So here I am again, asking Quibett to return the £10 I deposited in my account before closure. Quinbett seem to believe theft is ok, it is not!!. If you note the replies provided by Quinbett each one is the same on a particular query. Look at the issues with regard to the KYC process as referenced by them in their response to ID verification. So once again 1 Star. Quinbett just return my £10.

Avoid QuinnBet!!!I have £477 pending to be withdrawn since 11th December, it’s 16th December and still pending. They ask for my documents straight away and I provided to them straight away. Since then I have heard nothing. I ask support and then keep saying it’s queue and will be processed and they cannot communicate with the documents team. Yet they are the same support people who sent the emails requesting my documents, so what… cannot communicate both ends?I ask them because I don’t know why it’s taking long and all I want is an update. What happens if someone has forgot about it? If I haven’t got my withdrawal yet, does that mean those before me hasn’t got theirs?And then this stupid response from support”I am sorry you feel that way but advised, it is in the queue with the team to be reviewed and you will be responded to in due course Please accept this as my final response”I mean what a crap response. Why can’t somebody drop a simple email saying apologies it’s taking so long but we are still looking into it? Not hard and I know at least someone is looking into it. Not this blanket statement and forceful rejection.Avoid them, so rubbish! 10 secs to get by deposit 6 days and counting to get my money. I had seen the Quinbet reply to my previous review and I added in this response “I would like to understand why the regulatory requirements ask that detail of cards not to be used are required to be passed over to the bookmaker? It seems Quinbet are using the lack of clarity around the regulatory requirements to suit their own aims. As an addition I deposited £10 on the card (before closure of my account) I was to use going forward and as of yet this has not been returned to my bank account. You will see that I previously gave Quinbet a 5 star rating and therefore my opinions are justified based on the Facts”No response as yet from Quinbet on either the misuse of the regulatory requirement or more importantly the return of my £10 so again for a BONKERS approach to regulatory requirements and once again the failure to return my £10 deposit it is a one star rating.

Despite being a member for two years, numerous transactions and also completely verified, the minute I’ve won some money and went to withdraw it, I’ve had to re-verify my account by sending on my bank card details which I did. They told me you will know in due course which is BS. Customer service is atrocious and throw business jargon at you to avoid taking accountability. They are quick enough to accept your deposits but when you withdraw they will make the process difficult and delay as much as they can. And I will probably never receive it. Avoid at all costs. Seriously.
