Quinnbet Review

MORE KYC CHECKS ONLY AFTER WITHDRAWING. Won a decent odds bet, so my account was nicely in profit and evens so I had already completed identity checks on the setting up of the account. They did not complete the withdraw. All paperwork sent and no email responses. Contacted solicitor who advised me to go to small claims court. Think this company is a small fry and won’t last long.

FRAUD THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAYOUT. all fine until you win. Then will not pay out your winnings. Asked for ID and bank statement and proof of earnings all after I had a few winners, all I may add were supplied before and supplied again and still won’t pay out. I am contacting my solicitor and asked him to pursue this. QUINNBET are fraudulent in there advertising, they are fraudulent in there withdrawing process and are damn right ignorant in there chat and email contacting and as for a phone number forget.DO NOT USE unless you like giving money away.

Played your slots over a 100 times and every occasion I was set up to lose every spin! Your programmers were giving me over 100 spins plus without a win every time I played!No game time just losing spins! Unfortunately they constantly push casino based products on you without permission or request, then when you want to place a £2.50 each way horse bet they would request a copy of your family tree along with each member of your family’s account balance and what you time you eat your meals each day.

WORST BOOKMAKER EVER. All fine until I tried to withdraw , wanted id, id with selfie , bill, bank statement . All supplied although the bank, bill and id had previously been supplied on the original setup. Once I sent these they wanted more and another bank statement and my p60. These are all just stalling tatics and according to the gambling commission should be asked when setting up an account and not at withdraw point. They now not even answering emails. So now it really begins I am contacting ibas regarding this, then a solicitor. DONT LET QUINNBET rob you of your money. Take them to court but don’t let the get away with stealing your money. I will not stop until they pay me what I am owed.

Avoid at all cost, scam company. Deposited money, they asked for all KYC which was sent, banned my account and kept the money deposited. Currently having to contact my bank to try get money back and they’re customer support is completely ignoring all emails, there isn’t even a phone number to contact them either.

Decent enough site. Has everything I need except a poker client. Wouldn’t mind being able to play poker on there. Slots seem fair, unlike most places I’ve played. The withdrawal process is not exactly consumer focused.You have to do a 2 step withdrawal and try to remember what you deposited initially. Which in my case was £200.00 I had made £7.39 profit , yet couldnt withdraw it because there is a minimum £10.00 . I ended up having to withdraw £200 , then bet the £7.39 to try and win an amount that would > £10.00 but LOST it! Not big figures here, but its the principal that sucks . I would have been happier being able to withdraw £207.39!

I so wanted to casino to be honest and fair but yet again another site that takes, takes, takes and gives little to nothing back. I’m losing hundreds a day playing this site, I play the same few slots and all I get is hundreds of dead spins, 10 plus bonus and 9 of them pay 0x while 1 pays 3 pound. Settling a golf bet in the pebble beach golf tournament – i backed on the friday and my guy Aberg was second. However last round was not played. Paddy power gave a free bet of amount bet to the top5 as that was there each way. Just peed off – Quinn did nothing similar so i have left your site for 6 weeks if not more

Rated in January as 5 star for customer service but return after the honeymoon period has to be a 1 star. Had a couple of reasonable wins in the 1st week and a half and hardly anything since. Always play Mega Moolah game and got on big wheel a few times in the honeymoon period but not a sniff now for awhile. Pretty much like all sites. Only just over £400 down since joining January 8th. Glad I set a £20 per day limit. That’s life…
