Joined around 2 weeks ago account verified straight away without messing about sending documents. £350 up overall and withdrawals generally take a few hours sometimes longer if requesting after a certain time, always within 24 hours. Sports have good offers with winning bets and casino has a good variety of games to play with the live stuff aswell. Only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because your balance updates before a game has finished which shows whether you have won or lost. I don’t particularly like this but overall positive experience and would continue using.

I would have gave 0 if there was an option. I was allowed to make numerous deposits over two month period and account was verified. Following a withdrawal they requested documents withholding my withdrawal. The verification team are not responding and as I have self excluded this money should be paid without verification per gambling commission terms. I have opened a resolver and reported the company. Reading all the reviews this Is a usual occurnace and they are not following section 17 guidelines from gambling commission to delay payout. I will be taking legal action if this is not refunded today

Shameful customer service.Namely Ryan Kearney in their KYC/AML team.They hold your money & create hurdles to make it more difficult, it’s like dealing with petulant children. Ryan asked for a full bank statement then queried money transfers from my friends as if I was applying for a mortgage.He shouldn’t be in a position with this responsibility.Asked multiple times to raise a complaint to his superiors but he still hasn’t done it, been over a week now.It’s also quite clear they write their own 5* reviews here to counter all the bad ones that are genuine.

Some Issue with accepting revolut deposits. Supposed to be fix, ongoing 10 days now. Before this a good experience. Unable to deposit because of this, After 8 days I asked for a gesture or a credit because I had bets I wanted to place and they refused. Blaming my bank and offering no resolution. Very poor service.

UPDATE - This morning I woke up to an email asking me to send driving licence and bank card. I had already done this the day before. I sent them. They replied saying the driving licence was a screenshot and needed to be taken then. I used my phone camera and took it there and then: kept telling me was screenshot. So I then took a video of myself stating this is not screenshots and done using camera and shown my driving licence. Next email - we have verified account and processed winnings. Checked bank and my £2000 was there: Still put off by using this casino again due to feeling like they’ll start requesting proof of income, pay slips, bank statements etc. As I was fully verified prior to the withdraw but didn’t stop them asking for more. I just joined today. I verified my account on the live chat before I even made a first deposit. Was told it’s fully verified and no further documents requested. So I’ve deposited - it took a while to get any bonus’s but withdrawn over £2000. Seen many of bad reviews about withdraws. But I’ve also read all the good ones. They are all currently pending and have been for around 4-5 hours. I’ll change to 5 stars if I get my withdraws no problems. If so - could be my new favourite casino!

All docs have already been provided but still won’t authorise my withdrawal.Stay away SCAM alertUpdate : Asked for payslips / bank statements. Provided them all the docs. The WORST ever betting side i have had the misfortune of trying. Thought id give it a go and get the free bets - what a fool i was. I am NOT a fake reviewer. I am NOT connected to Quinn et in anyway. However they deserve 5 stars for the extremely efficient and communicative way they dealt with me. I am a new user, I recently deposited circa 1600 pounds but won a total of 2500. On my first withdrawal where I took it out they sent me a clear email with the 2 pieces of ID they needed. I could send it to them by email without needing to upload on some annoying system. I have just checked my bank and the 2500, my first withdrawal has been paid within 10 hours of making it and within about 2 hours of them receiving my i.d. I have used MANY other sites over the years. This is one of the most efficient I have ever dealt with. Well done

Please please please do not use this site. Take the positive reviews with a pinch of salt. Placed a bet of £12 on a 1/12 to round up the funds in my account and got paid out...... £12.96. If they are shaving 4p off winning bets of a quid who knows what else they are doing.The replies I received when I queried it were obviously made by someone based outside this country with a very broken English tone and littered with errors.GIVE THEM A VERY VERY wide berth.

So i played a live casino game i placed a £4.50 bet and my balance was £17.50 i then won £36 from the bet my bslance dropped to £1.20 and then went upto 32.70 i question it and they said i recieved my winnings. My balance should of gone upto 53.50, they say they dont owe me any money. Disgusting stealing from people

Good afternoon...my case. More than 3 weeks ago I started to play on the QuinnBet site. I made a deposit of £300 and generated a total of £819 (£519 profit). Then I decide to withdraw them and they stop my money while I send some documentation....so far ok. Then I think about making another deposit of 300 pounds while they process the withdrawal...but to my surprise .... they take the money and don't let me make any kind of movement (if you're not going to let me bet...don't let me make the deposit...that's my opinion). The thing is that they tell me that they suspend my account until they verify all the data.... I start to send them everything they ask for (let's not forget that I have to justify 300 + 300 that were my deposits). I send payslip, photo of my LLoyds card, Spanish ID, a selfie with my Spanish ID, LLoyds bank statement. After a few days they tell me that I have to send them the Revolut bank statement because they see that there are funds going from Revolut to Lloyds ..... and I explain .... I have an account in Spain as is normal as I am a Spanish savings account that I had until I came to the UK and I use it to transfer money between accounts in case I go on holiday to Spain or make other purchases. Then they start to give me a long delay (they even take 10 days to answer me) .... I tell them that I have more than justified 600 pounds with my payslip (around 460 pounds per week). They say that it is no good for them and they refer to article 2.7.1.3 which says: - 2.7.1.3 where we have reasonable grounds to believe you may have engaged in an illegal activity or Prohibited Activity (as set out in more detail in clause 13) which would entitle us to withhold funds in accordance with these terms and conditions and clause 15, and in all these cases you acknowledge and understand that, we ultimately have the right (depending on the particular circumstances) to void any affected transactions, withhold attributable winnings and (in the case of Prohibited Activities) suspend/close your Account with us, and make appropriate disclosures to the police and other relevant authorities. I reply that if this is a joke...that I have more than proved my income to justify 2 deposits of £300 (as if we were talking about £10,000). Logically I have told them that I was going to google them and put reviews explaining this so that nobody goes through this type of process and that I was going to try to remove customers because they are not a reliable company. I don’t know why this site hasn’t got 5 stars. I have used every site thats out there, and hugely critical of most of them. Quinn bet is so easy to navigate around, picking football ackas is made very easy. Withdrawals are processed in quick time, have excellent promotions on winning football ackas, and fast customer service. I literally couldn’t ask for more. Keep up the good work!

Account now closed and winning bets void. Surprise surprise, scamming company avoid at all costs. I have had to now open up a case to try and retrieve my winning. Simply unbelievable. We aren’t talking big money here either it would be £210 profit. Please do not use this company it looked great until I tried to withdraw then the problems started.

ID sent, bank card and pdf of my bank statement also sent (I have no idea why) but still no further forward.. I would encourage people to stay well clear of this site as it seems very disingenuous.. also no contact number to talk to customer service directly. 🚩

Really poor communication.. let me deposit 4 times then when I won and want to withdraw they sent me an email to verify my account.. which is fine but 4 deposits in seems strange that they only ask for verification when you want to withdraw. I withdrew on Monday and it’s now Friday and the money still isn’t in my account passport was sent a picture of me hold the passport was sent the bank card I used for the transactions and the also requested an unredacted bank statement which I wholeheartedly disagreed with as they have no need to see my spendings per month.. I am awaiting feedback on the ID documents and I have asked for an update twice today already with have been ignored.. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.. even other company’s pay you out while you verify your account this company doesn’t which is annoying so I don’t know how long this will take but I would highly doubt I’ll use them again after this
