AVOID they will do anything in their power to avoid paying out once you win a certain amount meaning more than you deposited once this happens they close account and force you to send everything you have… i have never experienced this with any other casino company ive used ever!! Use a better site i wish i never came across this , If you win more than you deposit…you will not get your winnings you will just get your deposit back but thats only if you complain that you haven’t received your winnings

Read all the positive reviews. You’d be forgiven for thinking they were written by the same person/company lol. Quinn bet stole my money without explanation and when you give a negative review they tell you to reach out to them via email. What they don’t tell you is they won’t reply and as they suspend your account you are unable to use live chat to ask for an explanation.

I am only interested in horseracing and it easy to navigate the website and place a bet. I would say however that QuinnBet are much better suited to smaller staking punters, as I find restrictions on the bets that I wish to place. I have no complaint though and sometimes accept their terms.

Deposited money on Monday (approx £1000) had some winners and withdrew £2500. Got an email to verify account – submitted passport and bank statement. Further email to say account fully verified and funds were being processed. On that basis I deposited more money whilst the withdrawal was being processed. Got a further email on Wednesday morning saying they require more documents. All were submitted. No communication since. Withdrawls still show as pending. Live chat has banned me and blocked me for asking for an update. Verification team do not reply to emails. One of the worst customer experiences I have had to face. UpdateQuinnbet used their standard reply about kyc on trustpilot. It said to reach out to the support team for further help, this is the same support team who have not replied to 6 emails since Tuesday. Do not use this company.

I deposited plenty of money but never made above £80, the slots tend to keep your wins low and after reading the withdrawal reviews I will close my account as its not fair when they deliberately mess about when it comes to paying out. Why is all ID not sorted out first before u can deposit, that would be fair, otherwise its a waste of time .
