Still waiting on them providing me details of their complaints procedure. As I’ve made genuine complaint (failure to award earned bonuses, and breaking the t&cs of said bonuses), following which they have not dealt with the complaint… yet they closed my account.

please use quinnbet…. if you want poor customer relations, if you want no answer to genuine complaints, if you want a bookmaker who fails to pay out bonuses, who breaks their own rules, and U.K. law.
They’re the bookie for you.

if they were interested in how much people could afford to gamble…. they could simply pause deposits, except they allow you to gamble £££££s before asking for proof of income, then ban you without notic, even when due bonuses etc, this saving on the bonuses.

Very unprofessional gambling site. I had been playing for a few weeks and dont get me wrong I love the games, and was pretty successful….. as usual the more you win the more you bet…… I got a bonus of 50 pound, I used it wisely and within 3 days I accumulated over 2 grand and met my wagering requirements, well could I cash out….. not a hope in hell, I got every excuse under the sun, and was offered a pity 100 pound as a good will gesture. ive emailed in regards my husband opened a quinn bet account in my name and used my card without me knowing, he suffers from mental heath issues, you done no id check for him to prove who he was, this has left me with ever growing financial difficulty and its play on my health and well being. i am my my husbands full time carer, as a gesture of goodwill i asking for a full refund of all losses.

I can’t fault the site in total I had deposited £80 before a few wins dropped in and I withdrew £1050 I looked at reviews and thought oh maybe I won’t see this cash without having to jump through impossible hoops but a simple email to verify my identity was all that was needed from clicking withdraw to the money actually being in my bank was less than three days it was a nice little boost just before Christmas

If your lonely and want to be constantly contacted this is the company for you. Despite losing but not big amounts you have e mails, telephone calls constantly asking you whether your happy with your gambling. Then despite giving them all the ID under the sun they want your life story even though your clearly not a problem gambler or money laundering. Unless you give them bank statements, P60'S your threatened with closure. I've never had this before or with my other accounts. Now the betting….slots don't pay out much, the specials aren't well special and the prices are uncompetitive to say the least. Are one of these little companies that will suddenly fold under a cloud. BEWARE.

Surprised nobody has mentioned the quarter back every monday. Also anytime I had a query by email I had a response quickly. Some of these negative comments seem to crop up on all reviews. All I can say is I switched to quinn bet and am staying as long as daily free bet and weekly quarter back is in operation. 2 other big Irish firms would not even give me a fiver a month free. Try them and judge for yourself.

I can only speak about my experiences with QuinnBet and to be fair they have been first rate. I have gambled online with EVER bookie for YEARS and have experienced problems with delays, ID, capped on withdrawal amount etc but with QuinnBet no issues. I was up €1000s and started to make wtds 3k here , 7k there etc. within 24hrs money was in my bank account , no extra ID required or questions asked. I had provided the usual photo, address and card ID months ago. Also, I noted someone said the casino never pays out big, again my experience not so . I won 1000s on one game multiple times. I had my account closed,because i missed a phone call from a gobby man,who claims he issues the licence……that is what the emails say🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. I had no issues until this idiot tried to call me,at which point they just closed my account. With these,its a two step phase as the ukgc oversee,little,corrupt licencing companies,who in turn issues quinnbet a licence…..how do i know?…….(my former employer). So yes,the offers were great,but they let this little corrupt company dictate to them,when they shouldnt!!. So my account was closed for the stupid reason of i missed a call. Awfull experience, with Quinn bet for 3 years. No drama all good. Then once I was on a amazing run of form they suspended my account to see if I was in control of my gambling…even thou that week I deposited £50 and withdrew £3000. Funny they never stopped when I was ALWAYS loosing. Then when I said yes I was in control then then said they needed loads of proof of ID…which they dragged out for 10 days by saying this I needed different ID …please note if you have any questions for Quinn bet they take minimum 48 hours to get back to you. Further more they don’t even have live chat…that only a bot….so Quinn bet is amazing and long as you are losing but staggering disgraceful if your on a winning streak….conveniently I was never once asked any of these questions all the years and many losing bets I don’t…another company that if you look at the history of the Quinn group they are very dodgy. The last guy that run Quinn group ( Sean Quinn) got convicted of fraud and send to jail . I feel they are just as dodgy

Been with quinnbet a few years now and apart from some slight technical issues, such as already mentioned,the balances updating before the game plays out and the errors appearing on games during play, i have to say i have no issues with customer service, withdrawal situation is lightning fast compared to how it was in the beginning, and the fact that you can no longer cancel withdrawals is great

WOULD BE A ZERO STAR!!!! Please listen to the negative reviews… I am not bitter or a customer who lost money. I opened an account, deposited my money and had a bit of luck with the horses. I was then informed my account is temporarily closed. I was then informed to supply ID of which I did. I was then told I had previously self excluded, I had never played in there site before, if this was the case I should not of been able to join and deposit. They were happy taking the money when the horses lost but when I won they stopped my account. They are not paying the money I won and apparently going to call me as they have offered to re open my account but I do not get my winnings. They are criminals and are not governed by UK gambling so they can do what they like. I will not stop getting the word out there as thieves go to prison and this company are just that!!!!! I know they are going to push the blame when they answer this post, so I will get there first. Played a few times on several slots, to say the games are rigged is a understatement. Literally the worst outcome all the time. Lost £250 on stakes no more than a £1 mainly 60p. Honest review

So deposited yesterday was abit unsure after reading reviews but most was verification issues the bad ones but all bookies do this ..
withdrew 3600 last night then they wanted the verification , still annoys me how this works with ALL bookies they ask when it comes to withdrawing but still did it .. was accepted this morning .. then had to confirm if I was okay with gambling before they processed withdrawal which I really did find off and worrying tbh I though here we go delaying game .. replied to that email .. one hour later withdrawal is in bank …

I deposited 250 and took off 500 same day. 250 went straight into bank that same day but the other 250 still says pending. Could anyone advise. Haven't had no messages or emails asking for proof of anything. Why would 250 be paid but 250 not. Is this because its over all profit?
