AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it’s makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. I will be withdrawing funds and closing account as soon as I have access again, when ever that will be.

Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I can’t access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Don’t use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

Without a doubt the worst tin pot excuse for a bookmakers I have ever seen, quite happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing it’s a completely different story, this isn’t to do with bonus’s this is a normal deposit then a win and they are making it impossible to withdraw. They’ve asked for so much documentation to withdraw a small amount of money (£200) and now that they’ve received that they’ve got another excuse not to pay me out because I can’t provide them with a picture of the debit card I used 6 months ago because silly me I lost it and forgot to take a picture of it. I doubt I will receive my money they obviously do this in the hope people give up which I’m sure I will but please please don’t use this company stick to the well known reputable sites. These are scammers and everything should be done to have their licence removed!

At the moment you ask a withdrawal they come with stupid requirements and makes it very difficult for you to get your money back. That was a very BAD experience and I will NEVER play at Mr.Green again!

Don't bother – if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than £0.01 on any bet.
You are guaranteed to lose on this site.
Use Betfair Exchange instead – if you win they're more than happy to let you carry on betting.
Same goes for sister site Sportnation.

Limited me to £1 max bet after several bets with mixed outcomes none of the bets were untoward and on American Football which they market themselves as their expertise.

Tried to find out why they cut my limits but to no avail they just hide behind some T&C’s. Avoid at all costs.

The whole operation stops when team leaders go on leave apparently.

Opened account 3 weeks ago and never had a problem albeit getting verified is a pain but most bookmakers now do proper checks . The site is basic but if you just want to bet on sports it’s fine ,
Only problem I find is when placing lucky 15s or patents it only gives you a max exposure so then I have to reduce the stake on my bet not a big deal as I usually loose any way 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I have found no issues whatsoever with payouts 👍 the withdrawals are brilliant

Their customer service is non existent. You send an email and are lucky to get a response at all, certainly not on a time frame to resolve any issues. They have no Ap and their golf markets are very misleading, always defaulting to “outright” markets that are the most lucrative for them (e.g. you think you are betting on the outright of a golf market but it defaults to a “six shooter”. I would strongly advise anyone not to open an account with them as there are far better alternatives which thrive on customer service and experience

Been using the site for a while, it’s great!! I started betting months ago, and I lost everything. Luckily for me, the last 3 weeks I met the guy on Instagram called ity_tipsterr, the guy games are nerve-wracking !!! .. I have won more than £ 750,000 just within the last 3 weeks and I’m still winning , and guess what ?, he does not charge a penny for his game, you only pay him when you win!

Had first bet with Redzone and won handsomely , withdrew money at 11.30pm and was in my bank next morning 6am .couldnt wish for better service than that surely , can’t see where all the negativity comes from in other reviews , I’ve had many many bad experiences with online bookies but Redzone is up there with the best , and no i don’t work for the company nor am I friends with the owners .

Closed my account, didn’t notify me and didn’t return my stakes. I hadn’t done anything untowards, my account was verified. When questioned they said it was within their terms to be able to terminate my account. Transparency is key, no reason and no notification. They would have kept my money but I’m currently pursuing them and will be reaching out to the gambling commission. Avoid these and bet with more reputable bookmakers.

Listen all you guys out there here's how to deal with scam bookies. When you open that account you and bookie have been deemed to entered into a contract which you both must adhere to. If bookie scams you. Get a copy of your bank statement. Go to your bank Point out all deposits you made to redzone or Mr Hill. Tell the assistant you no longer autherised those payments they scammed you. Every single penny should be back in your account by the end of business that day. Then you see how quick these buggers want to resolve matters. (Get yer sannies oan) Glaswegian for go to bank ASAP. Good luck and remember to update trustpilot just incase the bookies come clean LOL

Been using Redzone for over a year and they are possibly one of the least competent firms available. Customer service via live chat is totally useless and unable to help if you have anything beyond the most basic issues. Taken over 48 hours to get a bet correctly paid out when they settled a winner as a loser, no idea why the bet was settled as a loser in first place and even less idea why it takes so long to resolve such a basic issue – customer service said that this issue will take "at least a day" to fix. There's loads of more reputable betting firms available (most of whom take customer service seriously) so don't waste your time with this lot.

Has to go down and one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

This company stole my money. The balance of the account was 91.77 and this decreased to 33.50 without explanation. I visited the live chat facility where there only appears to be one agent (giles) who utterly useless. They could not give me an explanation on how this happened.

I emailed in a complaint today and of course Giles responded. They do not appear to have any other customer support than this 1 staff member.

Bottom line is, if you want to see your funds disappear without explanation, redzonesports is for you. I will be taking this further and going to the gambling commissions also. It's absolutely ridiculous how they can steal money on customers.

Really disappointing experience so far with redzonesports, I joined the site on Tuesday, however didnt deposit until today, following a short run of some successful sports bets I tried to log in, it stated 'access denied – contact support' following an hour long chat the account is apparently frozen following a 'general inspection' and the account therefore now requires reviewing before they will reactivate the account. Really frustrating having only been with them for three days and making only one deposit!

They didnt/havent emailed me since locking the account to explain or request any information and i have been advised to wait up to 48 hours for a response relating to the account being reactivated.

I will update my review accordingly when a resolution is reached.

Been using this site for a few days now had a problem with getting payment from winnings one email to customer service and it was sorted within hours . Joined about a week ago and won a large sum on horse racing. Submitted two forms of ID via the page on the site and was quickly verified. I then withdrew the funds without problem (funds were in my bank account just over 3 days later). I contacted the support team also and they were prompt, polite and helpful.
The site works well my only suggestions to bring it on par with the larger bookmakers would be best price guaranteed on horses and bet and watch.

I have started playing at redzonesports a couple of months back and have decided to cut any further actions with this website as I bumped into several critical issues.

1. One of my last withdrawals was requested on the 11th of December and I have it still as pending with no information whatsoever.
Not only that, I had to figure it out myself as I none of redzponesports representatives felt like they needed to tell me that the withdrawal has not gone through for whatever reason (we still don't know in nearly 1 month and I've sent at least 20 emails to force actions). Withdrawal would have never been even looked at if I dind't raise the dispute.

2. While I was raising a dispute, I've added the transaction number, but till the 24th of December their customer support kept assuring me that the withdrawal has gone through I just need to wait until it arrives. Of course, it never did and luckily not everyone in redzpone is so incompetent and was able to tell me that my withdrawal has unclear status and would need payments team to assist.

Today is the 2nd of January and I am still fighting for at least any update with regards to receiving the money which I've rightfully deposited prior.
This has been, by far the worst gambling experience I've ever had and I would never recommend this website to anyone.
There is a chance you might not face the same payments issues and would never need to acknowledge the level of customer support here, but I don't think it's worth a risk. It caused me a lot of stress and it's totally unacceptable.
