Couldn’t access my account, contacted live chat for details and was met by the most unhelpful and rudest staff member. Who informed me to ’email’ their verification team but refused to actually tell me why I’m emailing them. I then asked do I need to provide documents the staff member abruptly stated “follow my guidance as per above” I mean does this individual actually understand the role they are in? Do they have any understanding of what the word ‘customer service’ actually is. I emailed as requested and took the chance to provide all my ID including payment card, an email response did come back within a few hours stating they have re-open my account with a pittance £100 per week deposit limit. If I wanted more I would need to send further extremely private income/bank statements, something I refuse to do. I have now self excluded for life.

I attempted to verify my account several times. The initial email I received didn’t inform me clearly and then I was on live chat with two unhelpful and abrupt CSAs. And they actually don’t even deserve a 1* review.And this is where my review changes from three to five stars, 5* I eventually going on Live Chat with Amy who was patient, very helpful and sorted everything with ease. I deposited £2000 and I won over £35000 on live blackjack casino. I withdrew the profit and left the £2000 in there. I then won again on live casino a further £7500 so total £9500. I withdrew but it didn’t go through. I then deposited £8000 to bet and then account was frozen. I was then requested to send various documents payslips explanations etc which I did immediately and my account has since been closed since Monday 15th July and they have stopped responding to any email. On live chat they tell me to email them but they have stopped responding and never email back. I have been scammed out of £17,500 in total. £9500 in withdrawal and £8000 I deposited.
