It’s actually been so far so good on here until this morning. As I’m having my morning coffee I like to pick a horse out of the foreign meetings and just have a small dabble….. I did it this morning on a horse called Hakkai Maru. As usual when I do this, I made my bet and went to get ready for work. I got ready and set off… as I got on the bus I checked the result on another site. Hakkai Maru- 1st GET IN!!! Go to my Quinn bet to check my account and it’s empty. Check my recent bets and apparently I had bet on number 6 instead of Hakkai Maru which was number 2!!!!!! Mistaking a similar name is common but they are nothing at all alike! They are on opposite sides of the race card and I would of actually had to scroll down 3 scrolls just to be able to see the number 6!!!!!! I haven’t heard back from them yet but I’ve made it clear how furious I am. Mainly because I know full well what kind of reply I am going to get!!!! I told your chat staff, I will not let this drop!!!!!!! I bet on the winner!!!! Hakkai MaruSummer (something, I don’t even know the name of the horse I apparently bet on!!!) Number 2 Number 6. I HAVE NOT!!!! Made a mistake in which one I bet on! I checked my betslip 3 times before I placed the bet. It’s had it originally because it was 2nd fav and I like 2nd favs.I checked the race description on another site and Hakkai Maru was the only one worth betting on.I went back to Quinnbet and placed £10 on Hakkai Maru. When I go back to the history, I am on a complete different horse, which I don’t know the name of and was half way down the race card!!!!! DO NOT EVER CHANGE MY BET!I completed my responsibility THREE TIMES before I placed my bet!!!!!!! I made 100% sure that my betting slip had the correct selection THREE TIMES!!!!!!!

Site is a joke i deposited 90 on my debit card and 1 10 pounds deposit on a paysafecard voucher no luck deposited again via my visa won 1100 went down to 860 tried to withdraw the funds message said due to there own money laundering only casino ive seen do it the 20 years and 50 odd sites ive played on says to clear net deposits had to make another 69.70 transaction with my card i did so made Another 70 deposit still wouldn't let me withdraw the money i fairly won taking this all the way scammers not getting away with it every site in the land pay winnings back to your last deposit method you use on the site STAY CLEAR

Shocking signed up via the 50% intro offer, advert says 50% of losing bets on 1st day, but the small print which is not visible on the advertisement, is very convoluted, designed not pay you more than a fiver. Told them to keep the fiver and come the account charlatans.

Annoying and unreliable. I bet 500 euro on roulette. I picked that it would be an odd number. Number 17 came up, which is an odd number. However, the winnings weren't added to my account and my initial bet wasn't refunded. I contacted the customer support chat, and they were just like "well, I checked the game history, and it looks like you have no winnings on that game." I said that's impossible because 17 is an odd number, and they just kept insisting that I didn't actually win. So that's my experience, robbed of my 500 bet, and the 500 winnings.

Having been concerned by the length of time my withdrawal was taking I contacted customer services who were very robotic with their answers. ‘Withdrawals can take up to 24rs’ ‘it’s with the withdrawal team’ etc. Surprise surprise I never received my withdrawal and they are now trying the old ‘verification checks’ excuse. Unfortunately for Quinnbet I’ve seen this time and time again with the disreputable Gambling operators and know how to deal with it. I can almost recite the LCCP verbatim and the people working for these corrupt companies can barely spell their name. An easy win for me with interest added. If you don’t want the hassle though, don’t bother.

Another website full of 5 star invited reviews. None of them actually tell you what is so great. You can't vote 5 stars and put 'its really great'. No way are these reviews from people who have just decided to join the lavish praise on them. What do they get in return??The odds are ridiculously poor, another one that doesn't appear on oddschecker and you can see why. 4/7 on football games that are 8/11 elsewhere. No value hereI happen to notice the quinnbet replies on here seem to have an attitude to them as if they don't like criticism. The person seems to take it personally, it's not your company you're just customer service, that's all. Get over yourself

Avoid at all costs. This site started off ok ,with quick ID check and allows you to deposit. A few wins and then few losses in casino which is expected ( its called gambling for a reason ). Then after depositing nearly £3000 last week and no withdrawal ( My winnings from another site ) , froze my account and requested that I send bank statements, wage slips etc. I have no proplem in doing as its the rules for the UKGC, everything was sent as requested and answered there questions that they also asked. I have nothing to hide and therfore dont see an issue. After several emails I get a simple email with no explanation , saying closed my account due to responsible gambling. I had credit on the account , free spins to play and due £290 back in there cashback promotion. I have responded to thier email and waiting for a response , I will update this if I recieve the response. But until then please avoid this site and company and my complaint will remain on hold to the UKGC.
