They say the withdrawal I made has been sent but my bank begs to differ…. Contacted Rhino to get ARN reference for the bank to trace the payment but 24 hours and still no word from them about that. No reason for it to take any time at all, if you paid, there is a reference number, no extra work required… They answer you when it suites them, when the questions become a bit hard they just stop answering. I recon I’m not getting my money, they are a absolute nightmare to deal with, with the vaguest of answers for everything. KEEP AWAY PEOPLE, I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE.

So I signed up last week and made deposits of around £500. I then made several withdrawals totalling over £600. I received an email asking me various documents for KYC. I sent them off and received an email the following day saying they had been approved. I then noticed some of the withdrawls had a fail status on them and one transaction was even recredited to my account forcing me to withdraw it again. This made me worry and that’s when I first checked trustpilot. I have to say after reading reviews I thought my money was gone.To my surprise I’ve just received a payment for all of my withdrawls. That aside I like the interface, so no complaints here.

I won 200 i withdrew it all then played with 80 i got down to 40 the suspended my account because I didn’t give them ID well why not ask me for it before i played SCAMMERS they emailed to say the reason they suspended it is because of that ya right it’s because I won’t 200 ans they prob won’t even get my account up and running again I havw sent what they requested but I expect I won’t get my account open there be more excuses if I get my winnings and my account back up ans running again I will change this reveiw ans star however at the moment it’s staying like this till its SORTED

I deposited 800 pounds on this site and I got bonus up 6 times. DONT PLAY this site. WORST site ever. Very strange!Only opened an account 6 weeks ago and they’re voting it in 7 days for ‘business’ reasons. I presume this is because I had a good few single win bets and that’s the type of bets bookies hate!!!Keep away and stick to the traditional sites is my advice

for your information Rhino Bet is owned by Playbook Gaming Limited. It is overdue on its accounts to Companies House by 2 months. There is only 1 director, Callum Andrews – with 4 other directors resigned. The person with significant control is Playbook Engineering Limited. They had £1.5 million in the bank when audited in 2023. They would have no chance of paying out a huge win of 1 to 2 million, they have not submitted their financial information and are overdue – this is the sign of a company in trouble. It seems to me the rumors on here about their insolvent position may have some truth in it.Playbook engineering limited is also overdue submitting their accounts by over 2 months. current net liabilities over £6 million .. with about £1.5 million in the bank. That company is there for a reason i will not allege on here, but to say this company is in trouble would be an understatementwell ive played with Rhino for a few months. First withdrawal and account suspended. They have been happy to take deposits of £4500 but now they suspend when withdrawing. No reason given. What makes matters even worse is they do not have a live chat, so you cannot raise the issue online with them, I use 15 other sites and all of them have live chat. They have no number to call, again this obstructs you again. they have twitter and facebook where they will ignore you. The only way to contact them is by email and their response time is “within 72 hours”. not only that but if you like a bet on the horses it doesnt even offer live streaming. Up until recently i had won bits and lost a few quid but was happy to use them because its a decent site without too many gremlins but wow this is bad. If my money isnt in my bank tomorrow ill take them to the money claims court, ive had to do this a few times with bookmakers and they have paid up – and compensated – every single time.

Withdrawal requested and classed as processed on there end on Thursday 18th January for £700 and another on Monday 22nd January for £800 – no sign of either in my bank which exceeds the timescales for a withdrawal to be received in my bank account. I’ve sent several emails and the latest reply said they’re having a problem with a 3rd party which means they can’t pay money out, yet they are still allowing customers to make deposits. Usually this is done by the same 3rd party so I think there could be something very dodgy going on. During this time they asked for my verification documents which were approved within 3 minutes so there’s no issue there and I’m worried that my ID may now be compromised based on the other reviews on this site and will look to contact the police to confirm if there are any other cases like this with Rhino.bet. In my emails I’ve asked for their complaints procedure but they don’t include anything of use with their replies. Does anyone know if I can go straight to the gambling commission on this as you usually have to follow a complaints process but i cannot find one anywhere and when I ask on customer service emails ive sent if I can make a complaint, I get nothing back. For people reading this review I would say that it’s highly likely there’s issues here if they can take deposits and not send withdrawals so don’t even consider depositing your money with this company.Following my formal complaint email, review on here and after speaking to the gambling commission I have now received my withdrawal. Even worse behaviour off rhino made a withdrawal of £150 on the 21th was processed to my bank on the 22nd,sat in pending all week then my bank has confirmed that they have recalled the £150.Maybe there is truth in the insolvency rumour as ive read their t&c’s and it states that any funds in player aren’t protected in the case of insolvency. Keep clear for a few weeks to see if the rumours are true

If I could give 0 or minus stars I would! I have held an account with Rhino for the past 2/3 weeks and all was going brilliantly, games selection was good and pay-outs were received within 24 hours, but that’s where it ended. It’s now been over a week since making some withdrawals to the sum of £693 and no sign of them reaching my account, customer service is horrendous, 4 emails sent and I finally got a response through FACEBOOK!! and what a surprise they just fed me a load of BS. Seems to me that people only write reviews about casino sites after bad experiences. I signed up a few days ago. So far no issues good choice of casino games and sports betting. Withdrawals are fast. It’s not a scam casino . They had paid me £440 today and it will take a few days to go to your account . Within 48 hours normally by direct bank transfer. I had my account temporarily suspended as put in the wrong password however you need to press forgotten password .Then you will receive an email to reset itI am expecting to withdraw £55 and you have to e mail customer support you want it paid by direct bank transfer too.So they are definitely not a scam casino I’ll post again tomorrow or Wednesday to confirm I had received my £55 I had withdrawn. I have played on this slot for a while and games freezes all the time , it’s hard to place bets sometimes you have to repeat the process about 5-6 times to finally get a bet on . Been with rhino bet for some months now never had a problem, a fantastic site, with am excellent variation of games you can play. I have just withdrew £3900 just in time for Xmas so I’m really pleased, just waiting on it being credited to my account, they’re payout times are normally within a few hours. I don’t normally write reviews but given the bad reviews I’m seeing for this site, I felt I had to give an honest opinion. Unfortunately it’s gambling so you win some you lose some, I have always had a positive experience with this site. I will come back and update on the exact withdrawal time but as I said from previous withdrawals it’s normally a few hours. Don’t listen to the bad reviews give this company a try.
