for your information Rhino Bet is owned by Playbook Gaming Limited. It is overdue on its accounts to Companies House by 2 months. There is only 1 director, Callum Andrews – with 4 other directors resigned. The person with significant control is Playbook Engineering Limited. They had £1.5 million in the bank when audited in 2023. They would have no chance of paying out a huge win of 1 to 2 million, they have not submitted their financial information and are overdue – this is the sign of a company in trouble. It seems to me the rumors on here about their insolvent position may have some truth in it.Playbook engineering limited is also overdue submitting their accounts by over 2 months. current net liabilities over £6 million .. with about £1.5 million in the bank. That company is there for a reason i will not allege on here, but to say this company is in trouble would be an understatementwell ive played with Rhino for a few months. First withdrawal and account suspended. They have been happy to take deposits of £4500 but now they suspend when withdrawing. No reason given. What makes matters even worse is they do not have a live chat, so you cannot raise the issue online with them, I use 15 other sites and all of them have live chat. They have no number to call, again this obstructs you again. they have twitter and facebook where they will ignore you. The only way to contact them is by email and their response time is “within 72 hours”. not only that but if you like a bet on the horses it doesnt even offer live streaming. Up until recently i had won bits and lost a few quid but was happy to use them because its a decent site without too many gremlins but wow this is bad. If my money isnt in my bank tomorrow ill take them to the money claims court, ive had to do this a few times with bookmakers and they have paid up – and compensated – every single time.

Have sent constant emails now locked out account and no sign of paying me my winnings please avoid be aware You Won’t Get Paid Your Winnings but they will take your bet probably knowing their never going to pay. Withdrawal requested and classed as processed on there end on Thursday 18th January for £700 and another on Monday 22nd January for £800 – no sign of either in my bank which exceeds the timescales for a withdrawal to be received in my bank account. I’ve sent several emails and the latest reply said they’re having a problem with a 3rd party which means they can’t pay money out, yet they are still allowing customers to make deposits. Usually this is done by the same 3rd party so I think there could be something very dodgy going on. During this time they asked for my verification documents which were approved within 3 minutes so there’s no issue there and I’m worried that my ID may now be compromised based on the other reviews on this site and will look to contact the police to confirm if there are any other cases like this with Rhino.bet. In my emails I’ve asked for their complaints procedure but they don’t include anything of use with their replies. Does anyone know if I can go straight to the gambling commission on this as you usually have to follow a complaints process but i cannot find one anywhere and when I ask on customer service emails ive sent if I can make a complaint, I get nothing back. For people reading this review I would say that it’s highly likely there’s issues here if they can take deposits and not send withdrawals so don’t even consider depositing your money with this company.Following my formal complaint email, review on here and after speaking to the gambling commission I have now received my withdrawal. Even worse behaviour off rhino made a withdrawal of £150 on the 21th was processed to my bank on the 22nd,sat in pending all week then my bank has confirmed that they have recalled the £150.Maybe there is truth in the insolvency rumour as ive read their t&c’s and it states that any funds in player aren’t protected in the case of insolvency. Keep clear for a few weeks to see if the rumours are true

If I could give 0 or minus stars I would! I have held an account with Rhino for the past 2/3 weeks and all was going brilliantly, games selection was good and pay-outs were received within 24 hours, but that’s where it ended. It’s now been over a week since making some withdrawals to the sum of £693 and no sign of them reaching my account, customer service is horrendous, 4 emails sent and I finally got a response through FACEBOOK!! and what a surprise they just fed me a load of BS. Deposit over 300 poundsWithdraw 100 and not cleared. The bank says its the sites end with the problem. Basically funds not been released.It reads pending for to long now. Joined with them very recently put deposits on. I’m contacting the authorities as far too many sites do this.

I had been paid by direct transfer from this casino rhinobet You have to e Mail them Explain you want to be paid by direct bank transfer.Then attach your account details from your card but cover up the visa numbers and expiration date on it .In truth their administration is not so brilliant as it’s run by a small office and I think they only employ a small team .However I was paid today and they are not a scam casino. Seems to me that people only write reviews about casino sites after bad experiences. I signed up a few days ago. So far no issues good choice of casino games and sports betting. Withdrawals are fast. It’s not a scam casino . They had paid me £440 today and it will take a few days to go to your account . Within 48 hours normally by direct bank transfer. I had my account temporarily suspended as put in the wrong password however you need to press forgotten password .Then you will receive an email to reset itI am expecting to withdraw £55 and you have to e mail customer support you want it paid by direct bank transfer too.So they are definitely not a scam casino I’ll post again tomorrow or Wednesday to confirm I had received my £55 I had withdrawn. Normally it takes 48 hours maximum .During the week .Maximum 72 hours to go back into ones account too. I have played on this slot for a while and games freezes all the time , it’s hard to place bets sometimes you have to repeat the process about 5-6 times to finally get a bet on . During football matches I had a cash out of over £200 pound and I tried to cash this out or would not allow me to , this has happened on numerous occasions , after complaining I was given a good will gesture of free spins on a poor slot machine and a free bet bet which was a small fraction of what I should of cashed out . Been with rhino bet for some months now never had a problem, a fantastic site, with am excellent variation of games you can play. I have just withdrew £3900 just in time for Xmas so I’m really pleased, just waiting on it being credited to my account, they’re payout times are normally within a few hours. I don’t normally write reviews but given the bad reviews I’m seeing for this site, I felt I had to give an honest opinion. Unfortunately it’s gambling so you win some you lose some, I have always had a positive experience with this site. I will come back and update on the exact withdrawal time but as I said from previous withdrawals it’s normally a few hours. Don’t listen to the bad reviews give this company a try.

This company commit fraud and use your details illegally. I appreciate that some people are having good experiences as we all would have had in the initial play time with them. Managed to win myself 21kmade three separate withdrawals and as soon as i had done that. they suspended my account. Asked me for various documents which i provided. They emailed back saying withdrawals should be with me today but they have closed my account – i never asked for them to do so and they won’t reopen it back up. I wonder if they will put my withdrawals through, closing my account and not reopening seems very fishy to me. I will come back with a response if they have or haven’t but for now, it is very poor.

Seemed ok at first. Really enjoyed the gaming experience for the day I used it. However, when I started to withdraw multiple sums, suddenly they said my account was suspended for business reason and that I would have 7 days to withdraw any funds that I still had in my account. I find this laughable as I am sure they would be happy to take money if I was not winning and kept depositing, I asked why but they said they did not need to tell me as per T&C’s when I signed up they reserve the right to suspend the account at any time for any reason. After reading my review they had paid me . So they are a reputable casino rhinobet. So I have now changed my rating. Obviously I was just impatient. However they had cleared the funds to my account by £200 over the weekend. As well as the money which included £50 . Which had bounced through trustley .
