they’ve gone through to my account , no money has gone in and my bank has nothing pending !! Given me an ARN number for each transaction to give to my bank! Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Stay well clear of these absolute frauds. Got my account up to 2400 after they gave me a 5 euro free casino bet. Paid me out 100 won’t give me anymore absolute joke of a site lads. Right I’ve never had an issue until now. I’ve spent an absolute fortune on here , and I mean alot. I withdrew, fine l, I withdrew again then now they aren’t paying me , asking me for different forms of identification that I haven’t got , I’m disabled, I’ve never needed photo I’d as I don’t go anywhere,I’ve stayed I have bank card that I use for deposits, I have letters with my name and address on and I can also provide a bank statement with my address and name on , but to withhold my winnings is wrong ,its 300 pound. This is my second review of Quinn and I can honestly say they are by far the best site I’ve used! Communication is great, games are really good and rtp! Football selection is excellent. Placed a bet then found out no BEST ODDS GURANTEED on this single bet. Found out the BOG times had changed to 10 am far too late for me. That is fair enough it’s Quinnbet’s choice to do this. I closed my account them on 30/3/2024 and it is now 7/5/2024 which I think is reasonable enough time for my closing balance to be settled. As yet nothing from Quinnbet has been paid into my account. I have been very naive in thinking this is a fair and honest company. They quite for to pay in to keep my balance strange how it is difficult to work it the other way and pay me some. Have to put it down to one of life’s experiences but it certainly wouldn’t make me want to go back and use Quinnbet in the future. Sorry but that’s how it is.

Such as you would expect this smaller gaming site offers worse odds than most, there is a BOG offer after 10am worth remembering. The casino makes a barbed wire fence look straight, you will lose and the gaming experience is dreadful. Overall the sports side isn’t too bad but the site is run by greedy parasites who are woefully short on moral fibre.

Been fighting to get my account reopened for weeks. They are hiding behind term 15.8 of their T&Cs that claim they can close any account. Given my record, I can only work out that it was because I had more withdrawals than deposits and they are closing accounts of those who win. Not the best look, in all honesty.
