Site is great and had no issue with payouts, I bet small but had some decent wins and paid out promptly.To those saying they didn’t win, well it’s a casino, what do you expect, it’s not somewhere you can top up your wages, you are never guaranteed a win and if you can’t afford the losses don’t bet, simple as, customer support was also great, reckon a lot of the reviews are sour grapes!Have to edit this review, after everything going OK I found out support is terrible, no replies, radio silence, stay away from this casino, far better out there with far better support!

They are so quick to take your money but when you request a withdrawal it’s like pulling teeth. Won a couple hundred bucks but my documents kept getting denied with no reason behind it. This site, and leovegas are some of the worst casinos I have tried. Their customer service live chat is terrible. If you don’t answer within 2 mins they will close your chat then you have to wait in a que all over again. I wish I read reviews before trying this site. Save your time and find a different casino

Been waiting since February for my account to be verified,I didn’t have photo id so was going to have to wait but turns out gambling commission changed it too birth certificate and two proofs off address as an option so that was all good. The gentlemen on the chat explained this to me, so a month later i got my birth certificate and now that ain’t enough as I now need photos off my bank card I deposited with even though I sent them screenshot off my bank deposit from tonybet to them on February and now my bank card photos are too blurry etc even though you can clearly see the details. Got a £200 withdrawal waiting but they got £175 in deposits without asking me for id in over five separate deposits,might be closer to ten and I was just reading there that the gambling commission says since 2019 if the gambling company could have asked for id sooner (like when I was making all them deposits) then I should still get my withdrawal as it is too late as they let me deposit and gamble more so they couldn’t have been worried about my age that much could they? even just my deposits back would be good even if that leaves me £25 down as I just want to be rid off tonybet,make you feel like you have been robbed,how can you as a betting company morally and illegally take deposits without id (5-10 seperate deposits) but then ask for id when they make the withdrawal then keep delaying the process with aww the photos blurry or that’s not good enough,any advice on how best to resolve this issue anyone? Been trying to wothdrawl 5000 cad for karamba. They want you to prove all your payment methods ok but I had a credit card I use to use canceled it 2 years ago now they want me to prove cancelation of that card and won’t pay me out. Why do they need to have proof

Well, here is my story.I went in for some gambling and saw an campaign that would give up to 200kr back if u payed today and lost.well i thought, thats what im gonna do.. allthough i though iam only gonna use 100 kr.. But i said nah, its okay.. atleast i get all the 200 back and can play for 400 all together.. BUT – when i finally lost the money, the cashback was not available.. All of a sudden, its gone, allthought everything seems fine.. Then i contacted the support, and they could see that something was wrong.The answer was: Well we need to contact our boss to get the payment accepted.2 days after i havent heard from them, i decided to contact them. and guess what?nothing had happend, the same happend. we need contact our boss and sorry we forgot about your ticket and so on…well im on day 4, and guess what.. I had the exectly same answer again today..Im guessing im never gonna se my money.Conclusion: Do not trust MR. Green – the steal your money and use thier “service” to prolong the tricket so i give up.such a bad exeperince, i will allways do my best to never recommend anyone to use a cent on thier site.

Absolute rubbish site fraudulently misleading advertising once deposited and never to be used again,the customer service was very poor,having said that,actually played ok and went up and down but the impossible to reach wagering assures you of losing.Not to mention the witholding of their offers.180 fs and no deposit top up for a first deposit is NOT worth going to this site.A lesson in how to lose customers and a day of rage reviews.

I transferred 25 euros to my account from my bank via Klarna. Racebets received the funds and kept it. They are now not responding, citing my email is incorrect. They are thieves and everyone should stay away. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. Read and obey the advice given on here.

As with the other negative reviews, they let you sign up, deposit freely but turn even a small profit and you get limited to SP prices only. When i say small i mean it it too (£0 in my case!). Complete sham of a company…they don't pay nothing only cheating

My husband has been trying to withdrawal his money since October 2020, when he received an email saying UK sites were no longer going to be able to bet with them. His account was verified but he was asked to send a picture of himself with his passport. This he done but told not clear, he has spoken to 9 people on chat, one person 3 times, they say his picture isn't clear and they cant read his passport. Well he and I can read it on my phone! He has emailed them to complain in December …no reply he has a nice sum of money in there, he is not getting nowhere. Avoid at all costs!

I had an account for about a week, haven’t even won amything. Constant loses and they restricted my account. Can’t bet more than £0.50-0.60 on certain horses. Steer wide away. I don’t know how they earn their money if they restrict everyone in few days.

Had an account with Racebets for maybe a year and only made a few deposits and bets of a couple of £ now and then on horses. i was possibly a few £ up overall and made one small withdrawal in a year.
Minimum deposit seems to have went up to £20 using PayPal, not sure if it's the same for all now or just me,anyway betting through the link from racing post I seemed to find always an error coming up when trying to place a bet but went through on second attempt. On checking balance I saw bet had went through twice so contacted their customer help and was very kindly refunded the duplicate bet,so all was fine.
Next time placing a bet same error comes up so I goes and checks balance and previous transactions only to find a few duplicate bets in the past which went unnoticed by me ,stupid you may think but link from racing post to Racebets does not show balance when placing a bet so can easily be done,all part of the obscure Racebets experience. Anyway goes back to customer help regards the duplicate bets and this time get reply that my account has been restricted and no best odds guaranteed for me in future? Not happy about this so decided to bet my last few £ and forget this account only to find bet not accepted.
So ,life's too short for this carry on so went to withdraw my balance of the almighty sum of £6,. Now told there is problem with PayPal at present ,,funny how never a problem with any other account using PayPal,I have a few bookmaker accounts I use.
So still waiting for my puny little withdrawal after 10 days and contacted them also.
So if this is how they treat a little punter like me who was a couple £ up and queried some duplicate bets then there's no hope for any serious punter with this company who i find out is based in Malta.
Going by the other reviews on here this is usual practices from Racebets and I'm disgusted to say the least how they regard their customers, so my advice and review of Racebets is AVOID unless your a mug punter and then I'm sure they will kiss your ****
If only all bookies were like bet365 and betvictor then the punter has a chance.
Someone should make a documentary on the bookmaker industry explaining to the public just what you are up against with the greedy bad attitude to all but losers,enough said

This company is registered and operated from Malta so beware of submitting personal data as they may not have the same data protection standards as UK. Submitted my UK driving licence (valid with the DVLA) when asked by RaceBets for verification. A few minutes later received a message saying they could not accept my licence as it was out-of-date. (verified by DVLA that it was in-date and currently valid) Then was asked to submit alternative verification such as a utility bill which I did! Again, I received a message from RaceBets that they could not accept this but did not give a reason. Up to that point I had spent a lot of time during the verification process and simply gave up in disgust. Personally I believe their verification process is a scam to entice people to give as much data as possible then probably promulgate it on to a Third Party so BEWARE.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE ..This site scammed me twice.I took a price on a horse at 3-1 .It won the paid me 2.7 ,just over 6-4…The next race I bet a horse at 2-1 it won at 9-2… and they paid me 2-1.I e-mailed them to complain and they just fobbed me off .I also didn't get my promised £20 sign up free bet offer either.Again tried to fob me off.Ive tried many betting sites,down the years and this is by far the worst…0 out if 10 for me..SHOCKING.

Then I received an email telling me that restrictions had been placed on my account.
I contacted them asking why, and their response was as follows:

Opened account but immediately restricted because I had logged on on another device. Like millions of people I regularly use a laptop and a tablet to log in to various accounts depending on my circumstances. Contacted customer service but got no adequate response from them. Seems like they want you to sign up but the decline any offers that should be available to you. Avoid.

I would give it zero if I could. Made a few deposits and placed small bets on horse racing upto £5 and had a few winners one day (ironically the horses tiled on their own site) I made a few withdrawals of £10-£30. I then got an email later the same day saying that I could no longer place bets or use any of the games. Basically I have been banned for winning very small amounts of money. It’s actually funny that I have been banned for following the advice on their own site. Clearly they only want people who lose money on their site. Best stay clear of these clowns.

I got in to horse racing this year following the Cheltenham Festival this year never previously been into gambling, with little other sport currently on I have been following the US racing. This company are advertising on a horse racing site – at the races – offering £20 in free bets if you place £10 qualifying bet at odds greater than 1/2. So I clicked the linked signed up, placed a £10 qualifying bet on quite a famous horse in a main stream event which actually lost. I thought oh well I've got a couple of free bets. These were never received. I have contacted their customer services, sent numerous emails, proved my identity, given them ample opportunity to rectify this, they never properly or directly answered my questions but I'm no longer eligible for any bonuses or promotions and they sent me some copy and pasted terms and conditions about duplicate accounts. Like other reviewers have stated earlier, I have never registered with this company before and they have not provided a specific reason why they have not honored there side of this offer.
In short, I would not recommend using this site, I certainly would not bother if you are expecting any free bets and given my limited experience of online betting the worst betting company/site I've come across.
