**Painful Customer Service:** Their customer support is slow and unhelpful, seldom providing clear responses. I feel they are creating delays intentionally to avoid processing my withdrawal.Quinnbet’s handling of my account and funds has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have held my £6,000 withdrawal and £320 in my account for ages, with endless requests for verification documents despite multiple submissions. Their service is frustrating and unacceptable. A single star is too generous for such a poor experience. Avoid Quinnbet at all costs.

I wrote an honest review about how they attempted to steal my money for no good reason and Quinnbet reply asking to email them for an answer but when you do they never answer the emails, so come on Quinnbet, don’t be shy, come on here and explain that without IBASs intervention you would have stolen my £2000. Please don’t be taken in by the fake 5 star reviews on here. This company is rogue.

People please don’t use this one!!I got lucky and won 1700 on slots and withdrew the money…..But after 2 days money are still pending and I have to send them lot of documents and still no answer….it’s absolutely frustrating as I spend 1000£ to win this 1700 and I can’t have it!!! They simply block me!!!I will call financial ombudsman and will see if they can help me and send you an update….wish me luck please!!!

I don’t know why but the slots n live roulette I wanted to play failed to load.. After making £10 deposit i tried about 10 different tables and 3 or 4 slots, each time nothing happens just get a black screen.. so obviously a very frustrating experience… However…. obviously as I can’t play I withdrew my £10 deposit, i was nicely surprised to find it was in my account well within 2hrs..

Got to say I was a little sceptical about QuinnBet when reading reviews, especially in terms of withdrawals. However, my fears were unfounded. Opened an account last week and won a fair amount of money yesterday, hit the withdraw on three occasions and the money has landed in my account in less than 12 hours. Fair play!

My account was suspended with an additional £320 trapped inside. They repeatedly asked for the same verification documents, providing no resolution despite my compliance. Customer service has been outright useless and unclear. As it stands, I highly advise against using QuinnBet due to these frustrating and unresolved financial issues.

I find it hard to locate racing and football as the band you use to scroll down at the side of the page is very narrow.. also finding a country is difficult as you have scroll so many matches to get to one you are looking for, many thanks MR b c shields

Absolutely shocking experience with withdrawals/verification and the customer care team in general.I tried to withdraw a total of £900 a week ago and despite previously sending verification documents over was asked for more which I sent straight over however despite numerous emails to support and complaints and there has been no response from anyone.The live chat has been nothing short of a disgrace either totally disregarding my concerns and refusing to give me any timescales or offering any further help, it’s very disappointing given I’ve had no problems withdrawing or depositing in the past.There needs to be a much greater emphasis on transparency to the customer so that they can be informed of timelines and guidelines when uploading documents and told when they will receive there funds. Your customers are open and transparent with you and provide all the information required and we should expect the same back

Was winning on slots, withdrew a fair amount. Then asked me for bank statements, payslips. Even asked about transactions on my bank statements, deposits from my husband and daughter. Asked what they were for. Told them the reasons. Now they have closed my account.
