Nothing worse when you expect your loyalty bonus to be a certain amount after a bad week and you log on and see you didn’t qualify due my own stupidity and naivety. Same thing happened a couple of weeks ago and rules were quoted and that was that. Well today I spoke with a lovey girl Zara and explained the situation. She reminded me of the rules etc but understood my frustration and awarded me my full loyalty bonus. She was so quick and prompt and a pleasure to chat to. Let me put £2000 into my account and play then after I made a withdrawal they message me saying I need to verify account and have blocked my withdrawal and are not responding to my emails about how to resolve this. Reading other reviews this seems commonplace. Appears to be no number to call and resolve this on

Participated in their risk free offer last week, place a £10 bet on a NFL games and get a £10 free bet if it loses.My bet lost. Didnt get freebet so contacted live chat.Was then told I would not be getting the free bet as I had apparently broken their terms. Seems they are accusing me of multiple accounts or some kind of cheating?I asked them for full documented proof. Their reaction to this, closed the chat and blocked my account from their live chat.The things this site do or say to renege on Free Bets they owe you is pretty shocking. If this company is getting certified and entering the gambling business while still being regulated, then it means the Gambling Commission isn’t really functioning! Unbelievable! STAY AWAY! Robbing thieves!!!!Do not bet with QuinnBet, you can deposit and bet fine but as soon as you want to withdraw, you will receive an email stating that you are required to send loads of documents. They ask for unredacted bank statements where you can’t even hide personal info such as salary and bills etc. It is absolutely ludicrous and can’t be legal. DO NOT BET WITH THESE.

Planning IBAS ComplaintQuinnbet’s service has been deplorable. They’ve delayed my £6,000 withdrawal and suspended my account with £320 still in it, demanding endless documentation despite multiple submissions. I advise anyone to steer clear of this site. I will be taking this issue to IBAS for resolution.

I clicked on a game to bet on and it took me to a different game. With out me noticing this I carried on to put my bet on but then I noticed shortly after when my bet hadn’t been settled after the game I went to do had a goal which I needed so I contact customer service which Saif they will be with me with in 1 minute but yet took 8 minutes and at this point the wrong had been settled and then I got accused of waiting until the game was over to let them know. Customer Service team is disgusting and rude no help what so ever. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

People please don’t use this one!!I got lucky and won 1700 on slots and withdrew the money…..But after 2 days money are still pending and I have to send them lot of documents and still no answer….it’s absolutely frustrating as I spend 1000£ to win this 1700 and I can’t have it!!! Got to say I was a little sceptical about QuinnBet when reading reviews, especially in terms of withdrawals. However, my fears were unfounded. Opened an account last week and won a fair amount of money yesterday, hit the withdraw on three occasions and the money has landed in my account in less than 12 hours. Fair play!
