Allowed me to place a 6 fold bet this evening then 10 mins in 1 selection goes void when i have checked the match played yesterday so i should never have been able to place it and it shouldnt of been displayed on site go into live help by the time ive got past the bot and speak to some one there said we will void the full bet for you it voided for a few seconds then came back on now how conveniently no one available in chat talk about a drastic service daylight robbery

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. 1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. I work in the industry and can say in 10 years in the business, I have never seen a company where customers just lose and aren’t given a game as much as you do with this site. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says “oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because that’s not the case at all. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

Everything available in the sports section, great selection of casino games and friendly staff, kudos to Ciara for delivering excellent customer service. However, the reason I am giving 4 stars is none of the roulette games operated correctly on the mobile site (I tried 3 browsers and had the same issues) and in general the UI of the website can be a bit laggy. But overall, it's a thumbs up 👍🏼
