QuinnBet is holding my funds without valid justification, despite my full cooperation in the verification process. Their approach feels like an intentional stall to avoid paying out the legitimate winnings. Having wagered over £4,000, I made a £6,000 withdrawal which remains pending. My account was suspended with an additional £320 trapped inside. They repeatedly asked for the same verification documents, providing no resolution despite my compliance. Customer service has been outright useless and unclear. As it stands, I highly advise against using QuinnBet due to these frustrating and unresolved financial issues.

I find it hard to locate racing and football as the band you use to scroll down at the side of the page is very narrow.. also finding a country is difficult as you have scroll so many matches to get to one you are looking for, many thanks MR b c shields

Absolutely shocking experience with withdrawals/verification and the customer care team in general.I tried to withdraw a total of £900 a week ago and despite previously sending verification documents over was asked for more which I sent straight over however despite numerous emails to support and complaints and there has been no response from anyone.The live chat has been nothing short of a disgrace either totally disregarding my concerns and refusing to give me any timescales or offering any further help, it’s very disappointing given I’ve had no problems withdrawing or depositing in the past.There needs to be a much greater emphasis on transparency to the customer so that they can be informed of timelines and guidelines when uploading documents and told when they will receive there funds. Your customers are open and transparent with you and provide all the information required and we should expect the same back
