Without a doubt the worst casino company on the market. Sports odds are shocking, no promos, tried the casino and literally got returned less than £1 from £20. These need to be investigated and shut down just so bad.

STAY AWAY. I opened an account 2 days ago and deposited £50. I withdrew £600. No issues. Then next say I deposited £800 an tried to withdraw £2074 winnings. I got an email from their verification team asking for docs. (I’d already given them ID prior to opening) I sent them docs and they said as the card used to deposit was my partners they would not pay the winnings. It’s in their t&c’s. I asked if I had lost the £850 would they have given that back? Of course not. I’ve raise a complaint and will be making a complaint to the gambling commission and making noise all over social media as they can’t get away with this.

Having spent months depositing and betting through quinnbet they suspended my account after winning £650 from a £50 bet and me trying to withdraw £500 of those winnings. I was asked to verify myself by submitting bank statement, wage slip and answering questions about my finances and bank statement. All of which I have complied with, only to still be waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. What is even more frustrating about the process is the communication. It takes 24hrs+ to receive one email even if you give a quick reply. I have been waiting 4 days now after verification only to be suspended. I understand they probably hear this all the time but I have no choice to seek advice on my next steps and writing to my MP (although I know they don’t care either) It’s a shame because it’s by far the best ‘in play’ betting site and I never thought I would win a good amount but when I did I also thought that they wouldn’t try and keep my winnings. I see many good reviews but the bad reviews seem to be a similar story to mine. If you win a good amount don’t expect paid to you- I’m still waiting anyway. I will update this post accordingly. Either with advice that I get or with an outcome from quinnbet. Hopefully my review helps others.

Avoid it!! Verification team is useless!! They answer 1 email every 24-48 hours, and when they answer, they ask more evidence!! Also in the 1st £500+ NO WINNINGS!!!Definitely the worst casino I played!!!

Avoid this company very good at taking deposits but love holding on to any winnings sent in several documents to prove who I am over 4 days ago but still no refunds. Contacted the customer services who just kept responding the correct dept will be in touch via email but then they don’t respond to the emails sent.

Exactly the same as everyone else. Refusal to pay out even after 7 documents have been sent. Ignore emails when they can’t make you jump through anymore hoops.Avoid at all costs. All you’ll get is “We are verifying your documents and will be in touch” 3 days to verify some documents? Have a day off.Avoid at all coats. They’ll take your deposits for months then if you win you better be prepared to jump through hoops to get that money ..or don’t get it as it is for me.

Their promotions are some of the most misleading out there, they always find a way of wording them that makes them sound a lot better than they are, in reality they offer some of the absolute worst promotions. Look at any of the email marketing promotions that they send out and you’ll see exactly what I mean. Most of their competitors word their promotions very straightforward forward, but not quinnbet.

Trust me fellow Gamblers …..don’t join.They do there best to not pay out + they don’t Accept Revolute as a proof of bank statement to verify your address. My salary goes into my Revolute account so it’s 100% a bank but they don’t accept it. I asked could I send them a tax revenue letter as proof of address and even that wouldn’t be accepted. Very unfair service. I used the bonus bet on the casino games. My bonus balance is was 90 euro. After 1 hour the game is ruled out for some reason, and said try again later. I tried later few times, can’t used. Today I seen my bonus balance is cancelled. I talk with the customer service and was not helpful and unfair.

My daughter unfortunately managed to add her card on my husband’s account. The bank account belongs to a minor, the funds belong to a minor. Quinnbet have refused to respond or deal with this at all. This is totally against UK legislation according to section 58 they must void and refund all monies to the child. Also their own terms and conditions they are breaking as it states this in 2.4 Refund my daughters money!!!

They do not run sufficient KYC checks I’m not sure on the total but my daughter who was 14 at the time managed to deposit 1000’s from her savings on to my account. If proper checks was made this would of been avoided. Quinn Bet are refusing to deal with this. Quinn Bet keep trying to block me.Quinn Bet won’t follow UK legislation and returning the minors funds which is against the law!!! This will be going further and reported.

I have been with quinnbet for months. Recently I won 750 and now the company will not payout unless I send verification documents which I don’t have. It’s convenient they have accepted my deposits for months and now that I win they do not pay out, how convenient. Avoid these conmen. I hope the CEO of this company sees this review and does the right thing. I will no longer be using this scam company again

No issues here really, not had much luck to be fair but i’m not going to leave a 1 star review and shout with my Caps Lock on because when i deposit i expect to lose & i know the house has the edge. They have a good amount of daily and weekly bonuses , my only real issue is i find the site very slow & often after 50 or 100 spins on a slot i find the slot starts to lag to the point where i have to reload . Could be my browser but it happens to a friend aswell who agrees the site is a bit laggy. Overall though casino i enjoy playing at 🙂

Avoid like the plague they are a nightmare. I probably put a lot of this down to the customer service who are incredibly fake now. This is not a stereotype because they’re Irish they must be because my wife was Irish I don’t know who they’re employing, but it’s school leavers spring to mind, but anyway they try to withhold your money while you send them information about your banking statements et cetera and they keep writing back asking for further information. I don’t know if this is a scam for them to get information out of you, so they can rob your account, but I rang all the authorities Until I contacted my bank and my bank said don’t worry we’ll get your money back from them soon as I pointed that out to them. They released the money otherwise they wouldn’t have done I would avoid all companies who don’t have a telephone number. There are many good bookmakers out there that you can ring up. You might not agree with things, but at least you can speak to them and discuss it.

Have always found advisors pleasant. Asked for verification on opening account and no problems with that. Just been asked for more documents but understand they have to do this once you hit certain limits. So far no problems but will update if anything changes.
