I think this is a scam. Opened an account, made a deposit and my account was instantly suspended. Was told I need to send my documents which I did. I received an email to say they had my documents but nothing since, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard back, they have ignored my emails for the last 2 days! I’ve not had a gambling site take 24 hours to verify documents before, let alone 5 days! This review may get changed if they ever do get back to me but for now I would say this is a scam and do not deposit money into them or you won’t see it again!

Consistently getting £2 on bonuses or nothing… I’m on a 40p bet, I play on other sites and get at least £10 on bonuses, this is completely rigged and obviously isn’t regulated properly. Avoid!

I have to say this site and their partner site NRG are absolutely rubbish . You literally just deposit and deposit and deposit and get nothing back. I know gambling is not all about winning but come on . They always say the games slots are regulated and it’s random wins . Sorry but that is rubbish . Absolute scumbags. Deposited 50, lost it. Deposited another 150, took it up to 300. Reduced to 40p spins and dead as a dodo. I haven’t had a problem withdrawing fairly quickly the few times I have won and like all casinos they are quick to take your money. However I have just realised that my latest withdrawal is pending to a saved card I had with them which I used a lot but now no longer have and not to the card I made my last deposit with. No problem I thought – quick online chat or phone call and it will soon be resolved. Then discovered they don’t have phone or chat contact, only email which takes 72 hours to respond. I have had no reason to contact them in the past so didn’t realise they are so difficult to communicate with. Appalling in this day and age.

This is a terrible casino, i mean it!! They keep suspending my account for no reason at all, like whut? I deposited money into my account but when I tried to place a bet, they logged me out and said I already had an account with them, which is impossible! Then they won’t refund my deposit either!!! Another reviewer had a similar experience where they deposited money and tried to make a withdrawal but it failed, then the website blocked their account and asked for more personal information before they could continue! Bet with this site for six months. Verification was fulsome but went OK, most withdrawals were instantaneous, generally no trouble. Site is a little cumbersome to navigate. After six months, ‘enhanced verification’ demanded and my account closed/suspended, even though my circumstances hadn’t changed.

They say the withdrawal I made has been sent but my bank begs to differ…. Contacted Rhino to get ARN reference for the bank to trace the payment but 24 hours and still no word from them about that. No reason for it to take any time at all, if you paid, there is a reference number, no extra work required… They answer you when it suites them, when the questions become a bit hard they just stop answering. So I signed up last week and made deposits of around £500. I then made several withdrawals totalling over £600. I received an email asking me various documents for KYC. I sent them off and received an email the following day saying they had been approved. I then noticed some of the withdrawls had a fail status on them and one transaction was even recredited to my account forcing me to withdraw it again. This made me worry and that’s when I first checked trustpilot. I have to say after reading reviews I thought my money was gone.To my surprise I’ve just received a payment for all of my withdrawls.
